I am handling my stress by just making or doing what I like, just for example going to the cinema to watch some movies in order to unwind myself and also the best thing is eating my food. There are a lot of things you can do in order for you to handle your stress. All you need to do is to relax and do whatever you love.

Stress can only overcome the entire  body if the host is too weak. I know stress can be dangerous sometimes as it leads to suicide if one person cant handle it. As for me i have my ways to overcome stress my best defense is my family.

how I personally keep stress under control? I stop doing what is stressing me and try to relax by watching a good movie on the sofa and sipping good cognac
Movies are actually good to get entertained and relaxed but is it actually works when we are already pissed off? For me it will make me more annoyed because people talking seems like shouting at me whenever I am watching.

Maybe sleep can help you to handle stress or go out of the thing that makes you stress. Take a deep breath, relax for a while, and don't do anything except enjoy the situations around you. I think that will help you to reduce the stress tension. Or you can sit in the yard and drink coffee or tea. Or you can take a bath so that you can refresh your mind.

I'm avery emotional person thats why handling stress and problem is not my forte thats why i always seek for my friends and family's time to be with me and let me release everything with them.
Sometimes with bottle of beers,and sometimes with our favorite foods.
In this i dispose all stress and drama and in the next day i'm back and good.
I don't want to take it longer so enough time and associate is all i need.

Stress is something everyone go through and always a difficult moment. We get stressed in the office when our Seniors are hounding us because of late resumption to work. Stress can also result from debt and not being able to pay bills.

 Basically Stress is normal to human. One can get motivated and determined to achieve a specific goal under stress . Stress if not well handled  it becomes long-term, and at these point can seriously cause damage to life and properties. Literally there are  different  factors that triggers stress, example is working under an uncomfortable condition and not being happy with your job. Stress can cause depression, inferiority and even discrimination especially if the person is being harassed or abused in any way.

Stress is almost inevitable to humans as we don’t get tire of working, pursuing goals and discharging our daily activities. So here is the question, HOW DO YOU HANDLE STRESS?


Simply by taking a break. File vacation leave then have time for yourself and your family. When working, always remember why/who you work for.

Back then I would just hang out with my friends go to an internet cafe or just chill at the house with them.
But now I would just play with my online games to relieve some stress and most of the time it actually works.
And sometimes I would just be productive and do something while I'm at it beside it would really be helpful instead of just sitting all day being stress then might as well do something.

Now I have a Hamster in my House , and also allowed to bring them to Office while working ? i can say i am totally stress free , since i was young all i wanted is to have either Hamster or hedgehogs and now i have them and maybe this feels fulfilling .

When I'm stressed I just lay down and close my eyes for a few minutes alone in a quiet room. Always help a little bit to find what is causing the stress and what you can do about it. If there is something that you can do you must do it, if there is nothing you can do you shouldn't get worried because there is nothing you can do.

Stress is normal to every people. Handling it was not easy. If you did not handle it correctly, it might lead to depression. To avoid that, try to refresh yourself by taking a break from everything. Focus only on yourself. Do what you want to do that makes you happy. Spend time with your family and friends.

I agree with you, getting a full night of sleep is the best way to reduce stress. If you  wake up in the morning well relaxed the next day is going to be much easier. The only problem is if you are so under stress that you have trouble sleeping. I would recommend going for a long walk in the evening then.

Sleeping at the right time is the main stress removal. Having 8 hours of sleep on a daily basis improves our body and removes stress. Unlike me, that doesn't get to sleep at the right time and getting lesser sleeping hours.

It's adding more stress not just to my physique but also to my mental state.

I listen to music, it really helps. For example, ambient music is very suitable for a stressful state. Alcohol is the wrong way!

Since stress kinda affect my physical health, I first focus on what I eat and put my body into condition then I try to relax by watching tv shows or movies and sometimes videos that can make me laugh then I deal with the stressful things later when my mind is clear.

Whatever helps you in relieving the stress ne should be doing it. If someone loves roaming then should just get out of the house and take a stroll. If like the nature then go to park, mall, catch up with friends, do a video call etc. This will creates some of the special moments in your life and will help someone to overcome their stress.

To make it easier to endure stress, you need to tell someone of your loved ones about your problems. If I'm stressed at work, I always share my problems with my wife. If the stress is due to my wife, then I share the problem with my brother. If the stress is due to the brother, then we then go with him to the beer bar. The main thing is to throw out all the negative energy out of yourself. And never, never keep this energy in yourself.
