I wonder what's happening with their promoters they seem to have no intention to make this fight happen this year. I wonder why?

Just because there's no schedule yet, organizers don't have the intention to make the fight happen this year? Not really because organizers can announce the fight even next month if the bout will happen in December. If I'm not mistaken, Donaire vs Casimero was announced just 45 days before the scheduled fight.
