Many things do not stay the same over 10 years, and even our own priorities might change

This are important part that people do easily over look, DCA should not necessarily mean having to commit yourself to an exact same amount forever. More discretionary income to allocate will come is someone’s income increases. While most a times when there is change in expenses or responsibility may require to reduce it.

That why having a long term Bitcoin plan is very useful but for you to be able to adjust your own plan when financial situation changes can help you to remain consistent without putting unnecessary pressure on yourself.

I agree with you, DCA must not be done with a fixed amount before it can be called DCA strategy. DCA should be done in such a way that it's fits investor financial situation. If someone that is using DCA strategy to accumulate bitcoin happens to have a change in their income flow or an increase in expenses. It won't be wrong if they decide to adjust the DCA amount to fit their current financial situation. It will be wrong to stick with a fixed amount of money while dcaing when such will only put us into financial pressures.
You’re correct, I think an investors could definitely have some challenges along the lines of accumulating bitcoin, I don’t really think it’s possible for someone doing DCA to stay on a fixed price of accumulation while doing the DCA, sometimes is possible to have increased bills, sometimes you have lesser bills to pay as well, all depending when you get your income, either you’re earning through business or salary job, there is a difference when you’re paying yourself with profits from your business, and when you’re working for someone and expecting a salary, this are all differences to when you’re making a strategy of accumulating bitcoin, which is why I think it’s difficult to stay consistent accumulating a particular price, assuming you’re accumulating bitcoin worth $100 on a weekly basis I think it’s difficult to stay consistent with buying that particular $100 sometimes it changes to $90, $70,$60, it all varies, Sometimes a paycheck isn’t complete because of different circumstances, so you have to adjust with other expenses and accumulating amounts, but nothing wrong when that happens, considering you’re still buying and maintaining consistency.

Anyone that doesn’t believe or have not guaranteed that the Bitcoin will become great assets in future, which means the person doesn’t have believe on his self. Because with the level that Bitcoin has reach now none will have doubts that Bitcoin will fail to be among of the successful coins in future markets.
Not believing in bitcoin doesn’t mean one doesn’t not in their self. It is normal for people to hsve some doubts about bitcoin and the reason for this is because of how long one have been into bitcoin and how they understand it. In investment people  do have some level of being skeptical,  and the reason for this is because they understand the present of risk in an investment. But when one have been in an investment for sometime they get relieve somehow and not too worried about the risk. Bitcoin is a good asset and a valuable asset but in years to come you cant tell if it will still be as valuable like the way it is today, but being unpredictable shouldn't stop us from buying bitcoin and accumulating Bitcoin with the amount we can afford to lose.

A person decision to Invest regularly and hold for years in the first place already proves the person believes in Bitcoin potential. Of course as the person is investing and gaining experience. He will begin to improve his ways to manage the risks even though he knows the investment success is not guaranteed. But he still has to play his part, so he can be among those that will benefit years later. The main thing is for folks to invest money they can comfortably afford, and it must come from their discretionary income.

Just because someone doesn't have faith in Bitcoin doesn't mean they don't have faith in themselves. The Bitcoin market is very volatile, so they may not have faith in it, so don't think that not having faith in Bitcoin means not having faith in yourself. Anything can happen at any moment in the Bitcoin market. The Bitcoin market is completely decentralized and no one has any control over the Bitcoin market, so no one or bank or government can say that the Bitcoin market will be successful.

Bitcoin has reached its current level, but that doesn't mean that success is guaranteed. We saw the price of Bitcoin above $120,000 and from that point it has fallen to $79,000, so no one can ever say when the Bitcoin market will go in which direction and its success cannot be guaranteed.

Especially in recent months, when the market has been on the rise meaning the price has fallen from $60,000 to a lower figure. Whether we make a profit depends on the market's current situation. Whether it's declining or rising determines whether we can achieve our goals or not.
A long a term bitcoin investor don't need to use the market rise and fall to determine whether he will achieve his goal or not because he doesn't have any business with if the price of bitcoin is high or low. His major focus is to ongoingly buy bitcoin with DCA irrespective the amount that he's using. The most important thing is that he should stay focused on achieving his bitcoin goal and build his bitcoin stash overtime.

It doesn't matter how many long it will take him to reach his goal, consistent and persistent will take him there. Profit shouldn't be what a brand new investor should focus on in the beginning of their bitcoin investment because that can discourage them from ongoingly buying bitcoin if there's a drastic dip and the price stays there for long. Thinking about profit can still make you sell part of your bitcoin investment when you're still in your accumulation stage just because you feel that you're already in profit which can later, turn you into a trader.

If a dip in the market is still making you to fear or panic when you already knows that volatility is part of the characteristics of Bitcoin, then it's very clear that such investor is not doing things right. And if you look closely, you will discover that he is investing away from his discretionary income or more than he can afford, because once you invest only what you can afford to do away with for a very long period of time, you are likely not going to panic, because you knows that even though the worst thing happens to your bitcoin investment, you will still be fine financially and emotionally.
I doubt that any investor that panic when there's a dip has invested with more than what he can afford to lose. A brand new bitcoin investor can panic during a dip because it's a norm since, he didn't expect it and he's new to the market but that doesn't mean that he will go and sell his bitcoin, he can still continue hodli and DCA regularly. The problem lies when you panic and sell, that's when you have invested with more than what you can afford to lose

~snip~
However, this is currently rare, as you say. I think everyone who has invested in Bitcoin, in every city, is certain and confident that Bitcoin is one of the most valuable assets for the future. Anyone who invests now will certainly have the same amount of assets in the next few years as we do now.

So, I don't disagree with what you say, but it's just like today, no one distrusts the activities of individuals who are currently busy making purchases using the DCA strategy with the goal of continuously increasing their assets for the future.
Saying that anyone who invests now will certainly have the same amount of assets in the next few years could be misleading, bitcoin is really unpredictable due to its high volatility and at such profit is not guaranteed because the price moves up and down and you don’t know what the price will be in the future. However, bitcoin have the potential of generating profit but let’s also not forget that it has a potential of making you lose your entire investment within a minute during a massive crash in the market.
Of course, as you said investing can still go against our wishes. It's still a mix of pros and cons. This is a valuable experience and lesson for our Bitcoin investment journey. We need to be better prepared, both financially and mentally to face the challenges of investing in Bitcoin.

Especially in recent months, when the market has been on the rise meaning the price has fallen from $60,000 to a lower figure. Whether we make a profit depends on the market's current situation. Whether it's declining or rising determines whether we can achieve our goals or not.
Ordinarily, if investors are approaching bitcoin investment with the right mindset then being emotionally or financially prepared to face the challenges of bitcoin investment is not supposed to be an issue for them. The right mindset I mean focusing on long term investment and only investing with a discretionary income after sorting out their basic needs. When an investor fails to invest according to his financial position then it will become an issue for him trying to force the investment instead of allowing it to naturally align according to his cash flows. There should be no pressure when investing In bitcoin, a long term DCA plan is there to help investors to deal with this and invest according to their financial capabilities. The only financial preparation an investor needs to do is to figure out a discretionary income to use and invest in bitcoin and HODL comfortably.

Not every investor's situation will be the same. Even if two people start buying Bitcoin at the same time, their results may be different. One of them may have a higher amount of discretionary income and may be able to buy more regularly considering his situation. Another may buy smaller amounts and occasionally due to limited income. If you look at their Bitcoin holdings over a long period of time, it will naturally be different.

Also, we should not forget that even if we are optimistic about the future of Bitcoin, future results are not guaranteed. Past performance can increase investor confidence, but it is probably not a good idea to base decisions based on past results.

Long-term Bitcoin investing just is about slow and steady. If you have a specific accumulation goal, don't let short-term price action dictate all your actions. DCA at least allows the investor to keep dollar-cost averaging rather than trying to call a top or bottom.

Furthermore, I believe that paying too much attention to profit at the initial stage puts excessive pressure on the position. A quick decline can scare off a new investor, forcing them to end their accumulation period; a quick profit can tempt investors to shift to shorter-term speculation.

Quote
I doubt that any investor that panic when there's a dip has invested with more than what he can afford to lose. A brand new bitcoin investor can panic during a dip because it's a norm since, he didn't expect it and he's new to the market but that doesn't mean that he will go and sell his bitcoin, he can still continue hodli and DCA regularly. The problem lies when you panic and sell, that's when you have invested with more than what you can afford to lose
Certainly a dip can shake a new Bitcoin investor up, especially when they first go through a real correction. Being afraid of seeing your investment value dip does not always mean they bought more than they can afford to lose – it can just mean they are still realizing how much Bitcoin can move around.

What really counts is how they handle that fear. If they hold on and stick to their DCA plan, that little amount of panic will not have time to turn into anything more. But selling in panic can turn a correction into a loss.

That's why new investors should understand volatility in Bitcoin before investing, and really be comfortable with the amount of money they're willing to leave in the market for the long term. Having a plan can make it easier to keep cool when the markets suddenly turn sour.

The reason you're talking like this, is because you know the history that's behind Bitcoin existence including how it perform for over 17yerar of it's existence, and it's ability to increase overtime, which you've seen happen countless times, what of those that do not have any slight knowledge of how volatility, price fluctuations works with regards to Bitcoin?

I'm not doubting you that Bitcoin hasn't proven that it is a great asset deserving of investment, but some weak minds are still confused on what to do, but that doesn't imply that they lack self confidence, just get it clearly that, even as we have known that there's high probability of Bitcoin investors benefiting by hodling Bitcoin for a long term, there are people who remain doubtful, and it is difficult for them to change such perspective, note, call it Bitcoin not coin, be specific let it not seem like you're generalizing it with undefined garbages.

I think I think you are  confused about the whole thing. An investor is more likely to panic if he invest using money meant for essential needs.   If you invest using only discretionary income you won't feel the same pressure or panic during price drop because you invest with the money you won't need for any basic need and can keep invested  for a very long time

The amount invested is not the main issue, the source and purpose of the money matter more. Even a small investment can cause panic if  the money use is needed for rent, food, bills, or emergencies. But money that is genuinely available for long term investment gives the investor more room to not panic during price dip.
The whole thing boiled down to the discretionary funds. However, this is the right funds to invest with since it's the left over after all necessary expenses has already been taking care of. We don't have to misplaced things hence risk having issues in future along our our investment journey.

Furthermore, you were right when you said that the amount invested isn't the main thing, but what matters is investing from the appropriate fund's which is the discretionary funds. Once this is done, you stand a better chance of surviving in that your investment.

It is not a bad thing to have some doubts about Bitcoin. Rather, it is natural to be a little cautious if you understand that there is risk in investment. Investors learn to understand the risk better with time and can create their financial setup in such a way that volatility does not force them to make wrong decisions easily. A newcomer does not need to have encyclopedic knowledge about Bitcoin before starting. If they understand that Bitcoin is volatile, that profits are not guaranteed, how much their discretionary income is and how much money they can lock in for many years, then they can start with that amount and continue learning along with investing. Initially, the weekly bio may seem uncomfortable to them. After a while, if their understanding of their cash flow, backup funds and Bitcoin volatility increases, they can increase the amount. Again, if the circumstances worsen, they can reduce the amount. Confidence should grow with understanding and financial strength, not just because the price of Bitcoin is increasing. And it is not necessary to give all discretionary income in the DCA amount to Bitcoin. Investments, savings backups and optional spending can all come from discretionary income. Bitcoin's potential can be believed, but it cannot be accepted as a guaranteed profit. We have to move forward with the ability to tolerate price volatility, and then we should not ignore the risk.

It is important to hold your Bitcoin investment consistently. If you are overconfident in Bitcoin and invest with money beyond your means, then it is not that you will make a lot of profit, but rather that your risk potential increases. Because first of all, you have to hold the investment for the long term, and for this, it is essential to invest such an amount of money that you can hold for the long term without any problem and especially be careful about the issue so that you do not have to sell your Bitcoin holding unexpectedly at any time of need, you have to invest with such money that long-term holding is ensured. Now, by ensuring these things, no matter how small the amount of money you invest is, it is not a problem, rather, it is more important to have the assurance of your long-term holding, and to ensure the assurance of holding, you must invest only through your discretionary income, and no matter how small it is, if this investment is continued over time, your portfolio will also grow in size over time.

An investor can be skeptical about any asset. And that is often part of responsible investing. Past performance of an asset does not guarantee future results. Bitcoin is also subject to large price fluctuations and uncertainty about its future value.

Learning about an asset over a long period of time, understanding the risks and limitations, can make an investor’s decisions more informed. Then, it is possible to base the decision on one’s own research and risk tolerance, rather than relying solely on emotions or the words of others. While Bitcoin may seem like a good asset, it should not be viewed as a surefire way to make a profit. Its future value cannot be predicted with certainty. More important than believing in Bitcoin is being able to make your own decisions. understanding the risks and staying within your own financial limits. Blind faith is not the basis for investing.

A brand new bitcoin investor can panic during a dip because it's a norm since, he didn't expect it and he's new to the market but that doesn't mean that he will go and sell his bitcoin
Yea i accept with you that panic isn’t always about when someone invested more than that can afford. It also comes when new investors start to experience some major Bitcoin dip for the first time they naturally feel uncomfortable.

what happens after that fear it what really matters more . If they can be able to still follow up their plan and still hold up with their normal expenses. This experience will enable them to understand volatility so better, but if because they need the money the dip allows them to forcefully sell then their financial preparation or investment amount needs to be reconsidered.

A beginner who invest only with discretionary income don't need to panic if he see his investment dip because heis investing with money  he can leave invested for a long time.

Even though  beginners invest only from their discretionary income yet there's every possiblity for beginners  to  panic when there's a little drop in the market, and I feel it's normal just as @ SIM card have said. Because they still need time to get used to the market, although I know it all depends on the beginner. Because there are some beginners that treat dip like experienced investors or someone who has been in the market for a very long time, but only few of them can do this. But  if you see a beginner who panic during the dip don't see it as something that is unusual but that's the stage then are but with time they will get to the point where they will no longer panic during the dip.

There is nothing wrong for a newbie to panic when there is a decline in price of Bitcoin, as long as they just panic and didn't attempt to sell there Bitcoin. With time they will get use to the market but still they should use their discretionary income to accumulate Bitcoin and also hodl for long time.

Any body investing for a long using their discretionary income don't need to have fear when there is a dip in price of Bitcoin because the funds they use in accumulating Bitcoin they are never in need of it and they still some years to stay in the market, the price won't be down for too long it will also increase, so at the time of dip an investor HODLing for long may still even accumulate more Bitcoin since the price are cheap because such opportunity may not come again.

...
What you really need to do is, as you said, buy any amount, because our goal in long-term investing is to accumulate a large amount of Bitcoin.

While price fluctuations shouldn't deter us from focusing on our primary goal in long-term investing, which is to buy and increase our holdings for the future. However, many obstacles, especially for beginners, present themselves, who focus more on price fluctuations and increases. When you consider their primary goal, they should simply buy and then store by increasing their holdings, maximizing their returns when their holdings exceed their desired amount.

Because with the level that Bitcoin has reach now none will have doubts that Bitcoin will fail to be among of the successful coins in future markets.

What is your own definition of success? You just said that Bitcoin is completely decentralised, and no one has control over Bitcoin, not the government not the banks, isn't that the meaning of success? Bitcoin doesn't need to prove anything anymore, it maintained what it's all about, how many Blockchain projects stays true decentralised? None.

If anyone innovation is doing something that others are finding hard to repeat or surpasses, it's a big success for Bitcoin, and it's why people want Bitcoin, it's why there will always be demand for Bitcoin, to cut this short, decentralisation of Bitcoin is what dragged me closer to the innovation.

The reality is that it's not every newbie that will know that they are supposed to be accumulating Bitcoin from their discretionary funds, remember that it's not everybody that truly understands financial management, and that is why they make a lot of financial mistakes. If a new Bitcoin investor understands how to make budget for their expenses before entering into holding Bitcoin they will understand that it falls into discretionary wants. As soon as a Bitcoin investor understands that what he need to start and continue to accumulate Bitcoin is his discretionary funds the better for him, if not he will continue to face the pressure of selling prematurely when basic needs must be attended to.
