I feel sorry about their situation since instead of being lucky they turn out to be the most unlucky person by the time they hit the jackpot since they die without enjoying it.

Myself too think the same way. Most of the time cardiac arrest happens with people who are already suffering from heart disease. People who comes out of the first time cardiac arrest used to survive longer on medication. These people shouldn't get overjoyed or deep sadness. When one wins jackpot, there'll be happiness overflowing. This sudden change of state makes changes in the blood pumping and causes cardiac arrest. Another thing, it happens mostly with people who have the mind to enjoy the moment, but out of excitement they control and feel the happiness within themselves.

I really think that they surely have existing heart problems whether it may be because of stress, fat problem, No proper exercise, No proper nutrients, and it may because of hereditary illness, I think lottery gambling should not be the figure to blame here but the person that neglected their health, I guess sometimes it is a coincidence that they are ending up in a heart attack because of the shock!

Heart attack is one of the traitor illness, meaning, if you are one of the lotto player you must be prepared if ever you hit the jackpot price.
