I'm also pleased with the new ClientUI (thou down now...) But I'm more interested in how long your "Same Day Activation" works because I bought 10 pod yesterday (29 hours ago) and they haven't been online yet Are others getting their pods online within the 24hour time frame? I have found your order (very sorry for the delay here) and provisioned another 10 pack to your account. Please give this a few minutes to come online and if you have any issues, please reach us at support@gawlabs.com or via the web at http://gawminers.com. Thanks.

Any plans for offering a volt-mod service? Maybe with a hosting option? I've got 48 miners I'll send your way if you need a genie pig.
If they can do it for a reasonable price I would also be interested. Or they could do it as a promotion on new purchases.... This is something we are speaking internally about and will provide an update here (and our website) if this is something that makes sense for us to do. I will say that with the speed in which the hardware market is growing and new hardware announcements, it will make less sense to provide this type of service as it may become obsolete sooner rather than later. Please also let us know if anyone else is interested in this type of service. Thanks.

Hey guys, To continue to show our apprication to our existing customers. Anyone that bought a blade from us, before today's date, will get another one free That is interesting, but doesn't reward the earliest supporters. If someone bought a 10 pack at $1695 (which were $1999 at the beginning when I bought them), then paid $499 to upgrade to a blade, they're paying $2195 for 5.2 MH/s. You're saying if a later customer bought a blade (which weren't available to the earliest buyers) for $2999, they get one free. That's $1499 for 5.2 MH/s, when the earliest purchasers (like myself) ended up paying $2195. I think their offer is very good already. They don't HAVE to offer an upgrade at all. They are a business after all, and want to make money. There has to be a cutting point somewhere, you can't expect upgrades without any extra cost forever. They could also have just given a discount for buying a new unit, instead of a pretty cheap upgrade. An upgrade is even more difficult for them, since it creates loads of second hand 5-chip miners.

I ordered (#2027) the upgrade to a blade last night via bitcoin and have the receipt for it but you guys can't find my order?
I paid $999 for it last night and now the price is $499! What the hell?
Nobody is helping figure out where my $999 went even thought I have receipt for this order via GAW checkout process.
I would sure like some answers of what is going on???
My support ticket is #2852 with all my documentation for this order. Nobody has replied my ticket for the last 12 hours??
Followup ==> GAW resolved this now! Thanks for taking care of this quickly!

I can understand that, and do appreciate the upgrade option. It's just that their promise of "always rewarding those who trusted us first" doesn't add up. This time it's those that bought a blade first, after we (early purchasers) already helped to make a name for GAW, give them support, and aid in GAW's ability to offer blade discounts to newer customers. You didn't wait long enough for us to finish writing a new post lol All existing customers looking to purchase a new blade will be able to purchase for 1399.95 today

Did gridseed drop the prices? How is it possible to halve the price in a day?

We became one of 4 authorized distributors in 2 weeks when our competitors had been at it for months. Simple put, we are their favorites Nice try, but multiple companies had major price decreases. Lightningasic is at $1450 now, and hashra at $1500. So that is comparable. So, either gridseed did a major price drop themselves, or you were reaping in 300% profit on the miners sold at $3k.

This time it's those that bought a blade first, after we (early purchasers) already helped to make a name for GAW, give them support, and aid in GAW's ability to offer blade discounts to newer customers. edit: And about having the extra USB stock: I think there will always be MORE customers for those than the blades. More people would have $150 to buy the USB device than $2000-$3000. To be honest I think the very early adopters should get an offer atleast just as attractive as later adopters. I was one of the first to buy a hosted 10-package. Those packages went for $1999 at first. If I upgrade to a blade I will have paid a total sum of $2498 for a 5200kh/s miner. Customers who ordered 1-2 weeks later only had to pay $1695 and with the upgrade the total sum is $2194 This is a huge difference... $304 and I can assure you nobody could have mined that amount in 2 weeks time.
