Have you checked the challenges lately? There are 2 new challenges with $1,000 reward each and min bet is only 0.1 and 0.2. I mean went see someone created a challene with 100,000$ I know the chance is so small maybe 0.00000001% win rate, I see the person account who created that challenge with 100,000$ without rank + only wager more 5000$ So, is a bit mystery for the person who created that challenge have the money he for challenge he was created.

Every now and then you have to pay attention before entering the rollbit trade and it's not just wild guesses but we have to be fast with bets with a set time even per second the price keeps moving so fast, Like what @YOSHIE said it's true we have to make the right decision quickly if the guess is right you will be rich. lol but prices go up and down i see.

As I understand, no one will be able to create challenge if he/she has no funds on his balance. ]
Lets say you want to create a challenge with $100 prize, so you must have that amount on your balance.
Once you created the challenge, the amount will be deducted from your balance means that the prize is guaranteed.
I just checked and it seems you are referring to a user namely "Razer", am I right?
Afaik this user is an official user from Rollbit (can be one of rollbit's admin or owners).
