I was just looking at the promotion list but it looks like no one won this week's promotion? It would be nice if they added this week's price to next week's. Then that would be 80 mBTC. Converted almost 2000 $. I think that's a bit too much. Or maybe they want to play for Santaclaus.

As far as I know, in round 4 there are rules if there are no winners in the previous round the prizes will not accumulate for the next round, you are correct if this is accumulated to the next round the prize pool will be very large, and whoever will win it will be happy because get a big Christmas gift.
I hope that in the next round there will be matches from the EPL that are included to predict the correct score.

for what i've known hhampuz announced that if no one will the prize or reward wouldn't be accumulated on the next round so i think the reward is fixed on 40mbtc weekly.

The probability of winning alone is quite higher than the last version of the prediction contest since we need to input more predictions. Winning alone is absolutely great, however, IMO, it's hard to win and even predict the correct score of both of those 2 games.
