Money alone attracts power, in other words, money is a source of power. According to Karl Marx, that those who control the economic aspect of the society also has a great influence on  politicals decisions in the society, and by political decisions he's talking about political power.
So if am to choose am choosing money over power any day anytime.

Karl Marx's ideals were adopted by Russia more than almost any other country. Do you think that the reason why the US and Nato are provoking Russia is that Marx was right?

They're provoking Russia for the same reason they provoked Iraq, Libya etc: vast natural resources/energy reserves.

They're provoking Russia for the same reason they provoked Iraq, Libya etc: vast natural resources/energy reserves.

Okay, so my direction was wrong. But the point is that maybe Marx was right. After all, you don't try to steal the raw materials of another nation except to get money out of it somehow.

power brings respect and money also brings respect and not that separate money from power and if you ask me to choose i will choose no one because two of them is same thing and except you are talking of local power that come without money but political power or government power comes with money but apart from that power of local money is stronger than that local power

I am speaking according to the current position of my country. Power or money...

Power: In the past, the zamindars held a position of great power.  But they could not retain power as the rule was that the king's son would be the king.  If they came in this way, today they would be standing in the main court of the country.  But today they are extinct due to lack of money.  So here I think power is not always useful.

Money: As you can see for yourself, money plays a very important role in today's capitalist and globalist system.  If you can't turn the power you have into money, your biggest challenge will be retaining power.  Because nowadays, if there is no money, there are no people around.  Our current situation is that the person who has the most money is in politics or asserts himself as a leader.  And the government of the country also supports him only to have money.  It is a fact that in the current scenario, if you have money, you can get government jobs, but if you have power, it is not possible.  So I think money is more powerful in real life.

Finally I want to say that even if I have the power, not everything can be done in the present time.  But with money comes power.  I think money is the biggest power in our real life.

Power and money are intertwined necessity.
To an extent I would say they are a two sided coin.
Without money your powers are powerless, and without power you won't operate smoothly.
So I go for power.
I can get money if I use my powers well.
Some people have money but don't know how powerful they are because they are not using it to influence the society in helping ways.
Meanwhile some have power but they don't know they can as well generate money through their powers and be wealthy enough to be more influential.

This is a critical question that needs brainstorming. In some cases power can bring money but it is not for all time but whenever you have money (enough), power is always follow up. Money brings power always and power can't bring money always therefore I will go for the money which can be used to bring power whenever I like. That is why in the social sciences there is economic power, physical power and Political power and all these powers economic power control the rest. Like those who have enough money in the state control the state. But these two concepts are interswitched in their uses.

I saw people that have authority but were still not that rich and saw people that are filthy rich and that gives them power. The choice differs based on the situation that one will face.
When you've got some need for the money then what's the essence of choosing to have the power? I mean those literal choices and situations that we might get in, we'll really have no doubt by answering to just take the money and give the power if that's what others want.

I will go for power because that's the major targets for making influence in life, you may need money along the line to achieve this, but we've got many rich men who don't have power to command or make things happen, their voices were not being heard because they have been silenced by those in power, but to make it more complementing, one needs the two to enjoy making an influence as desired to a reasonable extent, when we get them, we must remember never to use them against other innocent citizens.

In terms of energy, I would give the highest priority to money.  Because you can solve the problem with money where power will not work. I would like to highlight the information in my country and perspective, bribery and illegal transactions are taking place almost everywhere in my country. Especially in the case of drugs, the most transactions are made and in that case there is danger from place to place but the power does not work. So there is definitely a need for money and people need a lot of money even when they are in power in terms of elections. So I definitely prefer money over compassion.

Both power and money are inseparable terms and they both go hand in hand, and that is why there is politics of power struggle.

-But in theoretical terms power is more influential than money, because with power one can command and influence the action of others, but the same thing can't be said with money, because with your money you don't have any right to command anyone and you most activities within the law without the power of enforcement.

myself I preferred power that money because I know that when I have power there will be money involved to you I'll have money more respect and control multitude why you can have money but you don't have respect and it depends on the camera or person or the calibre you are in the society many people do have money but not respect but I have respect or power there's no more money so it depends the way you place your life and you behave in the society

I would go with money. The ultimate goal of power is also money. So if you have money, you already have what you would or could have achieved with power. So, what i want is alot of money, beautiful girls, health to play with them, love and alot of property.

Power dictates how money is distributed and who own the money.
