This is related to the adoption of both blockchains. ethereum is still going strong. but this market does not rule out the possibility for something new to become popular.

Just use one hand to count the number of times Cardano amazes us while two hands and two feet cannot count the number of times ethereum amazes us, with such an angle, Cardano lost more than once, agree that this new implementation may be part of Cardano's acceleration but ethereum is not an emperor who just wastes time, dozens of complaints and the monitoring department will update this to the board of directors. what we should be talking about is binance overthrowing ethereum, not cardano overthrowing ethereum. if you look at any comparison it seems that cardano has not been able to in any case. Binance which has a bigger market has not been able to overthrow ethereum. so this is a seemingly disproportionate speculation

Cardano can it even surpass LTC is my thinking for now in price, so forget about ETH or BNB. If ADA touches 10$ as well from current price it seems my investment grows thrice of it which is very cool and what more to expect it. Crossing ETH is like talking about 10 years ahead story which to me is long way ahead.

It's true, and we have to look at it. Ethereum is a monument, a shadow too big for projects to overcome. Cardano needs to accelerate to create products on this blockchain platform. Another thing is that Cardano is also creating jargon, just like Ethereum did before. That just makes their developers learn to program from scratch and spend more time creating DAPPs.
DAPPs and capitalization are not enough, more depth in the blockchain is needed.

After the successful hard fork, ADA worked on the mainnet and started supporting smart contracts. There is no doubt that Cardano is one of the best coin in crypto world and its community and team is also very active for their project use case is also very pleasant, but price difference is very open between these two.

Ethereum team is also recently doing some work for more adoption and bringing some better features for use case but keep one thing in mind nothing is impossible in this world because every thing is going to be changed even we are talking about this all, but we cannot stop change which can happen any time, so possibility is on for anything.

Cardano has been a leader in daily commits for many years. But that is not enough, the important thing of a crypto project is to create the most favorable conditions for DAPPs to run smoothly on it. Cardano can provide a powerful toolkit and blockchain, but it's hard for them to create a suitable working environment for programmers because they create lingo similar to Ethereum.
If they allow programmers to program with traditional languages like Java, C, Python, it will be better than programmers learning to code from scratch.

Right now Not a chance, it might have better features to warrant this challenge but it's just not popular to take over from Eth but there is a possibility if Ethereum faces a certain problem for a long time,say high transaction fees which don't get fixed up by a fork.

By the way I think the best alternative to Ethereum in this class of altcoins has to be Binance which checks most of the boxes for me

Do you call ADA as a new coin? How can? It was found in 2015 and was officially launched in 2017. I think this coin isn't a new coin. But if we compare with ETH, ADA seems too young to compete with ETH. However, in my opinion, ADA has great progress (improvement). Someday, ADA is very possible to be a strong competitor of ETH. So, don't underestimate this coin.

ADA is moving indeed and already surpass BNB, but in terms of overthrowing ETH that's still far and maybe will not happen. The only coin I remember back then was XRP, but it's just a quick turnaround and EYH managed to regain the position.
With Sol now which is also showing great movement, the chance that it will compete with ADA in chasing ETH spot, but along the way still the usages and investors support that will bring any project to a successful position, for now, it's ETH that enjoying that success.
