Well that's probably new because to be honest i never heard such information wherein i though they only accept bitcoin or just a survey? Actually base on my simple research as of now only one company start using doge as payment for buying tesla car is called puerto rican technology company that selling local cars. Not yet for tesla but of course it if just a survey and they received a good percentage of doge for sure they will implement that as a payment option ASAP..

I hope this time Tesla company will be serious in accepting Bitcoin this time unlike what they did before.

Doge? They are also accepting Dogecoin? Something it says is that Elon Musk is still shilling this project and making benefits from this. If this could be true, (maybe) we could see another huge spike for this coin once again and I'm sure their investors are relatively happy hearing about this. I hope they will and have positive results.

Seems that Tesla is testing payment in Bitcoin and another coin called SHIBA. However upon investigation it seems that the coin is called SHIBA but when he did a test transaction the address started with D. And then he did a test payment on the Doge network and when the payment was accepted it confirmed on the Tesla servers.

Never in a million years would of I guessed that he was actually serious and would start accepting Doge. Was assuming he would accept Bitcoin and Ethereum. Definitely not Shiba or Doge.

Wonder if someone will actually buy an entire Tesla vehicle paid for by Dogecoin.



 

I don't know if it's a big news for Bitcoin but it's a real big news for DOGE and its community, because it would be a big step toward main stream adoption. Other compagnies couldn't ignore this cryptocurrency anymore and it could bring it to the moon.

Another marketing strategy by Elon Musk that soon will make his hodling rise up again then probably he would leave so soon. They aren't telling it yet but it was busted already and I'm sure Elon would like to pump most of the altcoins that he had invested by using his influence on the social media.

This is the first time I've heard an altcoins payment for a car but I bet there's no difference between this and how he chose Bitcoin as payment before then left and instead choose to promote his company and his meme coin at the same time.

Someone will try just to continue with the hype but this one is actually a good adoption that can affect the whole market because Tesla is a big car company so it can create another hype and expect the price to go up if ever this will push through. There’s no Tesla in my place so technically, we’re not on the target market for this one. Let’s see if Elon will tweet with regards to this one.

It's a good adoption? Right now, I checked whether this post was done back in 7 November of 2020 but somehow it has been posted in 2021, after the accident when bitcoin felt from 64K to 30K.
Do you know that yeah, the fact that Tesla started accepting of bitcoin caused massive rise and was actually really good for adoption but at the same time, the tweets of the CEO of Tesla, i.e. - Elon Musk, caused huge market manipulation. This man helped bitcoin's price to increase but then, he made it to fall hard. He not only manipulated bitcoin but manipulated the price of Doge, made an useless, worthless coin very valuable one. And now, the Shiba, another worthless meme coin.

Sure, why do you even doubt? People bough tons of dogecoin because of Elons Tweets, do you really think that someone will hesitate to buy Tesla with dogecoins? At least he/she will quickly become popular, Elon will congratulate the Dogecoin to Tesla transaction.

Tesla and Elon back at it again, I wonder why would they name it Shiba in the source code though, another publicity for Doge and crypto in general, I hope it won't affect it badly in the long run though, why would you wonder if someone would buy a Tesla with doge ?! I actually would do it if I wanted to buy a Tesla and I had enough crypto in my wallet to do so, and without even hesitating, if I can afford it of course.

I think there are people who would decide to buy Tesla with DOGE or SHIBA, but I don't see any business need for such payments to be established. Of course, we can speculate what would happen if that will be done by Musk.. Certainly, the price of both meme coins would go up several times again, but in my opinion it is pointless and it will never happen.

The price of Doge seems to have increased a little since this news was first discovered. However it’s hard to say since pretty much everything is rallying. However there is speculation that since Tesla accepted Bitcoin in the past,
And musk said they would accept it again. People are fairly certain it will accept Bitcoin, that’s a given.

However musk had a poll a few months ago should doge be accepted at Tesla and 80% voted yes. So there is a good chance he is not going back on his word. And why would he add the Shiba or doge in the testing phase. Obviously there is a chance it might get accepted.

And if news comes out, depending when, it might cause doge to go to $1 a doge with this news. Hence why people are buying doge this week.

If we are to be honest, what percentage of the crypto market can be considered serious in the sense that some altcoin has some meaning and significance? They all originated after Bitcoin, and most were made to make a profit out of nothing. Pictorially presented, each flock wanders aimlessly without a shepherd, and when the shepherd appears all the sheep follow him - EM just leads the flock in a certain direction, the only question left is whether he did it on purpose or is it his way of having fun.

In addition, people have a very short-term memory, so most have forgotten that EM mentioned D coin in his tweet back in 2019.I wonder why there was no similar effect then

Because, it is the crypto world. As long as you are doing fine in the crypto world, there is really no reason to be something useful. Just be hyped and loved and that's it, there is no other need at all. I personally have done the same with few other coins before, it was useless tokens but I got in, it was hyped, and I got out. The token itself literally had no value, and did dropped to near zero levels eventually as well, but for a while at the start it was really loved and I used that to my advantage.

So, do not focus on finding stuff that are fundamentally strong if you are interested in simply making a quick profit, sure it is better to buy good ones if you are looking to be in there for a long time but getting in and out for an hour? That could be done with anything at all. This is why I am doing a lot better nowadays; I realize that my quick cash and my long term approaches could be totally different.

Everything wont be possible or getting some value if there's no community behind on it and its true that Elon wont really be that enough on implementing out things alone.
It is just people behind do really still believe on such demand which makes these meme coins does have actual value even some people do say to be shit.
In regards with Tesla accepting doge or meme coins then its up to their choice.They wouldnt really be making such step if they do saw that those coins

I also didn't think this, I can't believe that after all the fuss about bitcoin, Elon Musk is coming today to accept payment in SHIBA instead of bitcoin!!! this is unbelievable!!!
This news has caused a crazy spike in all meme coins, everyone knows Elon Musk's obsession with dogs but no one ever thought he would accept Dogecoin or SHIBA payments instead of Bitcoin!!!
I do not know what is going on in Elon Musk's head, but I am sure that this behavior is not innocent at all, Elon Musk is a businessman and is only interested in profit in the end, so it is certain that this movement has another goal entirely!!

Elon's Tesla is still hungry for attention despite having much of it already. I don't understand them. But I don't really care if Elon's Tesla will resume accepting Bitcoin or not. I don't care more if aside from Bitcoin, Elon's Tesla will be accepting Shiba Inu or Dogecoin. Let Tesla accept both of them if they wish. It makes no difference. They're still shitcoins that are created for the sake of pumping. I still advise people to be very careful if they wish to join their games.

DOGE might be the option since Elon is endorsing it so it will be bad if they accept other crypto not unless its Bitcoin, then it could be more better to all of us imagine a huge car company now accepting Bitcoin and Doge as mode of payment, that’s a big adoption mate. Well, no announcement yet with regards to this one so don’t get overhype by this.

He publicly showing his support to doge so I expect this coin to be added on their options but I will not still impress on what action they do since so far their actions made from the past is just made for only pure manipulation so for now I will just watch them to see if they will really make this plan for long term and not just erase it once hype fades or if they want to take their profit out of the doge.

This might be just another trick to get these meme coins hype up. I mean why would someone buy Tesla cars using these meme coins when they can actually hold them and wait for it to pump because once again Tesla and Elon are making noise about it.
Now, Elon is trying to make a relevant use case for this meme to buy his products because people are well aware of the fact that these meme coins has no real use cases.

I think Tesla only takes advantage of free promotion by issuing testing a payment tool with SHIB. There is no special thing with meme coins like SHIB or Doge to be used as a payment tool. Truly a stupid idea if Tesla really wants to sell their products with SHIB or Doge. Elon Musk must know very well that those meme coins basically have no good standard as a promising crypto coin. A few days later the guy posted a response. Saying that he wants to be anonymous and he sent the payments but it was to another doge address. The doge address in the photo expired but he got another one where he actually did send the funds. So to me it seems legit. Probably need to wait a few more weeks however.

Maybe Elon was the author of the fake news behind the anonymous profile to create some hype in crypto market, leading his public to not give up on doge and shiba inu after disappoiting some fans for not holding any shiba, even though he made some sympathetic jokes regards the altcoin in the past.

Anyway I don't think Tesla is going to accept these altcoins as payment method for real, because that just doesn't make sense if we think about any practical reason for this adoption. A big company doesn't accept a crypto currency as payment method just because it's funny. That would be ridiculous and useless as marketing, only reaching to a small bubble of fans, most of them poor people who don't even have money to buy a Tesla, as they are trying to join an altcoin get rich scheme promoted through jokes by the guru Elon Musk.

We will not know what is Elon plans with those two coins but he has already made a noise in the crypto market so I guess he will make another tweet in the future.
Those two coins now become popular besides bitcoin and ethereum but if we compare with bitcoin and doge payments, I think using bitcoin as the payment will be better.
Maybe we need to wait for the next announcement from Elon or Tesla for what coins they want to use as the payment.
But I do not want to buy Tesla using bitcoin, ethereum, or other coins as crypto will be just my investment.
