But if they've seen you broke their rules, they're going to surely impose a ban to you if the offense is too big that would lead in banning. I also feel bad for the remaining amount that you can't withdraw but try to ask them nicely maybe there's some mercy they can show to you.

A gambling site with good reputation just ban an active gambler on stake without valid reason is a shady move and could result in bad reputation so I think stake wouldn't do that that can compromise their reputation that build up over time. ^ That is not multiple accounts that is the customer service which I think they have a lot of staff to answer those concerns and issues. I don't know what is the reason for joining the Facebook page group if they are itself will handle this case, it is poor customer support and they should explain this better to you whether it is negative or positive. What he probably means is the answer that he gets from the ban that he received. The customer supports are always telling him the same reason for having a multiple account.

I agree with @bitinity. Stake has given the reason and connected all of those accounts to the accuser and that's why he has received a ban. I'm sure that they won't do any harm to your account if you don't do anything wrong.

Stake has no alternative link as you mentioned, where did you get that link? Why did not you share with us here the conversation between you and the support as what is requested my many members here? If you feel that you are not doing something wrong, it should not be a big issue to share the conversation unless you are trying to hide something and you want to build up a story from your own perspective only. What group was that? and who moderate that group? because Stake.com does not even have a official Telegram group and here you are claiming that they have facebook group? common man i think this is a private group that has been managed by individual that is not totally connected in Stake.com that's why there are some issues like what you are saying.

Why did not you show us the answer from the customer service? Should we trust you by what you say only without looking at the explanation from the customer service? If you want others to support you or to help you or to trust what you say, you should reveal everything related to your issue unless your main idea is to spread hate because you get banned and want to build up a framing that Stake is a bad casino.

Lately, there have always been attacks without solid evidence aimed at casinos where the casino has a pretty good reputation on the forums. You probably broke some of their terms of service or something. Ask them to tell you what exactly did you do that made them ban your account. If it was from your own balance, then highly likely they will give you your deposit back minus any profit. If they don't then try to convince them. But if it's from their bonus or something, then I doubt they will give you anything. Bonus abuse on casinos are dealt with very strictly.

I have seen ban of several sites account and for maximum cases no sites provided their exact reason for banning the account. In maximum cases they say that the user as violated their terms/rules or they say that the account has been disabled for the safety/security of the account.

Well, you cannot argue that having multiple accounts is no benefit to the gamblers as he has to deposit in both accounts. You do not need to find the reason for creating multiple accounts and violating's their terms of services. If they have prohibited multiple accounts, they have the right to ban all of your accounts.

I can take the blocking and will reach out to customer support if it's a reputable casino and I consider Stake.com a reputable casino, but there are casinos that just blocked their players for no valid reason at all and it's been the complaints of many players I'm talking about 1XBIT they just blocked their players, give them a notification that they are cheating and that's the end of it.

Stake is always ready to address issues and correct them if necessary just let them know and give them time to investigate they will come out a fair decision.
