BSC is already better than ETH or a ETH killer right now ethereum price should still remain at 1000+ price tag, either with high gas or not ETH is still a big BOSS.

The understanding is this, Ethereum will still be big forever because it has a smart contract earlier so that it can be used by others including BNB before BNB has its own smart contract, namely BSC, so in general ETH will still be good even though the transaction fee is very expensive, and BSC will also not be bad as an alternative alternative to save transaction costs.

There seems to be a bit of something wrong with what you're saying because BSC hasn't been around for a long time in cryptocurrency, even though almost 80% of new projects are using BSC at this point but that doesn't mean BSC has been around for a long time in cryptocurrency.

BSC is indeed a newcomer when compared to ETH, but BSC has the advantage that it has a relatively stable and cheap gas fee
With that advantage, many new projects use BSC to make their smart contracts, which makes BSC better for now and becomes the toughest competitor of ETH which has too expensive fees in my opinion.

Indeed, the problem for Ethereum is that the transaction fees are still high I think everyone knows about it,
and with BSC they offer cheaper transaction fees than Ethereum,

this might be among the reasons why this project was born but if you think about it, it all about competition which is needed as a business to allow the devs to be creative and deliver the best possible services and equally prevent eth being a monopolized project in its niche all together.

lower costs on the part of the customers means high demand for their crypto token and sticking to one project which passes on the high transaction fees onto the user means less demand for such a token , so the solution to this is to move to a blockchain like BSC with low fees for the end user.

but what do you think will happen once ethereum gas fee goes lower in near few months? Will BSC faced same fate as binance DEX? Or BSC will remain the better option over ethereum?

it will remain as a competitive space for the two biggest projects in this niche and both will coexist....no extinction of either.

Transaction fees and speed both are being dominated by BSC between these two chains, but there are still
many people who continue to use the service of ERC even the fees and have clogged network ETH still
have the position upper than BSC in terms of coin positioning.

It's still a long way to go and more competitors to show up, but these two giant chains already established

Currently days ago I made an exchange in the ETH network and I spent more than 150usd that is something exaggeratedly expensive, however the projects that are based on the BSC network I love them for their low fees, when they are ERC-20 projects I have to study them very Well if they are worth it or not, now every project in the BSC network is excellent for me, because it does not require any fee, however the risk for which it is exposed is very great, because in decentralized exchanges, there is a lot scamer who make contracts with almost the same name causing the contracts and investors to be confused and defraud, that way it always happens, or that the project that is being done keeps the funds.

here are the advantages and disadvantages of each.
On the other hand, from a project perspective, eth is very good because it's rare for scammers to be in this network because the gas is in a different level.
on the other hand BSC is more friendly in transaction fees but as you said a lot of coins and projects are being misused because of their low prices. so it's no stranger now in the BSC network, many coins are only temporary and rely on pumps.

on the other hand you are so brave to use $150 just for gas and that is one effort that is quite expensive and of course the level of profit will certainly be very much more than that.

that's exactly how it is, the main reason why I don't use the ETH network is the commission, on uniswap I'm not ready to pay $ 40-60 for 1 swap, it's too much, I'm generally surprised at such traders who trade with such commissions on the ETH network.

If you only rely on low costs, it will be very difficult for BNB to fight ETH, because Polygon also has a much cheaper cost compared to BSC, but Polygon is still not able to compete with ETH, and for ETH the price is already very expensive now it's still very reasonable for the current transaction fee problem, now try to imagine if the price of BNB can be equal or the same as ETH, will the cost also be cheap ? BSC continues to skyrocket and leave ETH, the biggest factor that makes developers switch to BSC is speed and transaction fees, to swap tokens to ETH costs more than $6 for normal speed that takes 30 minutes to get 8 confirmations, while swap tokens with BSC costs money less than $1 with 30 seconds for 10 confirmations.

In ETH network you will make transaction to cost at only 6$? I don’t know if you have made any transactions in the last few days. I did several transaction and approximately cost was 18$-20$. BSC cost also increasing but still it’s several times low from ETH. Without upgrade of ETH network i don’t think have any possibility to reduces gas fees.

I think Binance Smart Chain has over tooke Ethereum due to its low and affordable transaction fee. Although Gass fee in BSC chain also goes up if there are some conjunction or traffic in running transactions, but nevertheless, etherium Gass fee will take a very long time to be as low as BSC in the recent years.

If we talk about the current high transaction fees of Ethereum, maybe BSC is an alternative for now, many new projects are being launched using the BSC blockchain. But there are also projects launched on the Ethereum blockchain that can do well on exchanges. For now each project is launched tokens in two versions, Ethereum and BSC. If one day the transaction fees of the Ethereum blockchain return to normal, the tokens developed through the Ethereum blockchain will experience an increase in transactions compared to BSC.

It will not happen because the BSC chain is not fully decentralized. The entire chain is under control of Binance and the nodes are run by 3rd parties which are controlled by Binance. A complete switch to the Binance Chain would mean for a project or company to be in the clutches of Binance which is an business risk.

Why can it be a business risk if the company is in the grip of Binance ? because so far I have never come across bad news for Binance and its followers or the companies that have worked with it for a long time.

That's a very definite thing to happen because when the price of BNB has started to approach the price of Ethereum, and the impact for the cost will also be almost the same as what has happened to Ethereum so the project developers will look for other alternatives for this like Polygon which is still very cheap in terms of transaction fees.
