Chelsea gets the win regardless of who's absent or not.  And Southampton will be considered no threats  to Arsenal.

I agree with the former, but not the latter part... Seeing that Arsenal could be missing up to 10 players ^{[it's most likely 8]} and having no choice but to rely on some inexperienced players heavily, it makes me think it's one of those games that could have a surprised winner, so if I were to bet, I'd go with BTTS ^{[over 2.5]}.

There has been some positive change in liverpool's performance. Their performance is a little stronger than before. But their overall performance is still unstable. As a result, I do not know if liverpool will be able to win against city. Also, manchester city has been eliminated from the champions league. Their chances of  winning the premier league title are also low. At the moment , the team will be interested in winning the FA Cup title. Although liverpool is quite strong, it will definitely be a very  difficult  task to win against City. I believe that the match will undoubtedly be quite enjoyable.

Well nothing is actually impossible in football but Liverpool defeating Manchester city is what I find so hard to believe because there form is really bad. This is not Liverpool only hope of winning trophy this season because they are still in the champions league and I believe Paris Saint Germain can not defeat them so easily even though they are not in a good form. Liverpool vs Manchester city quarter finals today is going to be tough but Guardiola is a very strategic Coach.

You can get some hopium caused by this is football. Who knows Liverpool will give a surprise, though their previous performances have been so abysmal. As long as they have mou on their side. A magical thing can happen anytime.

Other than that Liverpool's odds climbing up, but i think it doesn't reflect the outcome. This kind of game is always hard to predict when it comes to moneyline. I think both team will buy and sell attacks, and score each other. Hopefully, a decent game to be watched.

Tough match today, but I feel that Manchester City are the favorites to win today. Reason is because Liverpool have another big clash with Paris Saint Germain on Wednesday and this match will be played at the Etihad. Liverpool often finds it hard to win at Etihad except last season where they win the league. Manchester City currently doesn't have any champions League game to play so they are ready to go all out in this match unlike Liverpool who would want to keep their players fit for the Champions League. Their fate depends on their players. Both have been worst this season, Manchester City just won the Carabao cup so they will want to keep that momentum to win the FA cup. My prediction for this match is Manchester City 2-1 Liverpool.

I think I know the reason , since Liverpool will be playing in the Champions League in the next few days, that's why they can't  give it their all in this FA Cup tie

For your information, Manchester City is already leading by two goals and it's just half half. Emotion has no place in football and that's why you see one team dominating others as we've seen in the Bundesliga and French ligue1 instead of rotation and allow other teams to test what it looks like to be a Championship. The deal day is already here as both teams are about to prove there worth on the game, but with the way the game is going now i will say Liverpool is too weak to face the almighty City in all rectification.  Its already 3 goals down in the 50th minutes of the game with a super possession and dominating strength that will deprive Liverpool access to see the back of Manchester City's net.
With the way the game is going I will be pleased to tell you that it may end in 4 to 5 goals at last and not the draw prediction as mentioned above.
