In all this case i always wants to support the person and not the casino, but... the more time i spend here the more i cant back some people.

Since our risk team has unlocked cryptostuneris acc, we disabled his access for playing slots games since we are still waiting for the risk report.

We processed 2k withdrawal for him. He sent another 8k withdrawal which is now pending.

He since started to play the dice game and once won. But he lost 70k of his profit now and only got the 8k profit pending withdrawal.

I have not followed all the drama in this topic, but you are saying some serious allegations so please post some new screenshots here that back up your story. What I understood is that you had a huge withdrawal and that Owl.games needed some time to verify everything (which is normal) and that they already processed one of your withdrawals.

But the hard job for the user is how will he know those spam comments the team is referring to.

Instead of only  blocking OP's withdrawal request until Bgaming provider checks betting activities of the user , not only did you go go against your terms to ask for unnecessary KYC but you also decided from the start to criminalize OP even before investigations were done .  The outcome of OP betting all his balance is the best situation for you at this moment .
