Bounty scammer get payed without troubles... warnings just ignored

There is a guy from INDIA a guy from Vietnam that translate in ITALIAN language but he use some "unknown" words meaning everything.
Clearly ( ) he is not Italian nor he can just say or write correctly "CIAO".
Despite several warnings (see below the full list), he get payed from bounty manager.  

Well I don't know why use negative trust, or spot scammers/fraudsters etc etc etc if at the end this is the gift for a bounty scammer.
Plus I don't know what is the real task, if even some shitty translation get payed
Even more, there are seriously project out of here ready to pay these shitty translation?

I've created a few threads about similar situations[1]; so there's really not many answers.

If you do have a local mod that speaks italian, you could simply report every post you see that has been translated this way saying that it was in fact translated by a machine.
You could also contact the manager and tell him what happen, although he'll most likely just put up an excuse. You could red-tag him in this case, it will for sure catch his attention and at least for me, it'd be a justified one.

You could also red-tag the translator, but he won't care much about it.

Completely non-sense no meaning first part and I am not sure even if he is using Italian since this is an unknown word at least in TRECCANI Dictionary ... even this is not "common" language...

I confirm that this translation was not done by an Italian-speaking person.
In addition to the examples given by @bitbollo, it is sufficient to look at a random page of the WPP to find conceptual errors. On p. 3 for example it says:

Gli utenti si collegheranno con nuovi circoli sociali selezionando i loro interessi e scorrendo su altri utenti.

I suppose that "scorrendo " is the translation of "swipe" but in Italian nobody would translate swipe that way: it would mean "to pass over" people.
It's just one example, there are many similar ones.

I opened the FOOBEE white paper on a random page.

I landed on page 14, I choose a random sentence:

I don't know what does this sentence means in Italian.

Definitely similar. Possibly, the translator version is even worse than GT version.

And yeah, I'd say there's way more than enough evidence that points to this stronzo either using a translation service or simply doing a shitty job manually translating something into a language which he's obviously not proficient in.  I don't usually tag translation scammers, but I'll make an exception in this case.

this can explain this missing interest, but I am not able to find one user from italian board that has made one translation in these "bounties".
There are "real italians" that works in these bounties? I don't want asks for other countries but if some one from Germany or Spain or France would check I think this is a "global issues" not only for ITALIANS

At the end of the post, you'll see that I'd also like to know why no proofreading/validation measure has been taken. I apologize beforehand if I'm sounding too harsh, but I've made around 200 reports of these kind of translations from him in the last couple of hours, so understand that I'm angry; mostly because there was no control about the quality of the content.

Proofreading is simply not possible as the bounty takes place on the forum. Proofreading would require extreme good faith from another member of the local board to not downplay the work of the translator to take his place, or otherwise friendships that would work to proofread each other works bad or good. I know because I've been a french translator for a long time, these things can't be verified.

As far as pedrillo, he's been working for amazix for years in the past, that's because of his reputation that I chose him. Now like Halab said, I give him the benefit of the doubt unless the results of his translation includes obvious mistakes you only find in automated translation tools.

If you have enough evidence to prove he has a banned account then the appropriate thing to do is to report it to forum moderators for ban evasion before reporting it to the bounty manager. Mods will ban all his alts and this way you ensure he won't cheat on any other campaign (unless he creates new account).
The use of automated translation tools is also against forum rules. So, you can report all his translated threads to your local board mod.

Not sure why irfan_pak10 (reputable campaign manager, afaik) is ignoring your reports and didn't take any action against this user but you can report this directly to the project owner.

I'm not surprised, @irfan_pak10 has always been cool with issues as serious as this. I've warned in the past about fake translators listed in his thread, and I got the same response (ignored, sadly).
As far as I know, irfan_pak10 is Pakistani. This has a little correlation with the translators being Indian (having several common native languages). Maybe they also know each other in real life.

Thank you @bitbollo for this finding, I did check your findings in my thread and also read the comments of the guy who had done the translation job, As there were no proofs were mentioned simply saying that this guy is Indian and cant translate doesn't actually, in my opinion, justify to reject his entry. We actually usually hire backup translators too to review the translation job, Unfortunately, there was no other guy who can provide us proofs that the transaction was not done properly, or the guy used the GT.

In his comments, Where he mentioned, that if anyone can provide proofs that he used GT, I would have gladly rejected his entry if he was found guilty. But given the benefit of the doubt situation, we accepted his entry. 

I I used to work for a translation agency of India and they asked me to work for blockchain projects and gave me this account. But this was 1 year ago. And I i can translate Italian the same paragraph in 10 different ways.If you think I am lying then come on Telegram. Whoever knows italian comes to talk to me. Only he can tell whether I can speak Italian or not. if you know italian then you come.

If you think that's done by GT then You translate the same documents into Google. If the same answer comes from Google Translate, then I will step back and leave this platform on my own, I'll go back to the freelancer or other platform. Translate a few paragraphs and see if same answer comes in GT, then after that I have said that what i will do. And I don't even know how to run this platform very well and don't know much options of btt. I can toggle its options or change them.

If still, someone can provide proofs that he got paid illegitimately, We will apologize and next time will be more careful about such situations. And I will pay some bonus to the guys who in the first place pointed it out.

Please note that if D_DOT was the "translator" into Italian, the Adalgarp the account claims to be a Portuguese translator and also speaks German. Probably it is worth checking his work as well.

For those who received the tokens before other bounty hunters, did they join the translation campaign? If yes then that may explain it. Translators usually get their rewards earlier since they deliver their work before other participants.

A project can be good even if it's not next-bitcoin. But you're right, there may be maybe 1% of all the projects that worth taking a first look into, and so many signs are there one doesn't even have to get to the whitepaper. And if the team couldn't double check at least the English white paper... yeah...

Totally agree with you, a serious team that's serious about building a business/a company that would stand the test of time and not just a project, would willingly put in the work required, and one of this is that every thing, from the website, to the whitepaper, to the social handles, and to the community management, everything should be up to standard, well prepaid and managed, they can't be serious with one part and neglect the other, thinking no one would take a look or care, one bad egg together with good eggs in one basket causes every egg in that basket to look bad and smell.
