There is no wrong or right time to buy Bitcoin. Bitcoin is just a coin which is competing to be recognized as a digital currency. This year has been particularly good for bitcoin. I can only say that the next few weeks looks good for bitcoin because of some major announcements regarding adoption of bitcoin but any bad news can topple the whole market and bitcoin may loose its value again.

So you mean everytime we buy some bitcoin then it's good decision made by us? Well for me no since it's so wrong to buy at the peak since most provably we will lose our money when dump hit the market and it's so stressful to hodl while waiting for bitcoin to rise again. So best to spot the right timing since it will make you gain from your trades.

I do believe that there is no wrong or right to buy Bitcoin cause the outcome will all depend on what process will you do. Like if you are doing day trade I am pretty sure that there will be some ups and down will occur thus you will still able to get profit even if it is just small. Long term, on the other hand, there's no problem buying at the peak 'cause if you were a dedicated holder you will be able to wait for a long time even it if takes years or more, and honestly, there are people who can pull that off. However as much as possible, it is recommended to buy on dips rather than entering in a random market price.

I bought a little BTC on the basis it can break out here, Im unsure if it makes this scenario or not but its definitely a viable prospect.   We've made a slightly higher low, the only thing that would confuse bullish movement from here would be a lower high of some sort.  So just waiting I guess to see how it goes, market itself is likely uncertain in this.
   I always consider true price movement must be rubber stamped by each sphere on earth so Asia trading, europe and americas and I guess a bit more also so I often look at 4hr bars though daily and weekly also is an ideal confirmation till then we guess.

Think I need it to beat 35k really  & if we dont perhaps we repeat some more again which is fine also all these prices are high.

I agree that 35k is definitely the magic number. If you check what is going on with the price of bitcoin, that 35k was the point where we broke down and after that it turned a correction into stable price at around 30k, when in fact we were expecting it to just simply go down and up after the correction.

In any case we are talking about bitcoin here, I can't really say this will happen or that will happen, anything could happen and we may never know, it could go to 35k+ price and crash back under 30k who knows?

It is just that we have seen the charts and we have seen the numbers and support and resistance and we know what bitcoin "should" do and what "should" happen if one thing happens, this is why I believe it is going to be going 40k+ if it goes to 35k+ but I can't guarantee anything like that. It is good that you bought some, but do not forget to put a stop loss neither.

Now bitcoin down to $34,000 but still any chance for back above $42k after last day success break from $29,000 become $38,000. maybe take again with correction before bitcoin can reach above $42k, still higher maximum price for bitcoin in this year on $42k will available and have chance for bitcoin back above $50,000 or bitcoin keep going down. So it means that you are now selling Bitcoin? Anyway, that is your choice and I hope you were right about that. I'm not buying Bitcoin this time but not saying "not anymore". I'm waiting for the market to drop again or even just a huge market correction to make another start as I was selling all my holding when reaches $30,000. But seeing the current price is really at high risk, not good for buying unless if you do trading.

Sometimes the panic and the news make people believe that corrections are coming, or that it is not time to buy, sometimes intuition can work, but seeing the movement of Bitcoin, after ELON MUSK posted on his Twitter profile the word Bitcoin, its followers and investors saw this show of confidence, I think there is still a long way to go for a strong correction to emerge, at least I think it is a good time to keep buying to see short-term profits, if the bitcoin price goes down, it's not bad to be patient, bitcoin will give a good pump at any time.

What the chat is saying today is just another repetition of what happened in year 2017, so, we might see something bearish from this bitcoin behavioral movement. I wouldn't suggest a buy for anytime now until the wick candle shows something good or promising. Though those on a long term basis can buy anytime as bitcoin is good for such purpose than short-term.

There's no basis supporting that it's market value will continuously increase. Holding it as well, alone, will not generate that much of a profit unless you invested at its early years. It is quite hard to believe that its market value will be able to increase that much given that its market price is already expensive. So I'd say it will still be gamble perhaps investing at this point, whether its price will still be able to be higher or not. But if you still choose to invest, no one will prohibit you to do so. Just analyse the market in order to avoid regret if things will be happening not having accordance to your expectations.

If we do just think deeply when it comes to profit possibilities:

Holding bitcoin or accumulating ==== We are waiting for possible 2x or 3x in price.
Actively trading === Accumulated profit might really be more than into those above but of course the risk would be doubled since you would be dealing the market actively.

Altcoin investment ==== One of alternatives because multiplying its price in a short time isnt really too far off unlike if we do talk on expensive coins like bitcoin.
This is why some people would really go  after this one.

No. I am not buying right now because first I don't have money to invest because I lost my day job, second even if I have money to invest I will still prioritize my family's basic needs and third I am not a long term hodler.

Those who are into bitcoin for long term should not tend to buy bitcoin because of the nature of the market right now, having said that, those that should buy from this point should make bitcoin on long term and not for short term. That is the only reason why I would be fine with selling as well. I do not like to sell my currencies just to take out profit, that is really not a good reason in my point of view because if I sell to take out my profit and if you sell and the other one sells if we all sell to take out our profits eventually there wouldn't be any profits to be taken very soon. This is exactly why I am not really in support of selling to take out profit.

However one more thing, if you want to sell and use that money to have a good time with your family, that is a great thing. I had a friend who had about 100 bitcoins from very very early days of bitcoin world, he sold it at 20k and now that it is 40k he feels a bit sad, but with that money he made from selling at 20k (in 2017) he bought a house and he paid all his debts and put some aside for interest and future of his children, now that is a very very good reason to sell.

I'm not buying anything at this point. I went all in early on and after the first bull market I've decided to slowly move from bitcoin to fiat with every big bull market. It's not because I want to get rid of my coins but because I'm aware of Bitcoin cycles and I don't want to get stuck being all in for 2 or 3 years of a bearish cycle. That said, I'm still planning to keep 90% of my coin investments regardless of what happens with the price now. I don't expect it to go lower than 19k in the worst scenario, and I held at 19k, so not much will change in that department If it comes that low I'll buy with 50% of my realised profits from this cycle and have the same number of bitcoins that I had in 2020.

I have long read the best investment tactic is to never buy when the price is climbing.

BUT alas!

It first crossed 20, then 22, then 27, then 30, then 32!! Then now it's nearly around 35 and I wanted to take a little risk.

If you Have made act on that risky movement ? then you may have profit more than 20% ? because after that 35,000 Bitcoin price Pumped Up to the Highest 42,000$ and above and almost break the 43k also.

Actually it was our decision that makes matter , either buying in falling prices of in growing ? the thing is our capacity and our trust in the currency we will be Investing  so if we can afford waiting and holding ? the chance of profit is 100% for sure but of course this will take time .
