You are only pertaining to one person, when OP stated different persons who gets heart attack after hitting the jackpot. So yeah maybe the reason for this specific person to get a heart attack is due to his underlying heart condition + the emotion after hitting, but it is not justified for the other people who died from hitting the jackpot.

The person on the OP was what I am pertaining, there are statistics and studies that supports my claim that there aren't a lot of people who suffer from heart attack or anything similar to that when they win something big, sure some might faint but anything serious is an unlikely thing to happen.
