Stress is something everyone go through and always a difficult moment. We get stressed in the office when our Seniors are hounding us because of late resumption to work. Stress can also result from debt and not being able to pay bills.

Basically Stress is normal to human. One can get motivated and determined to achieve a specific goal under stress . Stress if not well handled  it becomes long-term, and at these point can seriously cause damage to life and properties. Literally there are  different  factors that triggers stress, example is working under an uncomfortable condition and not being happy with your job. Stress can cause depression, inferiority and even discrimination especially if the person is being harassed or abused in any way.

Stress is almost inevitable to humans as we don’t get tire of working, pursuing goals and discharging our daily activities. So here is the question, HOW DO YOU HANDLE STRESS?

Its crazy how everyday seem so stressful to everyone. My way to relieve stress is to eat my favorite foods. It makes me happy afterwards actually, in short i am a stress eater.

Hey, I can name some tips that can help you to handle stress:
- Talk about how pressure motivates you
- Mention skills you've learned from working under pressure
- Mention goals and end results
- Avoid saying that you don't get stressed
- Don't mention things that could have been avoided

I've head that mint+melissa tea greatly helps you to relax. What also helps is bubble bath or steam shower. Massage too. Sleeping well is a must.

Fuc*ing 2020 didn't leave me with any intact nerve cells. I confess that I started drinking a lot last year to take my mind off the stress

I don't think I am good at handling stress, I'd just be quite for a few days and think things through - stress costs me a week or two before i fully recover, I'd be quite for the first 3 days then I try to calm myself by watching funny tv shows the next or perhaps discover new music from different genres, sometimes I go for a drive alone and try forgetting the stressful things for a while.

Since stress kinda affect my physical health, I first focus on what I eat and put my body into condition then I try to relax by watching tv shows or movies and sometimes videos that can make me laugh then I deal with the stressful things later when my mind is clear.

After few years of experiencing stress, i realized that best way to remove the stress is to sleep. Often if we sleep when we are stress, we feel calm once we  wake up. However, sometimes in stress we don't get sleep properly so some people might need some pills to have a peaceful sleep.

When I feel a lot of stress, I light a cigarette. I understand that it is bad for my health, but I think that stress is much more harmful, so I still do it

I guess I just avoid them. I just dont easily stressed out tbh. I always acknowledged the fact that I am stressed whenever I am, I guess thats the first thing to do is acknowledged it. Then after that, pretty much I ignore it.

Real depression or stress is actually very difficult to deal with on your own, so don't confuse a bad mood with depression. And we create a bad mood for ourselves.

In general, the stress comes when we have a lot of expectations and things does not turn up as we had thought, lowering our expectations is another way of releasing the stress.
Some people take stress relief medicines which have a lot of side effects. We should refrain from such medicines.

I recently went down with stress, and was on sick leave for a few months.. Not nice.. However, I started to go more up in meditation, and well-being of myself. This has helped me a lot.

I divert my attention, like do some drawing or painting outside then the weather is fine, otherwise I do it inside. When my friends are free, I call them to play sports together.

In the past, when I was stressed, I often overeated, ate a lot of potato chips, and drank a lot of milk tea. Then, I became fat, which brought me more psychological pressure.
Now, I choose to read, run, and boxing. Healthy and decompress.

I think stress is normal. Everyone encounters stressful times in life. When I encounter some difficult problems at work like me, I also feel pressured. At this time, you You need to relax, empty your brain, and let yourself calm down to deal with these things.

I just go through the motions of listening to music, trying to think positive things, not doing too many things that can harm my innerbrain. I am praying. I think that is the most effective way to lighten your heart.. To pray. Talk to the Lord not just yourself.
