It's rather funny that people see endorsements from someone like Elon Musk as real proof that he supports it. He is an egotistical show-off who is good at playing the media to get the response that he wants (most of the time). Elon is good at following trends or what is "hot" right now because it has favored his Tesla business in the past. He knows that his twitter followers will blindly jump at his command and has manipulated the price of cryptocurrencies like Dogecoin for his own amusement - if they were regulated properly then he would likely be facing fines or fraud charges (like the penny stock traders you saw in Wolf of Wall Street pedaling trash). For certain, what drives their hate towards bitcoin is envy and regrets. They are just too disappointed with their life that it hurts them inside seeing many people having their lives getting better with the help of bitcoin and other cryptocurrency. Those people hated only when they failed to hold their coins and most of them were frustrated during the times of cheaper btc. I bet no! Some do it does not exist, but some pretend to believe it does not exist because there is popularity gained from taking on that position in public. You can often see that by the extremes those positions are about (by the way, the same applies to those who believe that the world will die without Bitcoin). Covid deniers say Bill Gates wants chips in our bodies implanted with the vaccine. Anti-immigration people claim they are afraid that whole countries get slaughtered by the immigrants. Anti-cryptocurrency guys argue that our economy will fall victim to a big fat ponzi snowball imploding and to a global horde of criminals evading taxes and financing terrorism. Anti climate-change guys argue that climate-change produced by humanity is a lie even though 99.999999% of scientists around the world agree.

There is value in taking on any of these positions and often times those people who do it publicly on a large scale like a forum also monetize their opinion in the form of sold books, merchandise and other stuff.

I think we are good to go if we keep ourselves multi-perspectively informed, strive for a balanced opinion (which is not always possible as we are all individuals with subjective perceptions and sometimes stubbornness) and even try to see whether those extreme people have something useful to say from time to time. Bitcoin is often associated with schemes and scams and most people who aren't knowledgeable enough easily believe the rumors and fake news without fact checking it. That is why the reputation of bitcoin is tainted in the mainstream media. When people read articles about it connected to a scam, they always assume it's true.

In addition, it may also possibly because they have lost a huge amount of money in risking to cryptocurrency. 1) Suffered loss due to panic selling in the market dumps which makes them beleive this is bad choice of investment for them.

A financial consultant or Broker with old school Fiat education will most probably "hate" Bitcoin, because he or she make their money from a system that put barrier to entry for the average Joe on the street. People like them will hate something they don't fully understand. Moreover, it's not regulated by the government which makes it illegal in their perspective.

I think that many who hate Bitcoin may have had a bad experience after investing in cryptocurrencies and losing all their money, the lack of experience of beginners in the crypto world is what makes them take a bad impression about investing in cryptocurrency or perhaps they thought that investing in cryptocurrencies achieves rapid wealth, and when they entered the market, they quickly exited without achieving this wealth, so they blamed Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and not themselves.

They don't know Bitcoin, they just know about Bitcoin through some news or introductions from friends. It is normal that they will not operate. Some people will use the lost money as tuition fees, and some people will launch the world of cryptocurrency because of the loss of money. This is their loss. They did not see the advantages of Bitcoin. Maybe they will regret it later.

Greed and envy are two factors why people have hate for Bitcoin. They envy that others managed to earn well or became rich. They wanted to achieve the same, but were greedy for time to spend on a research what they buy or to pay a professional to manage their finances.

I've seen people saying they dont Bitcoin because it is used for illegal deeds and that is partly true. But I'm sure that bigger part of illegal deeds are performed with the usage of fiat and cash.

Not all of them are ignorant about bitcoin. Actually, many of those people that hates bitcoin had their own time to research it and understood what bitcoin really is. But you're right that when someone is angry and hating a thing, it's one reason for it that he doesn't understand what it is.
But as I've said, there are those that understand bitcoin but still ignores the fact that they can't believe that bitcoin is a disruptor not just in technology with its blockchain but as well as both for fin-tech.

From what I've seen and read here, who quit on crypto or has bad blood in this market, a lot got scammed and lost. But if we look at things, it is not because of bitcoin but their action on investing projects that are not authentic. We can't blame this on bitcoin because it is our responsibility to do our own homework before jumping on too-good-to-be-true ROIs. And the sad part, these people who got screwed will spread information that are not true, creating negative perception on bitcoin itself.
