The best way to handle stress is by having sex or masturbating.

Find out the reason for your stress and when you have a problem on your plate, try to find a solution for it. Instead of overthinking, it’s better to fight back. It’s even better to go to a place where you can find some peace and then have a deep conversation with yourself.

To be frank, trading stress is hard to handle. But I personally choose to take a break from long term trading and do scalping so that after making a good profit in one or two trades, I stop and spend the rest of the day by myself. This allows me to unwind and even not get tense about missing any opportunity.

indeed because we work every day and indeed we are often faced with stress, and whatever the profession is always faced with stress, including myself, I often experience stress because of busy daily work ranging from working online and also working offline. sometimes there are times when I myself experience stress but to deal with stress I always entertain myself like listening to music and watching videos,

When I feel stressed out, I retreat into nature, usually with my camera to awaken my creative spirit and calm myself down.

At work, I go out for a walk at noon. Or do I go outside for 5 minutes to stare at the sky and focus on my breathing (trying to get it as low as I can)

Keep yourself busy, exercise and go outdoors. That probably helps,
have a healthy mindset, lessen the social media stuff and get
plenty of rest and sleep. Invest in yourself, health and well being.

If re-registering to shit post on the Forum floats your boat, then you might want to take a wider look at your life.

Get out in the sun - go for a walk and enjoy the world around you.

I try to make a small achievement every day. Making a small thing (or a big one, if I'm ready enough for it) so I can check that off the list and be happy about it. What else? Good food. An interesting film. Simple things relieve stress well because they help me forget my worries.

Whenever I am stressed out, I watch movies or listen to songs but there are time both doesn't work, there are times they both cause noise pollution to my brain in such situations, I talk to people.

I am currently suffering from a disease called OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) My daily life is often stressful because there are always strange thoughts, things that I fear, and being forced to do things that I don't want to do. That's why I'm often stressed and the way I treat stress is by exercising, listening to music, chatting and don't forget to Allah SWT.
