Trump was especially bad with messaging. The election was conducted in ways that were contrary to state election laws passed by the various state legislatures, as required by the constitution. This resulted in votes being cast in ways that would not be acceptable according to state election law. Most of the time, these votes were cast because election officials told voters it was okay to vote in this manner (inaccurately). The courts were afraid to overturn elections after the fact. Would state law being enforced as written resulted in a different outcome? I don’t know, but the number of votes in question far outnumber the margin of victory for Biden. While I would agree that your revised statement is factually accurate, it leaves out important context (see above). With the above being said, I don’t think Trump would be able to govern if he were president. |

That's not how courts work. If there was evidence of some issue to the extent that it affected the outcome of the election, sure as shit it would have been overturned. Just ask Al Gore. But just casting votes in ways you don't like (e.g. by mail) doesn't mean those votes go to the person you don't like, and votes going to the person you don't like doesn't make them illegal. |

That's not how courts work. If there was evidence of some issue to the extent that it affected the outcome of the election, sure as shit it would have been overturned. Just ask Al Gore. But just casting votes in ways you don't like (e.g. by mail) doesn't mean those votes go to the person you don't like, and votes going to the person you don't like doesn't make them illegal. In the case of Gore, the courts stopped a recount that could possibly change the outcome of the election from Bush to Gore, and the SC stopped the recount (a later recount found they Bush would have won, had the recount continued). This is consistent with the rulings regarding the 2020 election, as the courts were unwilling to rule in a way that could possibly change the outcome of the election. |

I mean you attacked Twitchy for using the word "litigate" so surely a legal expert like yourself couldn't possibly be so carelessly misrepresenting lack of evidence or lack of standing as courts being "afraid". |
