Can you show screenshots of the conversation between you and their support agent to verify your claims? The exact reason why your account got banned (their explanation) should be visible. That would help to see if there is enough there to open a scam accusation. On the other hand, if you did use multiple accounts, abused bonuses, or did something else shady, you are just wasting your own time here.

Exactly, OP may have involved himself in some shaddy act which may be the reason for his being banned, nonetheless like you said, he should first request for an evidence so it'll help us give appropriate advice that's if the fault isn't from his end.

This has become a regular occurrence with some gambling sites no matter how reputable they are, I don't know why users always get banned when the is big winning.
We need to have some level of enforcement and fairness in the rules and conditions on casinos, I will advise you to create an accusation thread with all the details.

^ Sometimes without knowing that we are violating the TOS and think that we are a victim but in fact, we are just violating the TOS. I know stake.com because I have been gambling there and I know that they have an announcement thread here. They are just very strict on their rules and rules must be a rule no matter what. As per previous replies above it seems you are using VPN which is they have on their TOS, probably that is a bannable offense that you should know from the start and avoid this problem. This is what I always said from my fellow gamblers, upon picking a gambling casino platform make sure that you have carefully read the TOS.

If it was from your own balance, then highly likely they will give you your deposit back minus any profit. If they don't then try to convince them. Stake has no alternative link as you mentioned, where did you get that link? Why did not you share with us here the conversation between you and the support as what is requested my many members here? If you feel that you are not doing something wrong, it should not be a big issue to share the conversation unless you are trying to hide something and you want to build up a story from your own perspective only. One more thing, Stake is one of the most reputable site in the industry so they will not risk their reputation for few thousands doge.

you should request for evidence that shows the fraud you where involved in, it could be a fair ban of an offence you conminted but can't remember. Stake.com is a very reputable site even though none can be 💯 perfect, stake isn't like other sites that'll just ban you without genuine reasons.

Can you, please, provide me with those other sites banning without genuine reasons? I have had experience with many casinos both fiat and crypto and I have never had such cases to be banned for nothing (to be honest, I was never banned cause I never broke the rules of a casino). When there is an issue like this, reputable casino like Stake will always prove what they accuse to the players.
Most of the time, players will complain and ask about the ban then the casino will provide the reason through email or live support.
In this case, OP said that he is accused to do bonus fraud but he did not mention it with more detail.
I'm sure he get the information from Stake with more details and I doubt Stake ban account without valid reason and evidences.

I believe that they've always given answers to those complainants but it's that sometimes, the complainants are at fault and they don't want to admit what they did was wrong and against the rules of the casino that they're playing with. Stake is a reputable casino and they won't just ban an account without any valid reason. You take it from them that they won't give you a problem, if you don't violate their rules and give them a problem. I think that's the easiest logic to understand about what happened.

This is the problem in most gambling casinos, since they are here they should do an explanation about this. Explain to the public about this case so that those mistakes will serves as a warning here in the community and so that we can avoid those mistakes. If stake going to do that, there's no purpose for their support anymore. Anyone who's having a problem with their casino is free to contact them. They don't have to reply each thread that's made by anyone in the forum, they have their own thread and as well as support that can easily be used to contact. Well, the campaigns and other marketing stuff, it's out of the experience of their users and it has nothing to do with customer experience IMO.

Is that because of VPN? I think VPN is always welcome to use on Stake as long as the region or country is one of the accepted countries on the Stake's terms.

Yup, supposedly by this time there should be at least a definite explanation as to why this happened to the account of OP. It is substantial that there would be a comprehensive conversation between two parties so that they could understand both stands. Yes I'm not in Stake's facebook group, is that even official group or just a group created by player? Afaik stake has official facebook page only, not a group. I know you are angry with the situation but saying there are thousand account banned every day is just BS imo. If it is real, Stake should have lost all the players by now. Once a user is accused to have multiple accounts or abusing bonus, there must be at least valid evidence from Stake side. At least they told you which accounts are connected to you and how the accounts do the abuse. If you did not do what they accuse to you, simply create a scam accusation thread, provide all your proofs and Stake may come with their proofs.
