This is in progress at the moment. We will inform here in the forum when its launched.

BTW, I can see that Livecasino has added coins selection option in their games. Now we can select our preferred coin mode before opening a game. Currently there are 5 options available (mBTC, uBTC, EUR, JPY, USDT). So, what about this plan which was in progress?

How will USDT, as base currency in the platform, work?

I confirm that I have received the Free Bet. But, This is the first time I am having trouble with Livecasino.

I played Crazy time Game with the free bet of 1mBTC, and I won 1.02mBTC from the game. After finishing my rounds, I clicked back to lobby and realized that my winning was not added to my Livecasino balance. I knocked on the support and explained everything. The support asked me to try different browsers/log out-Log in/Clear browsers etc. I have done all the basic troubleshooting, but the amount was not added to the balance. I knocked the support again, and they have forfeited my Previous winnings and added another new 1mBTC Free bet Which I never asked to do. I told them that I was happy with my previous winnings because no one knew if I would win again or not. But, Surprisingly Support agent said "But you just played that free bet again" which I didn't.

The amount doesn't matter here. The amount is not so significant. But, Everyone loves freebies, and so do I.

I am attaching some screenshots to understand what is happening with me. I had a great experience with Livecasino before. It will be appreciated if you look into this.

It's odd that they can't track your balance history despite there's a record that you win on crazy time as your screen suggested. Well, Good point. But, For your information- I didn't place a single bet after finishing my free rounds. If you have played there, You may know that after finishing your free rounds, A new window pops up and say you have Won xx Amount from the free rounds. There were two options, One of them was Back to Lobby. As I have mentioned before, I have clicked on the Back to the lobby and realized that my winnings are not credited to my balance. Still, I am sharing my Crazy Time Bet history here. The 1mBTC bet was the accumulated bet amount of this session and the Win/loss is the accumulated Win/loss of the session.

I can confirm that the withdrawals are instant, worst case scenario you'd wait for a minute or two but from my experience, the withdrawal requests are usually approved and sent out within seconds.

If you can't claim the prize you can always ask for a different prize from their support. I've been doing it since the start as most of the live casino games are restricted on my end but good thing that their supports are usually nice and quick when exchanging my free chips to free spins.

Hi, Livecasino Team. yesterday I got a bonus from you. So I was trying to farm my wager and get some Loyalty points. After Wagered over $400, I realized that my Loyalty points remained the same. I played Dice game by Spribe. Somehow I also visited Bitcasino and tried the same game. Then I noticed there was a note over the game header that "This game is excluded from the Loyalty Club". So, I guess the same thing will be applied on Livecasino too. If so, You may want to add a note on those Games header which one is excluded from the Loyalty Club. But, If this is not the case, I would like to get some loyalty points

In addition to Flavio answer about the loyalty points. I noticed that they have minimum points accumulation  requirements per month which if you reach it, Your previous points will be safe from expiration. I don't know if they remove this feature but I’m sure about this since I just recently play again to participate on there promo and my previous loyalty points still there by the time I browse on the casino unlike. I preferred too sports betting but I doubt that they will implement it since they are focus on live games.
