We are back i'm siding with the Lions to test the Chiefs' defense and expect them to put up at least three TDs and a field goal.

I also added an alternate handicap as a small boost to the bet builder because I know the Chiefs aren't great at covering spreads. The team total is still missing from the main markets and there's no other option aside from going through the bet builder.

Kelce has been ruled out and won't play, hopefully that won't affect Chiefs' passing game too much, as Mahomes has had three or more passing touchdowns in each of his past Week 1 games.

Expect Monty to score a TD, he's likely to assume J. Williams' role from last year, specifically the goal line work, as he's the bigger back. With C. Jones out, i see both him and J. Gibbs having a solid game.

It would be great if Pacheco could get me more than the yards listed above, as i drafted him in multiple ff leagues.

The odds earlier in the week of 1.38x must of for when he was still in the lineup because they were heavy favorites to win the season opener at home.
They mentioned he injured himself during practice earlier in the day? They looked as if he could of won them the game where that pass to Toney would of been a walk in the park for Kelce to make and possibly run it into the endzone to save them the game.

Reliable wide receivers are where they were lacking for yesterday's game only losing by a point.

My bet was a field goal short  and i'd say the Lions got lucky to get away with a win against the Chiefs because it came down to a field goal in the last few minutes. Both teams made mistakes, but the Chiefs threw that match so hard when they had several chances to recover.

The Chiefs started great in the first half, then things looked sloppy in the second half. Mahomes was throwing great passes on almost every play but their receivers can't collect the ball properly.

The two matches that will be having interest in over all the others are the New York Jets and Baltimore.
All because of the quarterbacks with those two teams: Aaron Rodgers starts his first game with the Jets and Lamar Jackson due to dismal season he had last year.
Will quite interesting to see how they start their new season off for the potential of their respective teams.

I didn't have a bet for any of the games yesterday, but I was sweating for my survivor pick between several pools since I had the Washington Commanders to win against the Arizona Cardinals. I was close to thinking i'll be eliminated because the Commanders turned the ball over to the Cardinals three times and couldn't get a touchdown during the second and third quarter.

I got the Bills @1.86 for my MNF bet later today. Even though the Jets look promising with A-Rod as their QB, I still have to go with the Bills because they're the more seasoned team. This will be a good test for the Jets but I think the Bills are the better play for today even without Von Miller.

That was a surprising game to kick-off week 1 for the first Monday night football match of the season!
Aaron Rodgers injured himself on just the 4th play of the game and got carted off the field.
From the looks of the xrays doctors had said he will be out for a couple of weeks.
What a very bad break for him and New York Jets fans when that happened so it didn't look too good for them to win since Zach Wilson was not ready to take the helm and be first string QB.
They looked terrible for the first half and things didn't get any better for them in the second half either.
But they managed to bring it into overtime with Josh Allen throwing two interceptions near or in the end zone for two gut wrenching turn overs.

New York Jets won the game at odds near 6.62x when they were down 16-6 and their prospective quarter back leaving the game within the first 3 minutes of the match.

The impressive part is how they won during overtime via the punt return and the Bills were caught off guard.

Yes Rodgers is out for the remainder of the season. Very disappointing to hear this and having it confirmed with a reoccurring injury from previous seasons.

So moving on with the first game to week 2 and we have a good one having the Eagles taking on the Vikings!

Thanks for linking the match page. I quickly placed a small bet on the other side (Eagles to win both the half and fulltime) because it's tough to bet against one of the best NFC teams at home.

I'm not a fan of the spread and totals for today's match that's why I went with the HT/FT bet. I expect the Eagles to win but they might not cover the handicap after seeing them barely get out with a win against the Patriots last week.

I was hoping Cleveland would of won that matchup but it was a close one of only 4 points.

I also thought the Browns should've won their match against the Steelers, but all it took was an unlucky fumble in the fourth quarter and the Steelers defense took that opportunity for a defensive TD.

It was not unlucky, I reckon. I watched the replay and it appeared like Deshaun Watson did not play very well on the 3rd and 4th quarters compared to the 1st half of the game. I do not know the reason, maybe he was tired or maybe he needed more massages in his private room hehehehe. We cannot be certain, however, he might play to his real capabilities this season. Also, the Browns runningback had a knee injury during the game.

SF 49ers are rightly 10 points favorites against the giants who  got smacked around in the first 90 minutes of  the season.

They turned the previous game around in the last 30 mins outscoring falcons 8-31 to win the game.

I expect the 49ers to drop another 30 points and more because if the Giants gave 28 points against the Cardinals last week, we could see them giving up more points like their match against the Cowboys.
