I bought hosting on the 12th and it took 5 minutes being online after purchase  Cool
The power is shuffling on trademybit and shows steady 5-7mhash.
The coupon didn't work at purchase but they credited the 100$ as store credit right after my email.

Customer service for now 100%.

Keep it up GAW.

Hi Guys,

So here is how this GAW Double Payout will work:

This first Double Payout Promotion is limited to Member of the GAW Founders Club.
Once this promotion is completed, we will do another promotion for the rest of our customers. This first promotion is a way of honoring our Founders

Yes, GAW Founder Members can participate in both promotions, they will get TWO weeks of double profits!

Please register you miners with us here:
http://www.gawminers.com/promotions/

You will have until the end of the 15th to register your miners with us..

Note: you can only register miners you purchased from us!

At the end of the promotion, we will match the results of your week-long mining (based on the hashing power of the miners you registered with us). All of the promotional earnings will be deposited to a BTC account you register with us. Its that simple!

Happy GAW Mining

All Blades are shipped. If you have not received tracking yet, its coming. If you received a USPS, it will be replaced by a Fedex tracking number. Thanks for the patience. Customs had us repack all of these things today, it was not fun. The staff at the warehouse worked around the clock to get it done. But everything is out!

Want to see what 200 blades being shipped looks like? Smiley

Hi everyone,

We would like to gently remind everyone that we can not offer our GAW Miners Founder Membership to any customers outside the 18th-1st window. To answer the question that many have been asking, they can not be purchased Smiley

UI updates look great.  Back up pool option is nice.

If you aren't already planning to implement it, may we ask for more than 2 pool options in the UI? DDOSing, server failures, etc., can be pretty common with mining pools.  I'm thinking at least 5 (or unlimited) number of backup pools.  (Most pools have more than one server.  If we have 2 choices and their both on our favorite pool, and the entire pool is down, we don't have a true "backup" pool, with only 2 slots.)

Thanks.

The double pool thing is a stopgap solution. We will offer more, I just needed to get two up right away. An arbitrary number like 5 would be easier to roll out sooner, but infinite is also possible. Do you guys need more than five? Or rather what is the max number that could ever be needed for one instance?

Please let me know via email: jeff@gawminers.com

I need to know so I can make a decision on how I am going to build for the next update to that feature.

I would be happy with 10 pools. It's more then I should ever need but It would be nice to have the option.

Once I order a hosted blade how long before I see it online and does it come with any kind of portal in order to control pools and other things? If not when will such things be implemented?

There is a UI.
They are currently upgrading to the blades, shipping them out, etc.
I would say less than 24hrs to see your blade online.

Hi Guys, you will start seeing you pools go up in hashing power (if it has not already). We are doing them in the order they were purchased Smiley

The UI for the blades will begin to roll out tomorrow. For today, you will have the hashing power.

more to come soon!

Hi Guys,

I wanted to jump on here and provide a personal update.

I just wanted to personally apologize for the delays in shipping last week. Even though much of it was of our control (we did not plan to be hit by scammers!), I know we could have done a better job communicating about what was going on. While the delay was not too bad, and we hit most of our delivery windows, we were a little behind.

Again, we will pay for any lost mining time. So feel free to email us at: info@gawminers.com for that. We are proud to always follow through on this commitment.

We have implemented an advance fraud detection system, so this will not be an issue going forward. As amazing as it sounds, the scammers are still at it and trying to use stolen credit cards. But we now run fraud detection checks, so they will not be able to get free products from our company. BTW, if any of the scammers are reading this, you will not get through our system, so stop trying.

Going forward, we will be back to same day shipping for orders before 2 pm eastern, and I expect you to hold us to that Smiley

You guys are the best. Better then the best, thanks for all your support. Oh, and for those of you that asked, t-shirts are coming lol
