Hi. I'm Daniel, and I'm the owner of https://crypto-gambling.net/

I have worked in the iGaming industry, more specifically the crypto side of it, for several years. My experience within the field goes around several different levels and areas and has grown quite extensive.

My vision with the site is to create a site with as transparent reviews as possible while giving my take on each site from the perspective of a person that knows the ins and outs.
One of the core principles of the site is that I will never review a site, that I have actively worked for within the past year. I think that's the only fair thing to do in my position.

All sites that are reviewed on my site, have gone through real deposits and withdrawals manually by me to ensure the process is smooth.
I hope to one day be able to present as much real information as possible about each casino on their reviews, but I will have to admit that the information provided is not yet 100% thorough, and there are areas to improve. I would appreciate feedback to help me with this, so I can provide even better reviews than currently.

I am also considering adding a page with insider information about the industry - If I do that, I would love some ideas on what type of question and information it should contain(besides the stuff I already have in mind myself)

Current reviews:
Roobet - 4.5/5 stars
Winz.io - 4.8/5 stars
Stake.com - 5/5 stars
7Bitcasino - 4.5/5 stars
Bitcasino.io - 4.3/5 stars
Gamdom - 4/5 stars
Cloudbet - 3.8/5 stars

^ Some of these are still work in progress, and I appreciate feedback on them. I plan on adding the possibility for users to comment on reviews as well. Some of the wording on some of the reviews can be a bit weird. I'm working on fixing those.

Hi and welcome to the forum. I just checked your Roobet review and I like it, detailed and nice structured.
However there are some errors in it; till date Roobet doesn't offer a sportsbook and the minimum to withdraw using BTC/ETH/LTC is always 10$.

BIG WINNER!
[15.00000000 BTC]

Thanks Smiley I have been here for a few years, but never really posted before now.
And I have no idea how the sportsbook part managed to sneak in there. I fixed it.
Added the minimum withdrawal as well, and will make a note to do it for all the other ones as well. - I think the information had become outdated since it was written. It was made before Litecoin was added(which was like a month or two ago if I remember right?) - Always good to get updated Smiley

There is a thread here in this forum that you can check and gather information for your reviews of each site if you have it on your site. I haven't check your site but just in case you have a review of it then this thread will sure be of help. It is about the minimum withdrawal amount and cryptocurrency accepted. Don't mind the withdrawal fee as it might change for some casinos compared to post above that the fee is always $10. Here's the thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5333602.0 and welcome to the forum by the way.

All sites that are reviewed on my site, have gone through real deposits and withdrawals manually by me to ensure the process is smooth.

That's how a real review really works - with actual deposits and withdrawals and sharing a real gaming experience and not just compiling any positive reviews from various sources on the web or just stating "the site is smooth and user-friendly etc.". Obviously, anyone can say that they are actually doing that but I'm sure you are transparent here. I appreciate that.

but I will have to admit that the information provided is not yet 100% thorough, and there are areas to improve,

Honestly, there is no 100% perfect review because users will have different experiences dealing with a certain site. What matters here is, your review should be updated regularly for let's say, a 1-2 month basis, if possible.

And one thing, I've noticed that some CONS you provided is about a site not having a phone number to contact. Is this really a CONS to be considered especially for a gambling site? What's your input here?

are you planning on adding gambling game categories that are on a gambling site? I just thought having that kind of feature would help someone using your website that is looking for a specific gambling game on a website and wouldn't have to visit each website to check whether the game they are looking for is available.

anyway, I hope you consider reviewing duelbits.

Not only on your list but old and reputable gambling sites like 777Coin and Bitvest they are worth adding to any gambling review sites, they have proven their worth over the years and they have one of the longest signature campaigns here, I'm sure you have seen these gambling sites their reputation and their features.

Probably not. While some people like it, it's not really the norm of the gambling industry anyways. I'll get that sorted out.

You have missed out several gambling sites that would be worth also into the list.

1. Crypto.games
2. Bitdice.me
3. Rollbit.com

Btw, dont know about that Real insider review. This is something new into my ears.
Rollbit after they've done their recent re-work have been on the drawing table. Crypto.games will probably come as well. Not sure about Bitdice.me yet.

are you planning on adding gambling game categories that are on a gambling site? Yeah, I am. The support is already somewhat there in the site, but I haven't yet utilized it. You can technically look up slot providers on the site right now, but I wanna make a separate page with as many games as possible.

Duelbits will probably be done soon as well.

Not only on your list but old and reputable gambling sites like 777Coin and Bitvest they are worth adding to any gambling review sites, they have proven their worth over the years and they have one of the longest signature campaigns here, I'm sure you have seen these gambling sites their reputation and their features.
Never heard of 777Coin before, but I have used Bitvest in the past(Many years ago). At least Bitvest will get a spot on the page in the future.

At first welcome to this forum and it's good to see another insider giving reviews about different casinos.I have gone through 2-3 reviews you have made on Roobet and Stake and found them quite useful and in depth discussion is made for each them like interface, games, account which was nice feature to add on.

Unlike others you are giving reviews of casino you have not been a part of which provides transparency and no partiality on your behalf and keep it the same way.Going through deposit procedure to know the smooth functioning of casino payment gateway is best part on review basis and helps to know exactly how much time it will take and minimum amount for any coin.

Just look at some other sites also like BTCgosu are also geniune players in providing real time review for many casinos is detail and are trusted platform on the forum.

Try to add some more on your list like my signature @Rollbit ,@Duelbits on your updated list and build the trust of players on your site with same principles being followed.

Best wishes to you on your new project.

I liked the design of your site and how all the information is neatly organized. However, I found some glaring issues.

- Roobet doesn't have a sportsbook section and you should have deducted more stars since they enforce KYC.

- You reviewed a site that I have never heard of(Winz.io), but you didn't review several popular hotshots like Crypto.Games, Primedice, Sportsbet, Nitrogen Sports etc.

These are just a couple of issues that I observed. Decent first impressions overall!

- You reviewed a site that I have never heard of(Winz.io), but you didn't review several popular hotshots like Crypto.Games, Primedice, Sportsbet, Nitrogen Sports etc.

These are just a couple of issues that I observed. Decent first impressions overall!
Glad to hear that.

Weird about the Roobet sportsbook. I thought I had already removed it, but it has been fixed now regardless. And I guess that's true, but on the other hand - Most casinos enforces KYC. I have never experienced Roobet enforcing it though. Do you know anything about the limits?

More of the popular ones are coming. It varies a lot which ones are 'popular' based on where you find them as well. A lot of casinos are known on BitcoinTalk, while casinos known on etc. Twitter are usually completely different.

Honest review of gambling sites based on a gambler experience is really something worth. There was another forum member (GamblingBro) who tried to make review based on his personal gambling experience but haven't heard anything from him after his first review. Hopefully you won't stop making reviews.

In Roobet review cons section you mentioned that “The RTP is higher than on other sites”. RTP means ‘Return to Player’. Actually the higher RTP is beneficial for gamblers. But the RTP is low at Roobet, isn't it? You should correct that. Higher house edge or lower RTP should be in cons section of a gambling site review.

I have been running this site since October so far, and I have no plans on quitting at all.

And yeah, you're right. Not sure how I managed to get house edge and RTP mixed up in my head. I've fixed that.

I would like to suggest Crypto.games

1. VIP membership
2. Provably fair
3. Fast withdrawals
4. Progressive jackpots
5. Low house edge
6. Secure and private

Lastly, Try to look on Btcgosu website and you might get some idea as well.

My vision with the site is to create a site with as transparent reviews as possible while giving my take on each site from the perspective of a person that knows the ins and outs.

Not to be overly frank, but c'mon. All the links are just undisclosed ref links, and you exclude some of the best and biggest sites (imo bustabit, bustadice) because they don't offer an affiliate program.

Quote
One of the core principles of the site is that I will never review a site, that I have actively worked for within the past year. I think that's the only fair thing to do in my position.

Are you trying to say you've "actively worked for" all these casinos in the past year? I find that so hard to believe, that I wouldn't even know what position would allow you to do that? 0.0
I also kind of doubt you've worked in the industry at all based on your reviews. Like take the your roobet 4.5/5 rating. It's almost unconscionable to recommend them for any number of reasons. Their house edge is often multiple times greater than their competitors for the same thing, their KYC policies are many times worse, and have a history of highly unethical behavior of giving effectively fake money to streamers to promote their casino.

Quote
I am also considering adding a page with insider information about the industry - If I do that, I would love some ideas on what type of question and information it should contain(besides the stuff I already have in mind myself)

I actually was once thinking of this. If you talk to some of the real insiders (e.g. some big casino owners), they know a lot interesting of stuff that isn't public and they wouldn't want to come back to them.  One idea I had was you could ask each of the main insiders for a public key, and you could create a (1,n)-threshold scheme where any one of the participants can sign a message but it's impossible to tell which. That way you could get candid information from someone who actually knows what they are talking about, while they know it can't be attributed to them.

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

You're accusing me of not including bustabit/bustadice just because they don't offer an affiliate program. That's simply just false. There are 7 sites so far. There are many sites that are not yet reviewed, and frankly, I don't think there is much to review on bustabit/bustadice, although there will surely come a review someday. Daniel is a great guy, and I admire him(as well as Ryan) for what has been achieved in the brand.

I don't understand what you mean by the "Are you trying to say you've "actively worked for" all these casinos in the past year?" - Which casinos are you referring to here?
I haven't seen direct examples of their house edges being multiple times greater than competitors(At least not direct competitors), I have never heard about anyone ever having to do a KYC on there, and while there is some unethical marketing in there, I would say that can count for most sites.
With that being said, I expect Roobet to slowly move further down the list as more sites are getting added.

And well, while that is a possibility, I literally don't see why, and on top of that, I can also guarantee that it's a format that I would never use on my own site.

I guess what he meant by 'actively worked' here is that he played in those sites with his own money. Could have also meant to say that he worked in several offline casinos.

The KYC part is the main point. That alone deserves a deduction of 1 whole point from the overall rating. Also, Stake deserves a 4-4.5 rating instead of 5 thanks to their laggy interface.

Oh. I apologize. This is my fault. I misread what you wrote, I thought you said you only review casinos you've worked for, but you said the opposite. 100% my fault, I misread your post.

I guess you're not too familiar with them Grin Pretty much everyone is subject to some level of KYC. They also make an effort to hide their house-edge, but it's pretty easy to calculate from their provably fair. But even just hiding the house edge is a terrible practice. Homework question: What is the house edge of their bustabit clone? What is the house edge of bustabit?

I admit their UI is slick, but it's pretty much the least important part of a casino. They might not be an evil company (e.g. bitstarz) but there's literally no reason anyone should use it. Really the whole point of a review site is to let people know where they should and shouldn't be playing. Whether intentional or not, you're doing a terrible job at that and a misservice to anyone who reads your list, and are just a collection of affiliate links  Grin

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

I usually don`t post in other review sites`(affiliate sites`) threads but I feel like this time, I have to. Wink

1) Providing honest reviews and using affiliate links, what`s the problem actually? I definitely know where you are heading and I have to agree, most affiliate sites would rank according to best deals etc. but, a big but... there are still sites that provide honest reviews (some do a better job than others but that`s not the point). Also, why would he add sites that would not reward him for free exposure on his site? Seriously, affiliates are spending countless hours and a lot of money and cannot be charity - why would such a "big site" not reward for exposure and traffic sent? AFAIK, they are not featuring his website for free either... ^^

2) Roobet... yeah, with Roobet it`s tough... they are doing some things right but at the same time, lack professionalism and much more. The KYC would not be the thing I would blame them for though... It`s about time - even if us crypto guys hate this - for crypto casino regulation, that wild west doesn`t help anyone in the long run.

Well, the obvious problem is these "review" sites are dishonest. They purport to tell people which are the best places to play, but in reality have intentional omissions and re-sorting based on what makes the "review" site more money. I think it's rather simple, there's nothing inherently wrong with affiliate links, but if you claim "these are the best" any deviation from what you think is actually the best is dishonest.

lmao, it's only tough if you have a conflict of interest  Wink For everyone else, it's pretty easy to say "umm don't play there, there are strictly better options"

i believe the OP should clarify about this thing -'actively worked'. people might be seeing wrong perspectives here.

anyway, the rating is his personal take on these sites, and maybe, he has his own set of criteria why he is giving those rating. and he is only basing on his experience. so for him, the experience is great but for some players, they encounter some troubles like the laggy interface, which i can agree as i experienced that also from time to time. but let's admit that no casino is perfect, at some point, you will experience some troubles. but it is how the site address such issue. are they fast in resolving issues or just ignoring them?

I visit your site and I read the reviews made for different gambling sites, quite interesting. I hope you can give reviews to other popular sites here in the forum like for rollbit, 777coin, bitvest, freebitco.in etc. This site of yours is helpful for gamblers who are looking for casinos to play in especially for the newbies.

All sites that are reviewed on my site, have gone through real deposits and withdrawals manually by me to ensure the process is smooth.
This is how it should be done to provide an accurate reviews because it has basis, and not just an opinion of someone without taking time to deposit and make a withdrawal.

Seems like a great initiative.

However, it's a bit hard to seem unbiased when you have affiliate links scattered across the site.

I understand that the site has to make money, but I think that you should have both affiliate and non-affiliate versions of the link and let the audience choose for themselves. That should inspire a lot more trust in the review process imho.

Also, having actual video reviews where you play would boost the reputation a lot more too - so consider that also.

I don't understand what you mean by the "Are you trying to say you've "actively worked for" all these casinos in the past year?" - Which casinos are you referring to here?

Oh. I apologize. This is my fault. I misread what you wrote, I thought you said you only review casinos you've worked for, but you said the opposite. 100% my fault, I misread your post.

I haven't seen direct examples of their house edges being multiple times greater than competitors(At least not direct competitors), I have never heard about anyone ever having to do a KYC on there

Can you elaborate on the KYC or not? I have never heard about anyone having to do KYC. I just checked my account, and I have done $10k+ in withdrawals from Roobet without doing any KYC at all.

And Bustabit vs Roobet is not really direct competitors. Sites that are specialized in one game usually always have the lowest house edge on those games, while casinos with a larger variety also have higher house edges. That's normal in the market.
The main issue with Roobet is that they have lower RTP on slots.

i believe the OP should clarify about this thing -'actively worked'. people might be seeing wrong perspectives here.

anyway, the rating is his personal take on these sites, and maybe, he has his own set of criteria why he is giving those rating. and he is only basing on his experience. so for him, the experience is great but for some players, they encounter some troubles like the laggy interface, which i can agree as i experienced that also from time to time. but let's admit that no casino is perfect, at some point, you will experience some troubles. but it is how the site address such issue. are they fast in resolving issues or just ignoring them?
If I have done any type of work for any of the casinos within the past year. This may be consultancy work, full-time/part-time positions or volunteer work(Although I don't even do the latter). - That would be how I consider the actively worked.

The affiliate links hardly matters. If they did, I would just place the casinos paying the highest commissions in top. Stake is actually amongst the lowest paying of the current ones.

As mentioned previously, I do plan on adding casinos like Bustabit to the site in the near future. I will never add the option to have affiliate and non-affiliate versions of the links. That ruins the whole point of it. If you like my review enough to wanna sign up on the casino because of it, then it's only fair that it's done through my affiliate link. Especially when you can easily avoid it by just googling the casino anyways.

And I have considered video reviews, but with my previous experience in running youtube channels etc., I kinda decided not to. The main disadvantage would be whenever casinos do updates, the whole video has to be remade, and the costs of each video review will easily reach $300+.

You can read about it on their bitcointalk thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5199911.msg56811557#msg56811557 pretty much the last 10 pages are to do with it.

Besides that not being the case, you avoided my question: how much higher is their house edge than bustabit's? And how did you figure it out?

I've got zero problems with high house-edges or affiliate links or what ever, as long as sites are upfront about it.

I think a good example of an honest review site might be engadget's: https://www.engadget.com/reviews/ They review a lot of products, they have a lot of affiliate links, but they disclose there are affiliate links and do not use the presence or payout of affiliate earnings to influence their reviews/score.

In the crypto scene, in the gambling scene I think the only good example I've seen is https://GamblingSiteFinder.com and https://dicesites.com . And there also used to be thebitcoinstrip.com which offered unbiased reviews/rankings, until it was sold to a new owner who apparently figured out all the typical corrupt shit pays better. Sad.

Edit: This post has inspired me to put GamblingSiteFinder.com in my signature. I never knew what I could do with my signature, and feel they deserve a bit more credit than they are getting.

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

If you're referring to the fact that you have to enter your name, address, and those details, then I wouldn't blame that on Roobet. That's literally required by the Curacao license that they have, and due to the corona packages that Curacao has received from The Netherlands, they have also been forced to be way more strict with their gambling license. - If you prefer to gamble on sites with no licenses, then that's a matter of preference rather than really a factor that should matter in terms of reviews. It's a personal preference.

I am not even sure how it ended up with me having to defend Roobet, because I don't even like the casino. You're right that Roobet is not upfront about their house edges. Roobet's audience is way different from Bustabit's audience. Most of them don't even have a clue what RTP even means. I think the issue you're having is Roobet's rating of 4/5 stars. It seems too good, which it is, but I need to review more sites to more accurately rate Roobet as well. The reason for the current rating is due to the placement on the ranking, so when more casinos get added, I highly expect Roobet to slowly drop down to something like 2.5/5 stars.

And I am not sure what you mean by good examples. The GamblingSiteFinder one doesn't even have rankings based on reviews. The rankings on the front page are manually picked and seem to be based on who's paying the most. That doesn't seem very transparent. - Their reviews themselves look good though.
For the dicesites.com one, there is no type of reviews or anything like that. It's just stats from their betting activity, which is great to have offered, but it has nothing to do with what this is.

So let me get this straight, it's really a 2.5/5 in your mind .. . but you're giving it a 4/5 rating right now just to ... make it look like you've reviewed more casinos?

I would strongly suggest you just give every casino an honest review/rating regardless of how much you get paid and regardless of how it'll look on your site. But anyway, it's your site, run it however you like. I'll leave you be, as I don't have anything useful to add  Grin

There is no actual check of that information, and even then - It's a legal requirement for when you have a license? - And I would never consider it KYC for providing information. I'm pretty sure the legal definition is identity verification as well, which requires ID + address verification.

No, but when you rank based on the rating unlike the sites you said that you like, it needs a larger amount of sites to more accurately adjust the ratings. It has nothing to do with making it look like more casinos have been reviewed - How would that even make sense?

The exact site you said you like(and you have put in your signature) is doing exactly what you don't like. I am not sure what you think they are doing better? Unlike that site, my reviews and rankings are genuine, transparent and non-biased. Everything takes adjusting, but I would assume that with how old that site is they should be substantially more ahead.

I'm not sure where all your hate comes from, it seems like you have an economical interest in promoting gamblingsitefinder more than anything else (Probably because bustabit and bustadice is actually listed on that site already - That would also explain why the reviews towards bustabit and bustadice is obviously bias towards those two sites compared to alternatives)

I'm not sure why you're trying to argue with me. Go on their site, click "AML policy", type "ctrl+f" and search "KYC". You'll see 29 results talking about the different levels of KYC they can/might/will do ><

I will admit I do have some money in their bankroll and some sentimental attachment to bustabit, but really I have no interest in trying to promoting them. If I did, I'd just do it directly. Anyway, just the reason I brought it up is because they're a good site with no affiliate program, so it's a way for me to guess how the review sites operate as I'm no longer actually in the industry (for a couple years now?!) so I no longer get the subtle emails asking me for money to "review" my site or boost the score  etc.

That's the case of pretty much any gambling site ever though. The one they have is obviously very extensive, but it is in reality not different from most other sites. It is literally a requirement when you have a license. I don't think there is a single license where you can get around it. Some casinos choose to use it more heavily than others(For a large variety of different reasons), but they still have to have it in their policies.

I don't think it's on purpose that you favor them either.

But they do use affiliate? They even seem to have a 'trusted partners program' which seems to give sites a badge on their site in exchange for what I would assume to be cash.

Even when you were in the industry, it's also important for you to keep in mind that bustabit nor bustadice have ever had an affiliate program, unlike most sites. This has also masked you from that side of things - One thing is what's publicly being shown, while another is the custom deals. People offering money for reviews are generally not uncommon, but for bustabit and bustadice it has been way more obvious since you had no affiliate program as an alternative.
Most of these negotiations are in terms of custom rates on the commission where bigger sites are able to negotiate better deals, and in some cases, these may result in better placements in a more indirect way(Since people have a greater incentive to promote them). And based on the #1 ranking under best online casinos on the gamblingsitefinder, I do kinda suspect that there's also where the incentive for placing that casino #1 comes from.

An idea that I hope will be possible one day, is that the rankings should also be based on the reviews from users rather than based by me. The biggest issue with that is preventing abuse though.

According to their webpage, it's more or less in exchange for a backlink. But even if it was for cash, I don't really think that's problematic as long as they're not changing the reviews/score based on it. (Of course we don't know that for certain... )

But that's really the thing. If you receive money(Or even just a good backlink for that matter) from a site in exchange for something that may be meaningless in itself, you do also have greater incentive to intentionally or unintentionally for that matter manipulate the scores in their favor. It only really have to be marginals to actually make a difference there.

Not sure what you mean? I obviously do, which is why I point it out. It's the exact reason why I wanna do things differently as well - And why I think rankings should ideally be based on user votes.
I have been working on a few different concepts. Mainly user votes, which is quite tricky, and then alternatively a system based on an algorithm that gets calculated based on stuff like average house edge, fees, and such. It is rather hard to nail an algorithm like that when there is so much variety in terms of the style of casinos and what they offer.

I agree on that not because I'm wearing the signature of one of them, these are stable and gambling site and they have been online long before some of your lists are launch if I have a review site I'll start with gambling sites that have been online for four years or longer with good marketing, but I respect your opinion it's your review site and it's up to you who should be listed first.

I don't think user votes are particularly useful, as most users aren't familiar with the industry to give informed votes. And you'll just get some dodgy casino that incentivizes users to vote on your site, and skew things for ever.  But it could definitely be nice to have as a "editors rating" and "players rating" perhaps.

Having both of them would probably be the best now that you mention it. Didn't even really consider that before.

It's good that you're experienced and want to share it with the community, but it's impossible for one person to be impartial. A diverse team of people with various background could promote diverse criteria and notice more than one person ever could. This way, individual biases would be cancelled out at least to a certain point because people will point out each other's biases.
Moreover, you have to take the overall reputation into account as well. If you've deposited and withdrawn money successfully, it doesn't mean that the experience will be the same for everyone because casinos can practice selective scamming.
I also think that mentioning KYC policies and restricted territories in casino reviews would provide useful information.

I believe, if he is doing this alone, it is one way for him to potentially earn commission.
Though would be best if there are other experienced people involved.
But it is up to him how he will be of honest and transparent in these reviews as it his review site.
Anyway, one can always go to other review sites or test the site itself to check the validity of those reviews.
Some of the sites, he can't find cons, which I believe is very subjective.

Somewhat true, but I don't think a diverse team would necessarily change that.
I guess in this field the KYC policies(and how they're enforced) would be worth noting. An example here could be Stake where I have heard some of their biggest influencers saying that US users(Restricted territories) can just use a VPN.

Some of them currently don't have any cons - All of them should have in the future when I slowly start to judge on more and more factors.

Since your site looks good and legit in reviews about gambling sites reputation , Mind giving this a shot?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5267172.0

They even created their own Honest review here in bitcointalk but i think it is more appropriate if a legit company will do it for the community of bitcointalk?

thank you in advance.

I guess, but doesn't 1xBit have a history of scams? Based on their trust, a lot of users seem to have been scammed.
There would have to be quite a bit of additional research on this review.

Those who are active and playing on many gambling sites are encouraged to set up a site like this so they can share their experience with newbies and for those looking for a good gambling site to play, you can also earn and make it your passive income by inserting your affiliate link, but reviewer should get an update and post it in their site if there are issues on the site that are on their list.

but of course, everyone can improve their services as well as innovate their platform. if you are a player, you should check it on your own, these review sites are just guide but not ultimate reference of what you may encounter once you play on your own.

For sure. The goal is to have a site that people can actually fully trust though.

Nothing wrong with mediocre ratings but as long as it was honest.  not all reviewers are highly intelligent and you can expect all of them that will write a quality review . What is not good is when the review is false and only wants to gain from the visitor but the visitor can came back in the review site after playing and found out that they have been fooled .
Your right about the updates @robelneo they can't just write a review and leave it but they must update it because casinos are also updating depending on the gamblers taste .

Or have the already established websites create a feature where these people who gamble hop share their experiences of the different websites that they have played on. Kind of like making a forum in your review site where everyone can share their experiences to other people, this reduces the work of review website by a big percentage.

Gonna be very hard to actually make such deals with websites though.

It is more like a google form and can be seen on spreadsheet but this one is different, it may be in your email but it's up to you where you will receive the information before you added on your site.

That's actually pretty good because it helps the review site narrow down the list and have the community contribute to the body of knowledge. I can behind this idea and I hope that Crypto-Gambling.net is going to consider doing this feature.

If you ask nicely and the idea is supported by a lot of people, I am pretty sure that the site is going to make a decision that will satisfy their client base, they don't want to be the party poopers.

Guess it could be a fun project. I'll put some thought into it and work on it. It would probably have to be a separate project though.

According to how I see the ratings in OP they are not bad at all, really the sites you have are excellent, I want to know something, for the selection of casinos what criteria do you take into account? I imagine that apart from the reputation also the history? I mean, the age of the casino.

There are a number of casinos that are relatively young, some are nascent, but have built a great community and give a lot to talk about, I think you can imagine what casinos can be, in fact in the forum they have a lot of good Ann in the game area of chance. I have seen reviews of other sites and if they have any divergence, but they are small, some take it as very significant, but in the end I think that to give a final verdict they take into account the age.

A proper review of this site will narrow down its features and for the best business experience, you will need a number of trading tools and features and the information on the site will become easier only when you are sure about the price movement when you choose to gamble on the limitations of real casino cryptocurrency.

Well, generally speaking, I wanna have as many sites listed as possible.
In terms of the ratings themselves, I generally judge on as many factors as possible.

Well, you can compare it to your own review if you are looking to have different result of review of the same gambling site. I'm sure you know that every gambler have their own taste of gambling platform. Some want a gambling site that have low house edge, possible lowest withdrawal fee and wide variety of cryptocurrency accepted as payment.

Factors to determine;

-Fees
-HE
-UI/UX
-Support
-Perks and bonuses

Its true that each gambler do have its own taste and perception on site. This is why personal judgement will really be different to each other

but well these kind of effort are still appreciated. @OP, would you have some time to review Rollbit.com?

Yeah, but then I'm suddenly controlling what people can say. Sure, it'll work to some extent, but still not perfect.
Factors to determine;

-Fees
-HE
-UI/UX
-Support
-Perks and bonuses

Its true that each gambler do have its own taste and perception on site. This is why personal judgement will really be different to each other

but well these kind of effort are still appreciated. @OP, would you have some time to review Rollbit.com?
Yeah. Rollbit is on the list to get reviewed.

And I am not sure what you mean by good examples. The GamblingSiteFinder one doesn't even have rankings based on reviews. The rankings on the front page are manually picked and seem to be based on who's paying the most. That doesn't seem very transparent. - Their reviews themselves look good though.

Firstly, thank you very much for taking the time to visit and critique my site. Good or bad, I appreciate the honesty from your first impressions on my site. I know every website owner says that they don't take affiliate commissions into consideration when conducting reviews, but there are some additional things I do to try and be more transparent.

For starters, the obvious is that some of my highest ranked sites don't even have affiliate programs eg. Bustabit and Bustadice.

Next, while all of my outbound links are cloaked, if you click through them you'll see that many aren't even affiliate links. This is most noticeable/impactful in the Poker category (particularly the sites in the top 5), but this is also true about the Software, Exchange, Forex, DFS, and Training categories as well.

Lastly, if you go to my site's changelog you'll see which reviews are monetized. Almost every review is in fact monetized, but I do at least try to be upfront about that. In the future I plan to put disclosures within the review pages themselves.

This exactly. Right now my site allows players to leave a star rating between 1-5, but having both and allowing visitors to see the discrepancy between the editor and the player pool is a much better method.

And to your point about dodgy casinos incentivizing users to cast votes, this is entirely true. I've already had two online gambling sites (both of which are no longer listed) do exactly what you said - give thousands of 1-star ratings to each of their competitors and 5-star ratings to themselves.

According to their webpage, it's more or less in exchange for a backlink. But even if it was for cash, I don't really think that's problematic as long as they're not changing the reviews/score based on it. (Of course we don't know that for certain...

I guess there is no way for me to prove that I don't accept money in exchange for better rankings aside from just taking my word for it. But regarding the backlink, we actually request that it be a "No Follow" link, which holds far less value [if any at all] than a "Do Follow" link. IMHO, that was the most fair and honest way.

This is all a meaningless discussion though because to date there hasn't been a single site that has reached out to me about regarding the Trusted Partner program.  Cry

I'm sorry for coming into your thread and turning the discussion towards my site. I just went and checked out Crypto-Gambling.net and it looks like you're off to an excellent start. I wish you the best of luck, and if you'd ever like to chat hit me up!

No worries, I didn't really mean to criticize you either.
It was more the point that there is not much of a difference between our sites, so I felt a bit unfair called out there.

Glad to hear that you have been taking action against manipulation though. Sounds like you know what you're doing Smiley

Guess it could be a fun project. I'll put some thought into it and work on it. It would probably have to be a separate project though.
Hopefully you find it really fun to do this because some of my friends that works in the IT sector don't find it amusing to work on a project. Why would you separate the project though? Will it be easier to do so than integrating it in the website?

Well yes, but I also feel like the concepts work better separately than combined.

Well, generally speaking, I wanna have as many sites listed as possible.
In terms of the ratings themselves, I generally judge on as many factors as possible.

I understand, as I have seen in the forum some sites that are also dedicated to making this type of reviews, how is it different from the others? Some are quite radical in what they think and some users do not have any kind of tact to say things, in fact some are quite strong.

If I have the professional opinion that you establish and if I compare it with another site, why should I trust yours more than that of direct competition? I know that some factors to consider should have an impact on its availability for all countries, although the licenses give more confidence to the sites to the players, they can leave out many that really show talent.

What I hope to do eventually is offer way more information than other sites. Currently, I think I am on-pair or slightly above, but it can still get improved.
Another thing would be mentioning stuff that normal gamblers may not know.

I don't consider availability a real factor in reviews. All restricted countries is mentioned on the reviews, but it shouldn't affect the actual rank. You can easily get restricted from a bunch of countries just by getting a Curacao license and a few payment processors.

Just launched a brand new Rollbit review
You should have also mentioned about their trading gambling game on which you have to hit up or high and bust price which is really a new addition to crypto casinos and players have really liked that and you should have increased the rating for that events they are organizing at regular intervals. They are becoming quite popular at moment and developing new games and improving interface for user experience.Try to get in detail for every casino you are reviewing.

I am mentioning it several times. The only unique thing about it is really the fact that you can do 1000x leverage on some coins. Let's see how long they can keep it up, I think there is a very good reason why real trading platforms had to stop offering 1000x leverage after a very short bit.

I think that at the time of making a review, the fact of those casinos that does not give access to players from prohibited countries should also weigh a lot, in that case what factors influence? Because since players from prohibited countries are more hungry to play and win, and they look for a way to enter through VPN, in addition, players who enter with VPN can have a lot of risk when withdrawing their winnings, since casinos they can demand KYC and problems can form, in fact cases of that style have already occurred and it causes some sites to be compromised even because of their reputation.

Factors to determine;

-Fees
-HE
-UI/UX
-Support
-Perks and bonuses
Although you have mentioned most of the points that you should look for while playing or reviewing any casino but I would also like to add some more to your list:

- Cryptocurrencies accepted as deposit
- Types of games they are offering like slot games, sportsbook
- Security like 2FA enabled or not
-KYC related issues

So they all jointly make a legit casino and players trust over that particular casino.Rest it all depends on you what you are looking for.

Fair point.
Generally speaking, I will say that trustworthy casinos will still pay out winnings from people that use VPNs, but it can of course be a tough one to guess on.
I have directly heard Stake saying in their advertisement that they allow people to use VPNs, which is pretty contradicting to their license, but I guess it does make them a safe place for people from restricted countries(Especially the U.S., France and the Netherlands that are usually blocked elsewhere).

Factors to determine;

-Fees
-HE
-UI/UX

I generally list most of these.
I could go into details about the KYC related issues, but the main issue there is that there is a big difference between the KYC rules in the ToS and the actual KYC that is being enforced currently, which is subject to change at any point as well.

Well, in fact, one of the things that I like about stake.com is that they understand global situations in terms of prohibitions, may have originally lived in a non-prohibited country, but may have arisen the action that has moved to live in A prohibited country, which is a unfortunate but possible fact (hypothetical case), there I think it is a discussion that is an ancient customer, but now it is in those conditions, which is a case that can enter as "special" . Similarly, these criteria that you consider are excellent because you speak that the analysis you do is deep and from there a review is well reliable.

I mean. Legally speaking, it is the country of which you reside, so there is not much of special cases there.

Short review with some wrong information! They have only 3 games (dice, hilo, limbo) which are operated by themselves. But you said “they have a lot of....”. Moreover, in essential details you said that

But in reality they don't have any live, slots or video poker game yet. You haven't provided some important information as well. Aa example: Setting 2FA is mandatory for making withdrawals from wolf.bet. I think it should be in the essential details. Hope you will give a deeper look into the casino and update everything correctly.

Ah yeah. I fixed that line. I had written a lot more about slots and live games before I realized they didn't have such offerings.
They do have 4 games now though. They launched sportsbetting a few weeks ago.

I think most casinos have the requirement of setting up 2FA as well. I don't really consider it important info. 2FA is a standard all over the internet these days, especially in the crypto field.

Thank you very much for the update, Wolfbet, they have a great reputation and the fact that they have released new games like Limbo is excellent, DICE is a scenario that I had not considered for this casino, but nevertheless I understand that Wolfbet want to implement it because of their history. throughout the gambling.
For me DICE represents one of the traditional games with the highest rate of player demand, in fact with that game I got to know the crypto world, first with Freebitco.in, and then with Stake.com, then already many casinos, I have not been active on Wolfbet, but it's about time to do it, again thanks for the update.

Sports betting is different than the casino games. And without sports betting they have 3 casino games only. “Wide variety of game modes” isn't a suitable statement for having only three games. You should include it in Pros when wolf.bet will add more casino game or slots game at their platform.

You are right, every casino have 2FA option available for their user. But there is difference between having it as optional and mandatory. I have played at so many crypto casino but never seen any other casino where 2FA is mandatory like wolf.bet.

They do have 4 games now though. They launched sportsbetting a few weeks ago.
I think most casinos have the requirement of setting up 2FA as well. I don't really consider it important info. 2FA is a standard all over the internet these days, especially in the crypto field.

I mean, sure. I guess wide variety may have been an over statement in here.

And it is more common these days. It's a requirement on at least a couple of the other sites that are also on the list.

You're accusing me of not including bustabit/bustadice just because they don't offer an affiliate program.
There's no problem in not reviewing a site if they don't have an affiliate program in place, but what RHavar said is exactly why only the affiliated websites are mentioned. You should acknowledge the fact and there's no problem with not reviewing or listing sites you don't want to.

I don't understand what you mean by the "Are you trying to say you've "actively worked for" all these casinos in the past year?" - Which casinos are you referring to here?
He said that in response to this "One of the core principles of the site is that I will never review a site, that I have actively worked for within the past year. I think that's the only fair thing to do in my position."

This statement does sound like you have worked for various casinos and hence you don't want to review them yourself.

One interesting thing I saw on your website is that you have mentioned in cons of sites as follows

Stake - We lack to find one.
7bit casino - We lack to find one.
Winz - They don’t accept players from the United Kingdom and United States

If you have any knowledge about stake, they don't accept players from USA as well so either mention the same cons for each casino or just don't mention it for any of them.

I like you have reviewed sites in details but please avoid these small mistakes.

Sure, but I don't mind reviewing them, I also wanna review them truthfully on the same level as all the others.
They're still working in progress though. The priority is getting ones with affiliate done, and then proceed to work on the others.

I'm trying to keep them as updated as possible. There have been a few mistakes like that, but it's impossible to avoid and easier to fix when you come along them. I've updated the Winz one to reflect the others, since all restricted countries is already listed elsewhere in the review.

Thunderpick review up now as well!

It’s great to see someone like us personally visit the us and make a down to earth reviews.
It helps us to understand the site from a gambler prospective of view.
I am also glad to see already many popular sites/casinos reviews are already present.
But what i was really wondering about this Thunderpick site. Are they new one? Do they have any ANN thread here?
I personally don’t like playing on sites that doesn’t have a representative here in the forum.
Still will go through your review.

Not sure if they have a thread on here, but they're one of the early crypto sportsbooks. They launched in early 2017.
I remember them because one of my friends hit a 1000x bet slip with 1 EUR just when they launched.

I actually like the detailed reviews and the website overall Smiley.

I have a question though.. since you haven't listed any cons about bitcasino, is there a reason why you have given them a 4.0 rating while other casinos like stake where you could not find a problem were given 5.0 rating.

I like the articles on the site like what is tether and all those articles, and from an SEO point of view, it will retain the viewers for a longer time if you keep adding more content regularly.

I have read through some of the reviews of the sites where I play ...and I can see that you did your research and you know your trade. I am looking forward to the "insider" information section, because I am very interested on how sites like these work.

Some things I would like you to add to that section is detailed information on how online casinos partner with third party providers. (How much does it cost to host 3rd party games and who is paying the casino when people win huge Jackpots?   -- Money goes from 3rd party to casino and then to the player or does the casino cover all wins from their profits?)

Thank you for some very good reviews.  Wink

Bitcasino was one of the first casinos added, so I still had a bit to learn regarding the cons and pros I wanted to add. They will be revisited soon to keep it up to date with the other ones.

I have read through some of the reviews of the sites where I play ...and I can see that you did your research and you know your trade. I am looking forward to the "insider" information section, because I am very interested on how sites like these work.

Good idea. To me, it's some rather basic questions, but I can understand how curious normal players are in these cases. I'm still not certain how I wanna do the insider section though - But soon™️

Hey DNL,

You might want to shift the table of contents from the bottom to the top of the page.

It allows viewers to navigate between posts rather than having to scroll all the way down.

I will not undertake to judge those who like registration with 2fa.  Personally, I do not like it at all because you are assured that this is a guarantee of security when entering the site in your wallet or when making an expense transaction?
I am simply annoyed by this stupid procedure for writing a six-digit number from Google authentication, especially when you are forced to do it quickly, quickly by their time counter in the form of a blue circle.  All this is inconvenient and seems to become outdated in those days when both fingerprints and face recognition are already used everywhere.

Thank you.
I got a whole bunch of work on my plate in regards to other projects, unfortunately, but hopefully, I'll be able to add a bunch of casinos on the site again soon. Duelbits and Chips.gg is def. going to get added, although I don't like chips.gg that much after they recently only paid out $250 to the guy that found an infinite money exploit.

Hey DNL,

You might want to shift the table of contents from the bottom to the top of the page.

It allows viewers to navigate between posts rather than having to scroll all the way down.
Yeah true. I didn't think people actually used it. I only added it for SEO purposes at first.

Fingerprints and face recognition are not really safe. If you wanna do face recognition in a safe way, then each consumer would need thousands of dollars worth of hardware, and it still wouldn't be particularly safe.
Nothing beats passwords right now. Maybe in the future.

A lot I guess. These casinos are your current reviews right? Did you add anything?

Since your business is about casino reviews you're don't mind if the casino has issues or are very trusted by the community right? In that case, the one that is not mentioned in your review and I personally trust is Duelbits. And the one, which has some issues here recently that I suggest you to review is 4444sport.com

Their threads here:

Any casinos that you guys think is missing?
There are still lots.

Crypto.games
Bitdice
Betcoin.ag
Primedice
Playbetr
Duelbits

As far as i remember they do have some current issues at the moment.

Yep, this 4444sport.com casino has some unresolved issues until now. I just thought of it if the OP can review it if he want. This involves the risk of losing his money for the potential scam if it happened that the casino has some shady business, a fraud. If it happen that he risk and willing to do it, he can publish the review of what kind of casino it is. I just suggested it, I know the OP knows the risk. He's an experienced gambler after all.

Lets put up some link on that new site
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5375673.0

It would be good that they would be adding up some warnings or cautions on sites that they do see have issues
or simply wont really recommend at all.

They shouldnt really be biased or be transparent on whatever they would be dealign with.

Any casinos that you guys think is missing?
A lot I guess. These casinos are your current reviews right? Did you add anything?

Since your business is about casino reviews you're don't mind if the casino has issues or are very trusted by the community right? In that case, the one that is not mentioned in your review and I personally trust is Duelbits. And the one, which has some issues here recently that I suggest you to review is 4444sport.com

Their threads here:
Duelbits: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5279042.0
4444sport.com: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5375271.0
That's correct, but to be honest - I generally stay away from reviewing casinos with a bad reputation. I have to prioritize due to the large volume of sites. Maybe in the future I will make a list dedicated to scam sites though.

It is interesting, I like to see everything that has to do with reviews of casinos, it would be interesting to see a review of stake.com, bitcasino.io and betfury, since they are casinos that are constantly growing, also Rollbit is excellent, as well as Duelbits and Roobet, in addition BlackJack.fun is giving a lot to talk about, many are looking to play on secure platforms and these casinos are offering security and confidence at a high level.

I'm gonna work on getting those done - Not sure about blackjack.fun yet though.

Yeah, very interesting when there are websites like this that have compiled all of his reviews for different casinos. You probably haven't seen his review about stake.com, it's 3rd on the list. Roobet on 4th, rollbit on 8th. OP, I think there's a need for you to update the news as the last post and update was from July of 2021. More views to come and the number 1 on the list, I've not heard of it.

My traffic flow is certainly not poor. Alexa just doesn't have any clue about my traffic, because I don't provide them analytics access.

If you haven't heard about 7Bitcasino, it would probably indicate you are rather new to crypto casinos. It is one of the oldest and most well-known crypto casinos out there.

New Katsubet review has just been posted!
https://crypto-gambling.net/casino/katsubet/
The site is very good, thank you very much for the recommendation, if you are in contact with the owners of the casino it would be interesting if you could bring them to the forum, maybe they would do some kind of publicity, it could be through an ANN thread and also why not, a campaign of signatures to start with a firm footing, I played with the demo version and I liked it, they have a very good choice of games, in fact the only thing that I did not see very well because I was playing is the withdrawal fees, whether they are high or not, from restop I like how it is structured.

Sure. I can tell them about the forum I guess.
There's not any withdrawal fees as far as I am aware, besides the network fees.

There is now a new section in every review, where you can write your own review and give the casinos a rating.

Through each of these they have already made the websites they have been waiting for a feature of their own from where they play aloe vera.  They are always on the move but they are always ready to work on the website

Which casinos do you think is missing?
As long as I know online gambling platforms or crypto casinos, I have never found a casino to disappear or experience a failure in developing until the casino closes and no longer operates.
My experience of gambling or betting has actually been around for a long time, but getting to know crypto casinos is still not that old.
Following and using a gambling platform, I also only choose casinos that are truly trusted and most popular. Even though I also often see and observe new casinos, it's just to find out some information and add to my insight.
