Aside from using RBF to transaction I marked as #2 in the screenshot, you can also ask your friend to perform RBF the transaction he sent you.
I believe that has the transaction ID: ad6e020366cf24d838c4cf9edcbe3f29e1a0de35dbd42e370c55055d6a91c05f (with RBF flag)

And I've already posted in this reply what to do if it returned with the error:

That's all I that can advice based from what you want:

(it's 0.067BTC right? not 0.067mBTC)

Since you've included the output of the pointed (purple) transaction to the #3 marked txn, its funds became a part of your unconfirmed balance.
The only way is to invalidate that txn #3 by either (you) using RBF to txn #2 or (your friend's) unconfirmed transaction using is wallet.
(refer to my previous post's screenshot).

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Edit: Btw This Viabtc is trash... I tried it 00.00 as told.. 1h before after and all day.... Limit bla bla.. not working.
I wouldn't call them "trash": they offer a free service that's in high demand.

Edit: If i get hold of my friend and he makes the fee higher or can he even do that? I mean 900 sat for those transaktions.. how much is needed wtf???
Have you suggested to just double spend one of the inputs and start over, instead of paying more and more on transaction fees, then sending a new transaction which you won't spend before it's confirmed?

Okey but can the guy with access to this transaction up the fee to a lets say 300 and rebroadcast it? Is that the solution maybe? If this doesnt work... how long will I wait?
The current fee is 0.00252725 BTC for 25 sat/vbyte. If he's willing to go 12 times higher, that's 0.03 BTC ($1600). It would make it much more likely to confirm, but it's a terrible waste of money.

Update: this transaction (the one sending 0.13350876 BTC to 1EUjutQBMWGySX587StRxUMo8JDyhj8o1c) shortly gave a 404 on Blockchair.com. I'm not sure if that's a flaw or result of a different transaction being broadcasted.

My advice (for your friend):
he should try to replace his stuck transaction that sends you 0.009 BTC. Even if he just sends one of the inputs elsewhere with a much higher fee, that would be enough to cancel all your child transactions.

Well trust me Ive tried them every hour. Always limit exceded. And I did double spend every transaction possible. On Wallet #2 and my friend did double spend his 0.009, didnt help.

I tried upping the fee for the one you mention by 920-1000-1200.. etc all the way to 4000 didnt help, got error. And its 0.067BTC correct. So now that I've understood that there is no chance of doing anything.. the question is how long time would it take for it to get dropped from mempool and just come back to wallet #1?

Crazy out of the box idea: If your friend gives me the private key to bc1q3q6493amjh48qzjzp50n4ecg0gr2nf0ky6frz8 (and marks it as "COMPROMISED, don't use again" in his wallet), I will try my best to "steal" the 0.00067408 BTC. If I succeed, transaction 22d63c93ae2e93c646c23630893b305b3536152dce4c9689ed8e25a42a431169 becomes invalid and you can send your 0.06790889 BTC again with a normal fee. As a bonus, all your child transactions with very expensive CPFP fees won't be needed (nor possible) either.
If I fail to "steal" your friend's 0.00067408 BTC, nothing changes.

If the wallet keeps broadcasting the transaction, it won't drop out of mempool.

Dont think he will provide any private keys, so the transaction could be "lost" forever? I tought mempool drops transaction after 2 weeks.

The "good news" is that the transaction "399f7843fdfb4aedf56353730bacba5f9ff9aad5d462a3e245de07ac8373b8a3" was confirmed a couple of blocks ago! Cheesy

as were all the child transactions all the way to 33d7037366ef418c5b97f7cbc877ac2f0c8b7a1f34db26f1e607f69ac38d9071...

All the transactions were included in block 680200. I'm assuming that the fee levels dropped to a point that the combined CPFP, kicked in and then everything got picked up by a miner wanting the 600/900/1500 sats/byte fees etc

In any case, all your transactions are now confirmed and your Electrum wallet should be showing that all the transactions have been seen/received as confirmed etc.
