Stake.com suddenly banned my Account

OP is an old forum member created an account since 2013 but he still hasn't post in the stake.com thread and also hasn't thread in the scam section and hasn't posted any relevant proof in this thread either, this is very strange, let's wait for see what he says

He should have done various ways to get his rights back, but after creating this thread the OP seems to be no longer doing anything in fighting for what he said, the stake.com thread could actually be a bridge for him to solve the problem now, but it seems he doesn't doing so includes trying to get the attention of stake.com by bringing the matter to the current fraud department including by attaching solid evidence from the OP.
To be honest, I've never gambled on stake.com, but as far as I know stake.com is one of the gambling sites that has many active members and is one of the most trusted gambling sites that has good enough service, so I'm a little doubtful if Stake.com blocks it user account without strong reason.

I am an active using STAKE.COM site and using sport betting as gambling way, last week my account suddenly banned after success winning sport betting and now I have 2.3k doge in my wallet but my account have been banned. I try to chat support online but their reason my account banned because fraud with bonus, I never joining any bonus program and only active with gambling on sport side, how come 2,3k doge coin received from bonus, here my fund and my account still banned until right now

Have you any alt account which have been used to collect bonus? Or have you received any dollar from other user via transfer? If any of these yes, then there is a valid reason. But if not, then I do not think there is a valid reason. And if so, you should create a scam accusation with details of your proof of transaction history as well as chat history. And lock this thread.

Just have only one account, I am gambler not looking bonus yet, I received 3.2k doge coin after winning from betting sport, have give reason to chat support but they not believe when asking with my fund history they not brave.

Another possibility is that if you are using a VPN or a proxy and another user abused a bonus promotion this could make it seem as if you were part of that abuse even if that was not the case.

However even if that was the case your account could still be banned as the majority of the casinos do not allow people to use a VPN as this masks their location and many casinos have some restrictions about the countries from which you are allowed to gamble, and as such they do not see with good eyes something like this.

Sorry I haven't read all the replies but I would like to share my insight on this topic.

Stake usually bans sports players and their accounts (you are not allowed to withdraw warning) when the player is believed to have cheated in some way. Like you took advantage of late odds or wrong markets offered and cashed out.

Apart from that they ban players when there is a massive win and judging by your balance 2k doges shouldn't be a huge deal for them. Do you by chance any limits on your other stake accounts and created a new one? That's another reason they may have banned your account.

If this is the case, maybe he is just trying to ruin the reputation of stake or maybe he is not that active here in the forum yet active on gambling activities. Anyway, stake is one of the best gambling site today, so for me this is an isolated case and maybe OP did really violate the ToS, we don’t know the whole story and OP should contact the support to solve this problem and share it to us so we can know who’s telling the truth here.

Yes, it is strange that there is no proof of that and I think it has not been posted on the scam section as it is not been scammed. But OP should provide enough information if OP think the account has been banned for no valid reason.

If the use of VPN in Stake is breaking the rules, I should have been banned long time ago. In fact mu account is still fine and I also know many other users in Stake who use VPN.

All you need to do is to read their terms of service and check if they is a rule you boycotted because they are lots of rules attached to gambling sites like stake that may not be noticed if a player doesn't read carefully their TOS.

And sometimes gambling platforms will do this when their system detects a suspicion about the account.
If you feel right and don't commit fraud against bonuses, try giving some evidence to CS, especially regarding the winning rewards from sports betting.
And you can also include screenshots of the data proof or winning history.
If your evidence is strong, usually CS will apologize and the team will recheck, and if there is a system error, don't worry, the account will usually be recoverable. But again it must be with strong evidence.

The screenshot is just showing his remaining balance and the other screenshot is showing his deposit history. Is it enough for you to consider the allegation is valid or not? Since you say it is not good for Stake, do you think the screenshots provided by this user is enough to say that his allegation is valid and Stake is the on who did a mistake in this case? I'm pretty any ban in any casino come with specific reason, player usually get the reason of the ban from the admin/support by private chat/email. This one what is need to be shown by this user, we need to know what is the exact reason of the ban.

I do not think that the system is an error because the Stake's team will know if that thing will happen and try to fix it ASAP. As one of the reputable gambling sites that have operated since a long time ago, Stake does not easily ban someone if they do not see a suspicious thing on the account or their member's activity. So it could be many things already happened to @OP but hopefully, Stake will check this issue and solve it right away so @OP can get his coins and withdraw the money.

Stake.com have been in business for many years now and they will not just banned an account without concrete proof.
though this maybe a case of wrong account yet surely they will give a good answer on this, ask them to send proof and you'll get it.

and also Looking at your Trust Page? i am in doubt that they have mistakenly banned you because you are a cheater even in contest so what more in gambling?

Maybe they do not feel like they need to respond, after all if you take a look at the last posts of the OP he presented some evidence but since I have never played at stake I am not so sure how to interpret it.

So since the evidence is probably weak and this accusation has not been made on the scam accusation section of the forum with the right format maybe the admins of stake are not even aware of it, besides the OP has not log in his account to let us know if some communication has been taking place and tell us if his issue has been resolved.

You are right that there is a screenshot and on that screenshot we can see a balance but we cant see anything else which might be needed to know the reality.Anyone may arise a question/scam accusation but there should have enough evidence to proof which is scam or not.

1 more thing, Eddie in the stream always says that stake would never seize or block money, the only thing they would do is  put the account in "withdraw only mode".
I mean we all know thats a lie, I had a block happen to me as well when withdrawing I got the message "you are not allowed to do that" and suspecting me of multi account for whatever reason. I got it resolved but still, another false info from a stake representative.

We don't know if you're telling the truth though, you can ask them to provide evidence that you are abusing the system and that you really are telling the truth because Stake is pretty reputable website although not one that's perfect, it's unlikely that they're going to blunder at a time like this.

You are the first one who started the discussion that your account is banned because Stake suspected you to do bonus fraud, so what is wrong with other people who follow and discuss the thing you start? In general, bonus abuse has nothing to do with the level of your account. There are even many cases where abuse is done by non ranked members. If you ask did I ever playing there, I'll answer it YES absolutely and I have higher rank than you but it has nothing to do with the discussion. By the way, why do you ignore the request by many members here to show your conversation with the live support?

you should request for evidence that shows the fraud you where involved in, it could be a fair ban of an offence you conminted but can't remember. Stake.com is a very reputable site even though none can be 💯 perfect, stake isn't like other sites that'll just ban you without genuine reasons.
