Out of curiosity, what site is the multipool using to sell the altcoins to buy Diem for payouts?  Thanks.

So I was talking to apm in the trollbox and he mentioned maybe doing some kind of a charity type thing once we have the pool up and running and out of beta.  Then we got disconnected... but got me thinking.   Grin

I was thinking we could link it to Kiva.org
They have a setup which makes loans to people in 3rd world countries.  Mainly people looking to expand/start their business but also upgrade their houses, and make improvements to the community with things like solar farms I saw once.  It's also like a crowd funding thing where you only contribute as little as $25 toward the loan and multiple people get together the full amount.

I especially like this because it's not a one time deal where you donate the money and it's gone.  Because it's a loan you usually get your money back to put back to work somewhere else in the world.  Any interest goes to the partners in those counties so as the funder you don't gain interest but you do get paid back in full unless of course they default which in my experience is very rare... I think 1 out of the 50 or so loans I've made has defaulted.
I've personally been doing it for 2 years and have been circulating $250 and have made over $1000 in loans.

I really think this would be an easy way the DIEM community could do some good in the world and whenever you make a loan it gives you the option to share it via Facebook or Twitter...  Easy promotion for the charity fund for followers of DIEM.

Even better if Spots could get in touch with the guys running it and convince them to accept Paysha that would mean we don't even have to convert to cash before lending.

What do you guys think?
