Ironically enough, it also apportions $20 billion for the dismantling of roads and highways that social justice warriors (SJWs) claim are “racist.”

You see, “improving infrastructure” has two different meanings depending on whether you are Republican or Democrat. The former recognizes that improving infrastructure means repaving and restructuring roads and bridges while adding more of them wherever needed. To Democrats, though, improving infrastructure means tearing it down if special interest groups see its location as “racist.”

“It’s true that much of Biden’s plan is not traditional infrastructure,” writes Michael Grunwald for Politico.

“It proposes huge investments in scientific research, clean energy research and medical research – although of course it refers to that spending as ‘research infrastructure.’ It would subsidize electric cars and buses as well as electric “charging infrastructure,’ while investing in energy-efficiency upgrades for homes and schools, semiconductor manufacturing, affordable housing, new child care facilities and ‘community college infrastructure,’ more commonly known as ‘community colleges.'”

China Joe’s proposal also aims to “eliminate racial and gender inequalities in STEM programs,” meaning science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Actually, the fake news has been going on for decades in the media. It's the snake oil salesmen that made it into government to cover up the fact that the medical is the biggest snake oil organization of them all.

The people have been conditioned by the medical snake oil companies, that when people like Natural News start bringing the truth into the open, the people think it's snake oil because of their conditioning by the medical.

Here's an example. Something like 600,000 people die from cancer every year in the US. And it's about 650,000 for heart disease. But now, with Covid, people are finding out that 50% or more of everybody could be saved with mega-doses of vitamin D.

We are finally finding that the medical (who has known about vitamin D for many decades) is covering it up. If they weren't, they would have tried it with covid, rather than try to bury it. So, Natural News is the good guys, and the medical is the bad snake oil companies and salesmen.

Here is one important thing to note in all of it. Everything that is written on paper pertaining to anybody, is pertaining to fictional persons, and not men and women.
