each student pays on average $£10k+ a year and a class is like 30+students strong, some 100 per class. meaning the professors are paid many hundreds of thousands.. by which the quality and depth of detail of those classes should reflect over $300k of professors teaching.

I do not think this happens in every part of the world. In my college, I saw how teachers care about their students by helping not only in education by financially. It feels weird by seeing the word financially but I am referring to their ability to arrange extra tuition classes for their poor students who do not need to pay. I know it's very expensive to bear the educational cost in western countries but the difference showed up in their skills and research.

I do not think this happens in every part of the world. In my college, I saw how teachers care about their students by helping not only in education by financially. The cost of getting quality education is not only expensive in western countries but also in developing world where it is not easy to bear sky high tuition fees of   universities  for a middle class family but despite all this they somehow  manage it as  they understand the importance of education for the future of their children . The teaching is a  well paid profession and most of them really work hard to provide quality education to their students with few exceptions and their role of building nation deserves high respect from society.

Teacher's are pathways bto success, you don't go through them then you haven't done shit.
All this though will be much appreciated if what they teach in schools can be move to the normal phase of life and in the society.

Every thing you learn in the school mostly from elementary to university level is same thing and i believe that what ever we learn in the classroom is what we are using to face live today, from the beginning teachers will teach you how to communicate and how to put it into writing with different languages or communication and also show you what is good and what is bad. Teachers impart knowledge, not only academic knowledge but moral knowledge. Well I won't dispute the fact that they deserved to be paid more. The truth is no amount of money can actually pay the price of what a teacher does. Like some people will say 'Teacher rewards are in heaven'. When you check well in debate were they option (1) Teacher (2) lawyer (3) Doctor. For debate, you see people picking Doctors as people who help the society to survive without considering Teachers as the beginner of the any other related education qualifications. Besides when you look at the mega functions of teachers you know that they are suppose to be highest earning people in government field but government don't recognize them instead they value lawyer that helps their political carrier and doctors that serve life

Actually, there isn't much we can do about it. Govt should provide more support for building the education system. Education is called the backbone of a nation and only educated people can build a nation. So If I were the leader of my country then 20% of the total budget would be only for education and there will be a law that every child has to go to school which will totally be free. If a country gives education the first priority and uses its full strength about it for at least 20 years then it could be a place for knowledge and bright minds.

Nowadays the type of teachers we have are quark teachers who are good in teaching nonsense. If government can be assessing teachers performance it will sanitize the educational system not to keep unqualified who are impacting .

Anyone who impacts knowledge directly or indirectly is a teacher. Whatever we become in life is the work of someone who devoted his or her time in training us. Most times people argue that this profession is not worth that way it is being rated as the most important job, but all the same the way we treat our teachers depicts how much we appreciate their efforts. I see teaching as a talent, its not everyone who has this skill and the people we see as bad teachers are probably in this field because they just have to earn a living not because they have the passion for it. If you are privileged to meet with the ones that have helped you in ascending the ladder of success, don't hesitate to treat them very well. We learn what to do from our good teachers and what not to do from the ones we see as bad teachers.

Yes Teachers are nation builders but state governments do not recorganise that fact. In fact, for the best of my knowledge, teachers wages are the smallest in my region. Without tearchers, I do not think without teachers, tecnhology, art and science would been discovered. Teachers are researchers, Observants, and innovative. But the question I asked is that, why the rewards of the politicians are on the earth? Instead of heaven. Although, politicians have their reward (doom) in heaven as well. One thing that I don't like about the educational system of some developing countries is the way they take education with all levity hands, if we are to recall on the past events of the olden days, the so called leaders of today all benefited from free education while now there's no much plan in place to provide a free education to our present generation, so many parents finds it difficult to afford sending their wards to school because of the high cost for education especially in the developing countries.
