Stress during corona virus has been bad for lots of us. I’ve taken up walking though, long walks in a rural area. It’s kinda boring but it does relieve stress, being in nature away from a normal busy life.

I actually work better under pressure and I find that I like working in challenging environments. From a personal point of view, I go to the gym every night to manage my stress. This is a good pressure reducer.

I wish the Gyms would open again in my country. The have been closed for 6 months already due to the pandemic. I also find that sport is the best way to get rid of too much stress. Sweating in general helps a lot, so even going to the Sauna during winter was usually pretty nice, but everything is closed these days.

I am able to thrive under multiple deadlines and projects. For example, I once had to work on three large projects that were all due in the same week. However, by prioritising my responsibilities, working effectively with my colleagues and putting in the extra effort, I was able to complete all three projects ahead of time and avoid any unnecessary stress.

I am accustomed to stand up and walk out of the office every half an hour, or stand at the window for five minutes and look far away. This can relieve my nervousness in time and improve work efficiency. Going out for a run when I am really upset, taking a hot bath after sweating a lot, can let me throw away a lot of troubles.

You can go for a walk, get close to nature, breathe fresh air, talk to your good friends about your inner troubles, or cry a lot, keep a good sleep, and drink a glass of milk before going to bed are all good ways.

i'll go to ride and drink coffee with my friend to get good advice. i think not always you can handle everything alone, get some help for reduce level your strees with talking people and do something you like

I play with my pet. every time I feel stressful, I'll sit in my chair or on the sofa to read or watch TV. at the same time, I cuddle my doggy or kitten, to feel their fur and skin, it radically soothes my nerves Smiley

I am basically do travelling when feel so stressed. Its really refresh my mind and it really works. In my office when I am on highly in stress, that time i used to go outside for frest air. Walking some time and then get back to the work. Its releaved me from stress.

Whenever I feel stressed, I will relieve it by eating or diverting attention. Sometimes I want to play games to relax. I didn’t expect that the more I play, the more I feel bad. If the game fails, it makes people feel bad. Haha, so I eat something to see. A more pleasant movie will be easy to ease! Grin Grin
