No need to mention me as I think I've started to reduce my gambling activity since a month ago due to some reasons. What you should do is, be jealous of someone if you can't help it, that is understandable but do not gamble at the same time of that period. So let's assume that you see someone putting 1 dollar in and get 10k out, and you are feeling "MAYBE I CAN DO IT TOO!!!" then stop gambling, don't even start, stop gambling completely and not even a small amount during that period, because in that situation you will lose a lot of money. Do it like a few hours later, or maybe do it one day later but basically just try to avoid gambling as much as you can while feeling those type of emotions, it would definitely help you out a lot.

^ Definitely right, but there are some games that you can't apply experimenting procedures or even you have tried it in different styles. Because in fact, they are based on luck game so much better don't focus on it, just gamble for an entertainment purpose and enjoy yourself on it, promise, you will never get annoyed even though you experience losses.
