At the rate they're playing, it definitely looks like Brazil but despite my favorite guy playing in Argentina, I don't know if they have the consistency. Peru is playing as usual without any pressure so they can make it to another final. But COPA is COPA and we all know the rules that apply here are: random and anything can happen!

I don't think the team would put any extra effort on the game, because they didn't even want to play the cup at first moment when it was said Brazil would held the event. There were a lot of talks behind the curtains, involving the coach and some players, threating to not participate the cup because the pandemic. However, they were demoralized since all other championships were running smoothly despite coronavirus.
So they gave up this rebellion and accepted playing at the event. Actually these guys play only for money and sponsorship, not for the country or any patriotic value.

I agree with almost everything you said, except the fact that Argentina is the champion.
It isn't just because I'm Brazilian, but because I believe Brazil has a better chance of winning.
I'm not saying this either because I'm comparing Neymar with Messi, I have the good sense to assume that Messi is much better than Neymar, but thinking of the teams as a whole I still see Brazil as more likely to lift the cup and that's for sure my bet.
