Yes, it is quite true that the reason why BSC network became big as of then, was as a result of ETH gas fees, but did that really affect ETH in a big way? I don't think so, because it kept growing as well. It is also nice to add that, a lot of projects that migrated to BSC did so in order to get hype and pump their price, now how many of those projects are still growing and how many are moving again to POLYGON? Nevertheless, the BSC network is also not as good as you can think, it still needs more improvements if it want to last long term, congestion seems to be getting at it often and on.
Lastly, I don't think there is or will be a better option than ETH blockchain, ETH blockchain is just the best and look at what the team are working on currently, the London hard fork is done already, now ETH 2.0 is on the way.

I thinnk BSC will keep having users even in the future, so many projects mostly NFT still using BSC even the newer ones ad they usually have their partnership with Binance and until now BSC still being frequently used by many people mainly the people who also uses Binance services and to have Binance Smart Chain as an alternative for ETH is okay i think. after all BSC was set to have really low gas price because it's for project like NFT projects.

BSC or ERC20 will always have a lot of users because global adoption of crypto has just started, but if you compare BSC and ERC20 I believe ERC20 is the best, because high gas fees are not a big problem and it will be over when Ethereum 2.0 is released.
If you look at the facts, BSC is widely used because it is an alternative to Ethereum when ERC20 gas fees are high, and imagine if Ethreum 2.0 has been released and makes ERC20 gas fees low, will BSC be more crowded than ERC20?

The Ethereum platform and the Binance Smart Chain platform are very popular on these two platforms.But now the BSC platform is becoming a little more popular. I can see that the tokens of BSC platform can be transferred with very low network fee. i think Competitor of Ethereum not only BSC, in the market now there are alot of better smart contract platform that has low fee and high TPS.  I dont know when gas fee of Ethereum will reduce, and since this problem does not fix yet, I prefer to use other one because I dont want to pay transaction fee above 3% of my balance. Not only BSC have low fee transaction but others  like Solana ,trx & Matic also.

I will continue to use Bsc if my altcoins are stored in my bsc wallet and the bsc transaction fees are still low then I will continue to use them as a wallet to store my altcoins. so if ethereum transaction fees have recovered then i will use both.

Binance Smart Chain is superior to Binance DEX, even though they are both from the same source, namely Binance. I see the presence of BSC exactly the same as the ethereum blockchain. Even though Ethereum transaction fees are back to normal, BSC users are still running smoothly. Currently, many tokens have been developed with Binance smart contracts. Even some of the coins are already in the BSC version. If you want to withdraw XRP, then you can choose the XRP of BEP20 version.

Binance Smart Chain more suitable for most of the newer projects than ethereum where it's all about game and speed.
Can't imagine how the newer games project will become slow if using eth but with bsc it can pressure the fee to be lower. but there are also other platforms offering better advantages for these kind of games that need speed and require almost zero fee, in the future maybe there will be more platform better than BSC or ETH.

Ethereum and ETH chains are one of the oldest and most trusted after blockchain.
It’s popularity is very high compared to BSC.
Though now when the gas fees are high, still people using ETH.
I guess when the gas fees will be low, many people will automatically get into ETH soon.
So i guess after the gas fees is lowered, people who using BSC  will shift back to ETH chain.

it can be seen that currently many are using the binance smart chain, because currently there are many new projects based on defi and nft games, so it feels like bsc is more suitable for use with the advantages of speed and transfer costs. therefore even though the eth network is back to normal, bsc is still widely used

The reason for the increase in etherium gas free is that the price of etherium has increased a lot in a short time. Ethereum's gas free will decrease again. when Ethereum price will stabilize. And whenever the etherium gas fee goes down, its use will go up a lot like bsc

why don't you swap these altcoins to the development team ?? because many altcoins do swap but all old altcoin holders will get new altcoins from the swap. Is it because you didn't contact the team so you didn't get any new altcoins ?? The problem with BSC is its centralization which is very much prone to compromises but still I believe in CZ team that they're doing their best not to be hacked or else BSC network will really go down. Other than that, I see a very bright future for BSC. Binance smart chain really solves the problem of High gas and the speed which is one of the problem for old guy ethereum. I also would like to highlight that BSC network is not that big compare to ETH network that's why it still has less fees. Its like ETH at its early stage.

I don’t like comparing Etherum to any sidechains or other blockchain as I think that Bitcoin is a king and Ethereum is a quine of crypto world, so nobody in the Kingdom can be more significant than the ruler. Moreover, where have you taken information that Ethereum’s transaction fees are likely to decrease? I think that it is possible only with switching to Ethereum 2.0.

In my opinion, the choice of people and companies that create projects remains on the erc20 or ethereum platforms, but considering the current very high transaction costs they have to use the services of Bsc. but after this issue is passed by ethereum they will be back with the erc20 platform. and bsc will continue to compete with ethereum

BSC has indeed become very strict for ETH, by offering gas costs that are much cheaper than ETH

right now the new developers must really care about the low cost to be able to market their coins
