its up to you of how do you think will gain more profit in by investing or in by trading if you are good and have knowledge by trading i prefer you to trade because in trading you will gain profits immediately unlike by holding a crypto you need lots of patience of when it will go to the moon for example today BTC and ETH pumping its value so its a good time to sell your holding  crypto or you can still hold it if you think it will get more higher value in the next next month.

It all depends on the individual, his character and skill. It is no secret that different people can have different results in different types of activities and cryptocurrencies are no exception about this. In theory, trading can bring much more income than investing, but trading requires much more involvement in the process and constant decision-making, and all this can take much more time than investing. Therefore, I would not recommend this type of activity to people with a weak nervous system and not quite confident in their abilities and with little experience. Fast money can require a lot of nerves, so once again think about whether you need this and whether it is worth it.

There is more money in trading , particulary in crypto market becuase it is high volatile and this is what professional Traders like becuase volatility is a gift if you know how to make money out of it but trading requires consistent attention and Technical analysis as well as traders has to keep an eye of news update of Bitcoin Market that drives the whole crypto. it is not known for sure whether it will be more profitable or not but according to what I have learned at this time the level of risk for investing is much lower with the risk faced by trader.
I think it is worth the risk faced by day traders with all the possibilities to take profits and also minimal risk for long-term investments.
