I got myself a Bluetooth speaker, linked it to my phone and whenever I feel like I need a break, I ask Spotify to help me out.
Every once in a while I go for a run around my park. Last year I also bought myself a punching bag and believe it or not, it actually helps A LOT.
Releasing stress is not the same for everyone. You should try to find what helps you and do that.

I love computer games, when you play, you forget and let go of all the problems and stresses for a while.

In my personal experience, when the pressure is the greatest, I can’t say anything, I can’t say anything to anyone, I can’t alleviate it, and any method is useless.
But if you can strengthen a belief, it will pass. I have been happy once, and there will surely be other happy and relaxing moments in the future. This is the truth. It is better to do practical things than to think too much.

Proboably the best way for me to handle stress is practicing meditation, I hihgly recomend those youtube guided meditations for start, you can thank me later.

Working in a clean apartment speeds up the work and keeps you away from stress. Resting at times might help but not always. You need to change your mind for that moment and keep busy or just engage in something else at times in order to just get rid of it. Do what you like or find out the solution if possible. If its mistake from us, then should be ready to mend and get it sorted else need to move on.

Everyone has their own way of dealing with stress, I also have my own way of dealing with the stress I experience. Especially in a pandemic situation
like now it makes people easily stressed, because my hobby is watching movies, I spent several hours watching movies to relieve stress and proved effective. Because it makes my mind fresher and can make me excited to do more activities.

When I was young, when I was fond of alcohol, I treated stress only with alcohol. I also remember that I smoked when I was worried. Now I do not drink or smoke. And now I endure the stress very painfully. Therefore, I always try to avoid stress. And pay less attention to stressful situations.

Try not to think about the problem too much, or ask for help, get distracted on purpose like watch a movie or watch YouTube.

I usually do things that’ll keep me busy and not think of other things that’ll cause or makes me stress. And I try not to think about it that much and probably set my mind to focus on the things I need to do or accomplish within that day. But everyone has their own way of dealing stress most especially now that there is the pandemic, people would tend to go to the mall or the beach to take their stress away for a while.

Mine is Biking on trails , that gives me best experience and forgetting stressful day.

Stress causes a lot of health conditions, it's important to find the best way to get rid of this. The most effective way is sport and meditation. Also, it's worth trying breathing techniques.
Taking a nap too can reduce the stress level that you are experiencing. These days, that's what I do when I'm tired and feeling stressed.

One of the best wasy to relieve it and I'm loving it. But I'm losing my productivity because instead of doing other else, I'm liking to sleep than to do those things.  Tongue

In my stress situation , most of time i go to my washroom then do Ablution then go to my prayer room and done salat . After that i pray to my GOD so that HE minimize my stress and solve my problem. Personally i feel better after do that and this works for me maximum time.

I handle stress by giving myself some time to think of and by doing things I love like listening to music, drawing, playing with my pets and a lot more. Travelling can be one of them too, since visiting to different places gives some relaxation and you can get to know yourself too better. Stress can come in the unexpected way and we may not know what to do and just keep on overthinking and feeling insecure sometimes starts to swell. So, be strong and trust yourself that you can do it, survive it whatever will come your way because at the end you live for your family, friends or lovers and they need you. You may want to talk it also to your family or trusted friend.
