Only when we have enough rest can we be more focused. Exercise can make us more energetic. We can play our best when you need high energy. This seems common sense but many people can’t do it.

Trying a different thing every day, going home and taking a different path, even ordering a different dish for lunch, is to constantly stimulate your brain and body to improve your adaptability. This approach is facing sudden changes. Challenge, very helpful.

The best way to deal with stress is not to create stressful situations. Eat healthy food, go to bed on time, have physical activity, socialize with friends, be inspired and motivated, have your goals, constantly improve yourself, rest sometimes and be a little lazy, this is also normal.

I look back at my life accomplishments and where I am now. When I think of what I’ve been through, most things that cause stress are really minor in comparison. Being grateful and proud in my opinion are natural stress reducers that anyone can take advantage of by just being a good person and helping others.

I always find that the best way to deal with stress (apart from the obvious) is to laugh at the situation and then move on.  Comedy is a great way to overcome hardship and to give yourself balance and focus.

There are many ways to reduce stress, such as exercising, listening to music, watching inspirational movies, reading, and writing a diary are all good ways to decompress. When you feel too tired, give yourself a break. In fact, everything doesn’t. Not as difficult as I thought.

1. Identify the source of stress and find ways to avoid or reduce stress. For example, my pressure comes from a certain job, and I will request a job transfer from the leader.
But not every time you will be awarded of your demand and what if you have denied ? then another pressure comes

I can relate to that. Stress is something that we as people are trying to deal with daily. On one hand we want to be healthy and feel good about ourselves. On the other hand we are trying to maintain that standard and uphold a long to-do list.

Laughter is the best medicine, that's what they say. I can agree it's also the best medicine for stress.

When you feel pressured, you can talk to your teacher, family or classmates and ask them for useful advice. When you encounter troubles, you should try to avoid closing yourself up and actively seek outside help.

Very vital that you communicate and let somebody know about it, because if you keep it to yourself then you would never be able to come out of it unless you know the perfect solution. But letting others know will help you know how to overcome or avoid such situation and also know if it was your mistake that lead to that stress point.

Stress is something everyone go through and always a difficult moment. We get stressed in the office when our Seniors are hounding us because of late resumption to work. Stress can also result from debt and not being able to pay bills.

 Basically Stress is normal to human. One can get motivated and determined to achieve a specific goal under stress . Stress if not well handled  it becomes long-term, and at these point can seriously cause damage to life and properties. Literally there are  different  factors that triggers stress, example is working under an uncomfortable condition and not being happy with your job. Stress can cause depression, inferiority and even discrimination especially if the person is being harassed or abused in any way.

Stress is almost inevitable to humans as we don’t get tire of working, pursuing goals and discharging our daily activities. So here is the question, HOW DO YOU HANDLE STRESS?


Like you said, there are many sources for stress. Even if we are happy with our jobs, we can bother ourselves for a totally different thing. When I am in such a psychological condition, the most helpful thing for me is doing some activities that I like to do much (e.g. my hobbies). It really relieves me and helps me get away from the thing that bores me.

Take a break from the stressor. Although it is difficult to escape the presence of stress, crying children, or piled bills, still trying to get away from it. Give your body some time to do other things, which can give you a new perspective and make you feel less overwhelmed.

There is no best way to have acquaintance in every problem that we had, btu we must choose the right one or else the trouble will be get bigger and you will never get away from that.
Handling stress is not that easy alone but this will be answerable everytime with someone on our side.
Never engaged in stressful thing instead find happy moment , life is so short we must be enjoying each time.

1. Self-adjustment, don’t get overstocked into illness and fatigue, learn to be humorous, let yourself laugh often and forget about unhappy things. 2. Efforts to cultivate your own interest can participate in outdoor sports3. Make friends to improve yourself, find someone who pushes your heart to relax and say that you can reduce the stress in your heart.
