It is true that we don't know whether his entire accusation was valid or not, but the thing is that there are multiple, unresolved scam accusations against them to this day which is why I highlighted them since that is a large enough sample size basically.

After taking a look at the Casino Guru thread you linked to and especially seeing the post from Jaroslav, a forum admin, I have changed my mind and will remove Thunderpick from my table. Thunderpick is no longer featured on Casino Guru, but the admin says they had a low safety rating and resolved almost no complaint.
I have also found the casino on AskGamblers and they have behaved similarly there. Out of the 10 complaints on AG, only one was resolved, the others were left unresolved. It seems like they don't really care.

I am looking at the thread that earned them a flag. I even posted in back in the day. It dates back to 2024. The thread was created by masnou94. The flag was created and is still supported by albon. However, the OP of the scam accusation disappeared and never came back to the forum. I don't think that scam is confirmed. He claimed that he was scammed for €1049. holydarkness later asked him about the status of the case but he never replied back. Maybe he gave up knowing he wouldn't be paid, maybe he got his money, maybe they settled on an amount, or maybe the accusation is bogus and he didn't want to pursue the case anymore. My point is, we don't know.

Another link where some gamblers view them in a negative light generally. Would never play there myself personally which is why I wanted to point it out.

One group has a completely opposite opinion from the other, but they are about equally strong in numbers. It's very weird to see 100 people claim something is excellent while a different set of 100 individuals say it's awful. Someone is inflating one of the sets, maybe both.

A single distinctive review can lead people to form a conclusion about service quality more effectively than ten generic ones. Average users rarely take the initiative to write even a brief, positive review unless prompted by an incentive, whereas users experiencing issues often resort to posting negative reviews simply to get a response to their complaint. lol

Me neither.
I saw many times people being hired to write fake reviews on trust pilot for cheap money, so I seriously doubt all of them are real.
There are some percentage of real reviews for sure, but it is not easy to know what percentage are are and what fake reviews.
We have trustpilot crypto alternative few years ago, and they ahd topic in bitcointalk forum, but I am not sure if they are still working.

Thing is Trustpilot is actually useful to a certain extent since there are legitimate reviews mixed in with fake reviews though the fake reviews have reduced over time thanks to their team making some useful changes. I tend to rely on them a bit.

I never put all of my eggs in one basket which is why I check Trustpilot, Reddit, Google Reviews, Bitcointalk etc to make a decision regarding any sort of service. Takes more time, but worth it in my opinion.

What I found even something surprising because rocket.run is not accepting new players as what is written in casino.guru but I have no idea when did they start to close registration for new players.
The casino itself seems to be abandoned, no betting activities in the past few days and live chat can be said as dead too.

Yes, I still have a working account on Rocket Run. I just logged in to check what it says for fees and minimum withdrawal amounts. When you open their withdrawal tab, there is a button that says "Notice on Deposit/Withdraw." Clicking on it takes you to a page with limits and fees for all supported coins. It still shows the same amounts as in the table in my OP.

The minimum BTC amount that can be withdrawn is 0.0005 BTC.
The transaction fee is 0.00007 BTC.

I never seen the case when casino stopped accepting new customers, so this looks very strange 
Only reason I could imagine for this would be if they are changing jurisdiction, and they only temporary not allowing new customers until they relocate.
Just in case they are shutting down I would withdraw any leftover coins, if that is still working.

At least they would notify the existing customers if that were the case. Maybe they are doing some temporary maintenance? But alteast we would see some announcement or notification on the website too. Something tells me they even have very few players using the site

Usually it happens on the casinos which been hit by regulatory or compliance pressure. As result they choose to close down their registration and make their casino available to their existing players or have old account.

There's no sign for them to move on different jurisdiction and no announcement about on when they open again for new sign ups.

So well I guess their casino will fall down slowly with this situation, if they have balance best to withdraw for safety purposes reason.

Primedice has officially shut shop on Oct 8th though the site still loads up with certain glitches which is to be expected. I believe they successfully migrated everything to Stake which is why I guess this is the right time to remove them from the list op.

Am expecting the site to completely get taken offline soon though that is just my assumption.

They have links to a Facebook page and the Bitcointalk ANN thread at the bottom of the casino website. The Facebook page has been deleted. The ANN thread seems abandoned. The last time it was edited was in 2020 and their forum representative hasn't been online since 2023. No one has written a single post in their ANN thread in 2026. It looks like Rocket Run is dying.

I will have to take a look at this later and see what it's about. Not addressing scam accusations publicly on Bitcointalk is quite a common thing among crypto casinos. But if they are also unresponsive on mediator sites like Casino Guru or Ask Gamblers, then it's a different thing.

Apart from this, they also have multiple unresolved scam accusations on other sites.

Can you tell me which sites? Is it the mediator sites I mentioned above or some other services?

There will be less than 10 casinos in the table if we suggest OP to remove every casino for this reason. I'm not supporting the scam here. The user should have received some responses from the Bets.io team until now. I couldn't find a lot of unresolved accusations against them at other online mediators.

I don't generally trust Trustpilot, but when they say that a site breached their guidelines, it speaks volumes. They don't ban sites completely like this unless they did something really naughty.

Check last page discussion and you will notice their team members like Radka and Jaroslav mentioning that 3.2 safety rating for this site isn't just for show and that they don't care much about solving the accusations. Too many red flags to ignore basically.

Having information about instant or manual withdrawal as well as information about max withdrawal limit for each casino will be nice but I think it can be complicated to collect the information because casinos may advertise themselves that they have instant withdrawal but in fact they are not, it means that to have a real information then Pmalek need  to check them one by one with real withdrawal request. The same goes for max withdrawal limits because some casinos may have written terms while others don't.

I agree. If we took 10 random casinos from the Gambling board and then went to the Scam Accusations section and looked, we could probably find at least half of them (if not more) mentioned by some player in a scam accusation topic. Some accusations are surely valid but there are also those that are retaliatory, made up, or just created to try and tarnish the reputation of a service for whatever reason. It's important to keep a cool head when looking at accusations.

I don't have that information, and honestly I don't think we would find many crypto casinos with automatic withdrawals. First, we would have to agree what we consider automatic. To me, that means that I click on withdraw, and my withdrawal gets checked and processed by an automatic system within seconds in the background and sent without the need for an actual human to intervene. If that automatic withdrawal takes 10 min. (or more) and has to be approved by someone, that's not automatic even if it's quick. Someone else might say it's automatic, though.

I have never experienced an instant withdrawal so far. I have seen quick withdrawals, but not instant and automated ones.
