Normally you would think that this is different per country, because in each country it can be different with the currency. I think there is a slight difference in payouts and the corresponding time, because a bitcoin transaction can never arrive as fast as a litecoin, for example. they also planned to implement a few other payment methods, that could be related to it. A payout via Skrill will be arranged and arrive at the customer faster than if you make a world transfer via the bank account.

I also cannot find this timeframe. There is something described that each payout is paid out in proportion to the circumstances of the players or activities. then of course you don't know anything that way. Some betting sites have it in their terms and conditions, some don't. for the users it would be better if it was there, but this does bring a certain pressure for the gambling site.
