Gamblers - How do you use your signature campaign earnings?

Interesting to read the very many differences in signature earnings money management   I am on the hodlers' side because I try not to touch any of that from the moment I consider them like an extra investment. This little extra plus some monthly DCA is my way of stacking sats for the future

That is a great way of holding btc because while it is adding more and more btc to your stack, it is also giving you an opportunity to sell it higher at your desired value. I sometimes hold it in my wallet but always withdraw from the gambling site bi-weekly to keep my btc in a wallet whose private key is held by me, as it feels to be my own bank when I have them in my personal wallet. I am thinking of investing in NFTs because it is the new trend after Defi that will rise so high.

Good move to always be in control of your keys, which is the point of bitcoin after all that has empowered us to take on the big responsibility to be our own personal bankers.
Regarding your Non-Fungible tokens investment idea, I am not sure if I would do that. As you said it is the new trend but what NFT will you choose? It is not for me right now, I am sticking to bitcoin.

I think they may have their own reasoning for why they pick their choice on the poll instead of just picking "I do all three". We don't know who they are and what they do in the real world for why they pick just one of the choices.
I imagine people who choose "Gamble it!" all of their sig earnings is because they want to double their earnings and aren't satisfied with the amount they earned or just want to have fun because the earnings are just a bonus for them on this forum.
For "HODL of course", I think they're the ones who already are satisfied with what they are earning in the sig campaign and in real life and don't want to gamble their coins which is the reason they choose to hold instead.
Lastly, for Spend it/Convert to USD, I think their the ones who don't have a job on real life or needs more financial support other than their job which is the reason they spend it and convert it into fiat instantly. I too was a student when I joined the crypto world and use it to support my financial needs for my studies.

Anyway, these are only my guesses why they've pick just one of the choices rather choosing all three. I hope this makes sense somehow.

I voted for "Gamble it" but it does not mean that all what I earned from the campaign goes to gambling.
Without a doubt, I used some from the earning for something else but mostly for gambling.
I have only 1 choice to vote, so I choose the one that I usually do with my earning from the campaign.

It's tough to say that for once you'll never gamble and you never use those earnings from your signature campaigns, and with how things works with each gambling house who promotes / provides competitions that adds up to your chance earning more aside from your campaign salaries.

I doubt that in anyhow they'll also participate and try some luck to win!

You should know what you are doing in terms of gambling addiction. As you said, if it has no negative impact on his life, that's fine. But if it is already influencing your life more than you imagined, better slow down and assess your situation. Because later on, you will suffer from its consequences. always be having that kind of excuses anytime that they do make lose their money with gambling and then later on they do realize that they are losing
that much and they cant just stop because theyre tending to chase up those losses on making break even or at least getting it back which is a typical scenario

Simply because it's not so easy to see if it can be beneficial or not. Nobody will continue to play at a game in which they are losing every time but unfortunately or not most of gambling games allow players to win. One part of players earn money at those games and a smaller part even wins lot of money thinks to lucky probabilities. That's why loser ones continue to gamble, they just hope their turn will come.

I would try at least limiting the amount you gamble, divide your signature campaign earnings into two funds/wallet. Use one of gambling and save the other, as the time goes by try reducing the analogy between your savings and your gambling fund to a minimum, 20% would sound good.

I also gambled some of my first signature campaign earnings on Bustabit, I lost most of them and regretted it, fortunately, it was only a small amount. Since then, I'm only saving them to a separate wallet.

Simply because it's not so easy to see if it can be beneficial or not. Nobody will continue to play at a game in which they are losing every time but unfortunately or not most of gambling games allow players to win. One part of players earn money at those games and a smaller part even wins lot of money thinks to lucky probabilities. That's why loser ones continue to gamble, they just hope their turn will come.

Most of the gamblers thinks short term only, if they win today, they'll cash out and enjoy their winning.. actually they usually remember their winnings only, that's a typical type of gamblers who mostly play for fun that treating gambling as a business or a job.

That's the main reason why casinos wins most of the time because they have the edge while most gamblers gamble with their emotion.
In the long run, we still lose but sometimes we just failed to account anymore our loses.

Same reason why i have now using different wallet instead of using my gambling site account because i am always seeking for betting every time my payments land on that wallet .

It is difficult to prevent the tempt that comes to us, but I am sure that it will not be easy to use that money to gamble if you have good control. You will use that money to sell and convert it into fiat, or you can use it to trading to increase the amount, which you will have more chances to make a profit from trading.

If we have good control of our emotions, we will follow our lust to gamble because we know that we really need that money for our future, and we will try to prevent playing gambling.

No Doubt! That's what experienced gamblers edge from an ordinary  gambler. They are capable of controlling in managing thier bankroll.

Whatever temptations might be there, as long as you stick with your money management, the chance is always positive to you. Though sometimes, there's  also shit that you may encounter.

I agree and I can say that me myself can't hold the money inside the gambling site, there were times that I want to spend money because I am bored and need some relaxations sometimes I just want to try some strategies in some games and help me to sharpen my knowledge that's why instead of holding I am using all of it in gambling, I have other job as well so my salary in sig camp is my budget for some extra activities.

The poll is lacking an option, hold some, gamble the other. That's what I personally do. Divide my campaign earnings into an analogy of approximately 70/30, hold the 70% of my funds and spend the rest while gambling. Seems like a safer and a wiser choice to be honest. The numbers are more or less at an example, but just to give you the idea of holding most and spending the least.

If you are not an addected to betting i must say that you are really lucky...i have friend that always spend 75% from her crypto earning in betting platform, we are in crypto since 2017 and if he well managed her earnings from crypto maybe he is rich now

would love to check the data on how many people get addicted to gambling but I'd bet it's the minor part of the people, even 20% would already be too high
probably some relation with how each one handle dopamine, right?

Those poll options are just right because these are the things on where we do commonly do so it is just right to see it that way.When it comes to those things been chosen then its up to someone on how they would be
spending up their signature campaign.Its either they would use it on gambling or doing all 3 things then it none of others business because its your money.

For myself i do all 3 things depending on my mood which i do gamble for sometimes, when im in need then i do skip out and convert all the money and if i dont need money then

i do tend to hold of those coins in my wallet for me to save up and make use later on in case if theres something i do need to spend on.
