For me it is never too late to buy bitcoin, depending on the vision and mission we want, for short trade or long term. In the short term it is never too late because we can make profits from the altcoins we buy quickly. for example, in the last two days I have gotten quite a lot of profit from DOGE and TFUEL, ZIL, because their pump is quite fast, until now Doge is still a pump and I can take advantage of the difference.
But for long-term investment, it is still possible because BTC is still at 34K with predictions this year will be more than 50K. In essence, it's better to buy than sorry to see crypto price increases without us owning the assets.

Rest 20% ,we can invest in Top10 Alt coins except XRP which is facing legal action by SEC. It is certainly in troubled waters now. I am expecting a Huge rally in Alt coins once BTC Price stabilizes and its Dominance Index comes down.
My favourite picks are LTC and Polkadot.

Well said. It is right time to take entry into Alts now as BTC Dominance Index is dropping down and good buying momentum is visible in Alts Market. We should be good cherry picking when it comes to buying Alts because all alts will not Rally only those who have good project backed by Professional Teams. Ethereum is also good because it has not yet broken ATH record of 2017 which was $1400. LTC, Polka dot and ADA are good buys as well. In short Top 10 of CMC( Coinmarketcap) are good buys at current rates.

I will HODL 3 altcoins who have a great team and a solid growth potential based on real use cases:

1: NPXS: Wants to make crypto available for everybody looks like a coin that could go to the moon. They already have pay terminals all over the world and I think that this could become a TOP 100 coin.
2: MDT: Wants users to get paid when there data is used. In current times data is the most valuable asset so this has a lot of potential
3: XEM: Is already well known but I believe in the project.

Not everybody will make a lot of money buying and selling altcoins. In fact most people will lose unless greed get's grip of the market again. do note that than the value is a bubble for most of the altcoins (outside of the top 100) with a few exceptions.

That's right, analysis and information are needed before choosing the right altcoin. I learned a lot about mistakes and failures. But the best looking to buy altcoins at cheap prices are DOGE and TRX. Both coins have a large market, large supporters and investors. The BTC has made history today  and broke its all time high record. It is currently trading around $ 20500 to 20600. BTC Dominance Index is around 65% which is very High. I personally think that it is the Right time to take entry in Good Alt coins ( Ranking from 2 to 20 on coinmarketcap). I believe that History of 2017 will be repeated soon. All altcoins will get a new ATH, especially those that have a large market capitalization and are ranked in the CMC, although now there are many altcoins that are already very expensive like ethereum and litcoin, but I don't think it is a problem to buy now, because when the bull market peak arrives the price will be more expensive than today.

The Bull Run in Alts market is already in. Top 20 Alt coins on CMC have already made huge gains ranging from 25 to 120%. It is good opportunity to trade and book good profit. Lite coin is also my favourite coin and it is expected to break ATH record within few weeks.

I woke up this morning and was glad to see it had stalled s tiny bit, the rate at which they were booming was almost reminiscent of 17/18. I think altcoins will change the world in all more than BTC will, though btc was clearly the catalyst.

I think getting in now is a pretty solid plan. So many coins still in their infancy definitely have huge potential for gains.
