just stop thinking.
This is hard to do.

Especially if you are the breadwinner, you can't stop thinking of the things that are around you. And it's even harder if you are in an urban place where time seems to be fast and rolling every day.

Can do this if you're in a rural area where there are more trees and relaxing ambiance.

There can be different ways. I prefer to rest, watch some movies or funny videos! Also I like erotic and sex, so I often visit xossipy.com site, there are many such cool videos!

There is no denying that the technology helps us a lot in our work and in life. However, when under stress, these devices will make the patient more tired and stressed. It is better to leave the smart phone and do gentle exercise for about 30 seconds to help improve mood immediately and reduce stress effectively.

When you feel stress, that means your body needs a rest temporarily. Don't do anything except enjoy the moment, and the best thing is you can pray to ask for help to release your stress. Sleeping can be a way to release tension while you can listening to soft music or hypnotherapy. I think that will help you refresh your brain and body, and when you wake up, maybe you can feel fresh. But praying can be the solution to release the stress, mostly if you can cry and tell all of your problems to GOD.

I cure stress by doing some physical activity. If you can't go to the fitness, just get off from your chair and start doing push-ups or some other physical activity that can get your mind refreshed. I recently started doing this after I had lots of stress due to family problems and I feel much better now.

We can avoid it by doing things which we think are good to avoid it.

When you see the person that you truly hate, just avoid them and walk far away from them. Avoid conversations or whatsoever so that you can cleanse your mind and it won't put pressure on what makes you think that will put you into stress.

I haven't had stress for a long time (3 years).
A meditative state of mind helps me. This is when you stop the monologue in your head, stop fighting and accept everything as it is.
I can also watch a movie, chill with friends, listen to music and, of course, do what I love to do (some favorite hobby).

Sleep problems, loss of strength, chronic fatigue, stomach cramps, frequent headaches and bad mood are all alarming symptoms of stress. It is dangerous because it can become a form of anxiety disorder or depression. The situation is exacerbated by emotional depression: you are afraid that you will not be able to cope with important tasks at work, you are afraid that someone or something threatens your happiness and well-being, and your health wants to be better... How can I help?
To me, the best way to deal with stress is by practicing its awareness. It is an effective way to restore balance when you are under stress.
Fight the cause of stress, not its consequences. Most psychologists believe that the best way to get rid of stress is to solve the problem that causes it. This is how we destroy the roots of stress. To do this, we need to identify the problem accurately, focusing on it.
Next, it is important to clarify what exactly in this situation you are most concerned about. Continue the phrase as honestly as possible: "The thing that bothers me the most is that..". For example, because I have a lot of tasks at work, I will not have time for my favorite yoga classes. And the last step to solve the situation is to make an action plan that will help to solve the problem.  This way you eliminate the inner conflict and focus not on panic, but on solving the problem. Personally, this method always helps me, because it is quite effective.

By diaphragmatic breathing. Thanks to this technique, I quickly calm down in short and long term situations and avoid harming myself in a moral sense.

Our teacher taught us in the course of "diction and rhetoric" and "understanding and speed reading". She had it done regularly in every course day during the 3-month course. It became a habit when the courses were over. When I am stressed or excited, I manage to stay calm by going to open spaces for a while by taking diaphragmatic breathing. And this breathing technique also benefits you in physical activities. Although I have been smoking for 6-7 years, I can walk on the slopes without giving break.

I'm so glad I'm also starting to learn diaphragmatic breathing. It helps me to breathe deeply and regulate my breathing. In addition, I also do gymnastics. but the most effective is still breathing in a natural space like in the mountains or an evening at sea. have you tried such feeling It really worked for me
