For me, Both trading and investing are good for me. I trade over three years. I also investing another source before 2020. I am happy to invest both. Sometimes trading is more profitable and sometimes investing is more profitable for me.

Trading does not allow you to miss loss in the market because you are already aware about what is going on in the market, And anything you achieve from it either small or bigger you bear it. Trading is profitable but investing is more profitable in this season we are in the community.

I think its the same,because if you hold long term its profitable, but if you trade and do some mistakes its equal to holding.

Trading and Holding doesn't equate the same thing my friend, you hold because you see future in a project for long or short term but trading is usually for a very short time especially when a trader is bullish on a coin or tokens.
They just look at the chart using indicator ls or generally do some technical analysis as well as fundamental analysis and then, they buy and after a while they sell when they make profits.

Answer to this questions is 2 edged.
You can invest in a wrong token at the end of the holding, your investment will yield nothing while your trades might do well.
While you can also enter a bad trade and investment might be better.

in terms of risk, I think trading does have a much greater risk. however, in terms of profit, and acceleration of profit, trading is much better, because the trading period is determined by us, while investment depends on where it is invested. but, personally, so far, I've been investing more than trading. many people do both. however, I think that trading and investing together requires a large amount of capital.

From my own personal experience throughout the years, investing long term is waaaay better than trading. I know a lot of people think of compounding percentages and technical analysis when considering trading, however they are deluding themselves. Compounding percentages go both ways, if you make a loss, it will be harder to make a profit with which you regain your loss. And technical analysis is basically bs. Nobody can see the future or what is going to happen. So trading is basically gambling with the hope that you discover a "pattern" which helps you predict something.

I think that there must be a balance between trading and investment, normally all of us have a favorite trend, some are more investor thinking and others of market speculators, no matter in which direction the market goes if profits are obtained up or down, in My case when there is investment requires many ingredients, which, the main one is that you have enough money to resist any economic emergency without the need to resort to extracting the investment that is made, that is why Warren Buffet's books are those indicated for this type of operation.

Well its difficult to justify if trading will pay more because firstly investing which should be as good as holding has no time frame of  returns and we can not say it will pay more based on the uncertain time frame and secondly trading crypto will expose you to more risky trades which could either leave you at a loss or more profit... So all things considered, investing is less risky but if its higher profits we want then trading is the way to go.
