First off to start the new season, we have the NFL Draft 2021 coming up tomorrow in 24 hours from now and this should be a good optics to see who will be drafted to the team who will have a higher chance at going after the defending champions of the past season.

Looks like Trevor Lawrence is the the favorite this year for the team who can get his hands on this quarterback to send them to the big game.

Trey Lance is one of the top favorites in this years draft along with Trevor Lawrence.
So those two are the ones to look out for to go early on.

On the other side though both of my picks hit as Chase gets picked by the Bengals and the Niners taking Lance.

I didn’t even know people bet on the draft. That’s pretty cool. These types of bets would definitely make the draft more fun to sit through. I can’t say I know enough about the athletes to throw my hat in the ring, but maybe I’ll keep my eye out for a similar event when the NBA draft rolls around.

The draft was 4 days long and think it ended yesterday or maybe Sunday night as I switched to it on and off during the weekend.
Teams all got who they wanted so it seems like a successful draft and everyone is happy where they were placed.
I like the strategy of how the 49ers got their pick of QB in Trey Lance. Nobody knew they were going for him at first but they eventually got him in the end. And I think that was the best pick out of any team for this year's draft.
Now we just need to wait til the season starts to see how their selections all do.

Teams schedules were being released during this past week and people are getting hyped to see theirs going on to the field to clash.
There is already mention of having London host two games this season once more.
So this is great news to get fans hyped for some football in UK!

Since the news is slow pertaining the NFL for the start of the summer cause most of the players are practicing their golf swings.
Thought I would put up what I heard about Tom Brady saying something about being interested in cryptocurrency and talking about them everyday and has even invested in certain ones but wouldn't say which ones exactly. Which is different from what most who have celebrity status tend to do.

By the way, him stating he is pro-bitcoin means alot nowadays when it comes to a celebrity endorsing any cryptocurrency and not just some random flash in the pan altcoin.

Maybe about the laser eyes being added to his profile pic on twitter because that happened back on May the 10th.
But the first article I posted about was just released yesterday about how he is talking to people about crypto everyday according to him.
So I don't know if he is just talking about nfts since he started a company at the beginning of all the hype or talking about bitcoin in general.

Brand new start of the season coming up this week for the NFL.
After seeing a few of the pre-season clashes you can expect some major changes to your regular teams line ups.
For example with the New England Patriots seeing off Cam Newton was a major headliner right before the beginning of this season was completely unexpected.

As well with who the starting quarterback for the Jaguars will be. Since Trevor Lawrence didn't fair to well in the games he played and there were talks that the number 1 pick in the draft would not start when they face Texans in their opening match on Sunday.
But as with all sports, this is just speculation cause when game time approaches, starting lineups will change. Especially with the c word still looming.

I was secretly hoping that Sb would make a season-long survivor pool or bring back their fantasy sports. Back in 2019, the DFS rooms would get 300+ entries every weekend. I'm not sure why they got rid of it, it was so much fun and dare i say popular.  

As for the American Football Last Man Standing promo, it's a pass for me:

pros:

-more than decent prize fund

cons:

- locked to specific markets
- weeks 1 and 2 are the worst time of the year to bet in the NFL
- you don't win anything with your wager (odds of 1.01)

Maybe if we were allowed to at least choose the markets and games ourselves...

I actually agree with morvillz7z, I don't think the Last Man Standing is what I'd normally call good value, especially since I'm almost betting blindly, but I thought, well, it's a 1mbtc bet and if I somehow get it right 7 times, I share the prize (or, as the rules, say, if you're last man standing). My experience with American sports is that it's really almost a coin toss so you're not really much worse off than people who actually know the game -- at least, that's what my degenerate self told me when I Opted in and put my bet on No for the first leg.

I'll probably wait a little to put one last outright on another wildcard whose odds might drop but I think (from Google education) Steelers have a good chance to reach the final.
