Stake.com suddenly banned my Account

this isn't the first time I've heard of a case like this some of my friends also experienced the same thing.

If that’s the case, and if you don’t mind, can you please share to us here what happened to your friend’s case? How did it end up for your friend?

There's nothing he can do his account is locked and can't be used anymore and he forgot it, maybe he realized his mistake 
from what I heard the account was created just to claim reload without actively making bets and suddenly the account makes a withdrawal of course casinos don't like this kind of activity.

I believe this is the case of OP as well though OP didn't share anything. Stake is one of the reputed casinos out there. They wouldn't ban an account for no reason. Regarding bonuses, I guess they have the best offers for their VIP players.
There are a lot of members who abuse the rain, they have a lot of accounts to get the free coins. When they get banned, they act like OP LOL

Yes, there is no reason to believe the OP unless he can give more proofs to support his claim. Lets give him a day to response back, else we can believe that he is doing this either because of any frustration or want to bring a bad name to casino (in which he can never succeed).

OP did not even submit proof of their conversation as asked here and now OP was pretending a victim to that casino. We know that there are too many benefits that we can get on Stake especially if you have a VIP account but abusing their bonuses and promos is not that good, they can always track those who abused their system. It can be moved to scam accusation once you have complete documents it is valid for your allegation.

The problem was exactly described by @BitcoinHunt3r. Everything indicates that OP has created an account to claim reload bonus. He tried to withdraw it, or maybe he even managed to withdraw it. The bonus is for users who are actively betting. It seems OP was not enough active in betting to deserve a withdraw of that bonus.

Have you any alt account which have been used to collect bonus? Or have you received any dollar from other user via transfer? If any of these yes, then there is a valid reason. But if not, then I do not think there is a valid reason. And if so, you should create a scam accusation with details of your proof of transaction history as well as chat history. And lock this thread.

Just have only one account, I am gambler not looking bonus yet, I received 3.2k doge coin after winning from betting sport, have give reason to chat support but they not believe when asking with my fund history they not brave.

So far your case is good because your account was banned after getting your bonus, and you say you only have one account, that is not right, but we also need the Stake.com part of the story to be fair so we can cast judgment if what they did was wrong or right if they told you that your account is committing fraud, they have a proof to back it up so I'm sure they will respond to this thread to end speculation why your account was ban.

Stake forum moderator should explain what happened in this case but it's possible they only temporary banned your account or they noticed you used same vpn like some other customer.
Even if account is banned coin withdrawal should be allowed, if it's not the case of some abuse, and your case is weak without posting clear proof and more screenshots.

What exactly happened? Did you message support? What exactly was your conversation with them?

I highly doubt that Stake would defraud you off of $400. Their brand reputation is much more significant than that.

Even if account is banned coin withdrawal should be allowed, if it's not the case of some abuse, and your case is weak without posting clear proof and more screenshots.

If You are not aware of you committing fraud then it's a bad allegation, but since Stake has trace fraud in your actions only they can show us the cause of why your account was banned, I just hope we don't read that to protect the user's credentials we can't post the reason coming from the casino, it's the one scam casinos like 1XBIT has been using to get away their with their scam.

My assumption is that this is about a suspicion of multi-account. Stake must have noticed certain activities that are considered triggers for a possible multi-account. It may or may not be true, though.

OP is strongly claiming that he/she has not received any bonus from Stake. Given that her/his account probably does not involve much, I guess it would be pretty easy to provide (1) proof for the deposit and then the (2) betting slips which show that he/she indeed made some wins.

A few screenshots would probably settle this. Of course, OP will have to prove his/her case to Stake's support.

Is your capital returned? Maybe your winnings are eliminated are still reasonable, but your capital should be returned. I was once considered cheating on this site (http://auredzeon.com/?affId=16038), but my capital was returned. Promotions on these forums are not all good sites.

Did you do something that is against their terms of service? If so, maybe that thing is the reason why you have been banned. If you know to yourself that you have bypassed their conditions, then you shouldn't be crying here because you'll just waste your time and effort. Even if there is only a thing that you did wrong and clearly it is stated in their policies that you will suffer repercussions, then you should have prepared for the worst. The things that I am referring to are abusing bonuses, multiple accounts, usage of VPN, using scripts and the likes that basically has the common ground of cheating on the casino.

Now, if you know to yourself that you didn't do anything wrong at all and you are a good player that follows the terms of service, then that's the time that you should take an action to secure your funds. You can post on the scams and accusations board to address your concern and to spread awareness as well.  Post every detail of what happened and attach your pieces of evidence on your posts such as your screenshot of a conversation with their representatives and history/record of your account activities. After doing your part, wait for their resolution. If you won't receive any in the following days, escalate your issue to have necessary measures be done by the higher-ups or authorities.

For now, it's still a vague story since we don't know yet what was the reason why all of a sudden a reputable casino suddenly ban his account. But as for the reason of Op it was something that he didn't do and we can't just judge already if we still don't know the story on the other side. So, a screenshot of their conversation between him and the support would make this thing clear.

I won't expect something that would make Op feel relieved but we still want the truth though no matter what the decision because it will serve as a lesson to the future gamblers on that casino.

Indeed, story of both sides and proofs are crucial here. I just hope that the other concerned party, the casino, would also give their response here. This is something that is worth sharing because this will surely serve a lesson not just for OP but for all of us, especially if the casino would input their side here.

That could possibly be the case of OP as well, only he did mentioned that he is an active user at stake.com. I just hope that OP could really attach here the official message or notice sent to him, so we could help him out figure out what really happened in his case, based on the received notification.

OP you need to come here in this thread post a screenshot of the conversation you had from the support and also if possible post an email where the support tells you the reason they banned your account, without proof it will be very difficult to believe your story, what you posted is not enough, so run and show more proof

Have you contacted them through email? Stake.com is one of the reputable and safe website I've played with and I don't think they will just ban you without any valid reason. If you have been accused wrongfully I think you should explain it to them how come that you are abusing their promotion or bonus? and I think they should have an explanation here in the forum too.

So far still no evidence from the OP.It is easy to post a few screenshots of the communication between the OP and Stake help desk so we can see the reason for such ban of the OP account.I believe that Stake is a huge casino which by the way is giving the highest Christmas bonus so they don't care about a mere 2300 DOGE balance if the OP has not done anything wrong.I believe there is suspicion about braking any of the rules of the T&C at the Stake website.Of course since no proof is provided until now we have to wait and listen to both sides of the story.

You have to post more evidence like the reply of the support if you have contacted them and you receive a reply.

I think a reputed gambling site like stake would not scam gamblers, you just have to contact them regarding that and follow the instructions to recover your money, as long as you don't cheat or broke the TOS, you can get your money back, last option is to make a scam accusation against the site, and let's see on how they'll respond.
