After collecting six points today nothing has changed for me and I'm still at the last position in the leaderboard.  

Croatia - Denmark was the only match I predicted the exact result of. It could have been the same for Belgium and France matches as well if they both scored one more goal. And it looks like I overestimated Poland for this match. I thought that they would make difficulties for Netherlands again. As you remember they started their previous head-to-head by getting 2-0 ahead. I tried a draw for this match as a result but Poland couldn't even score one goal. Netherlands didn't let them have many chances throughout the match.

Damn Ulven, not bad. All my picks went to purgatory and I did miss out with Austria (not a bad scoreline really and still value can't deny) but surprisingly, ended up well in the positive with all my bets on Sportsbet placed during or right after the Fantasy chat Trofo had. 1 out of 2 upsets is really not bad.

To top it off, my 5-leg acca had 3 legs all hit (Netherlands, Andorra, France -1) so I already am comfortably set up tomorrow. How nice for me...

But Trofo will be the happiest!

I went with all the favorites which was slightly easy to do yesterday because all favorites had odds below 2 (when I was making the picks) but today will be a bit more difficult like with Italy-England game, England is 2.8 and Italy is 2.5 but I believe that the home advantage is the one making it problematic.

I am generally happy how this first day went, all 4 games went as expected for me and i had some nice bets. My main one Croatia both to score passed thanks to Eriksen, never was happier when my team conceded   Even better that we scored another just a minute later.

I am generally happy how this first day went, all 4 games went as expected for me and i had some nice bets. My main one Croatia both to score passed thanks to Eriksen, never was happier when my team conceded   Even better that we scored another just a minute later.

For today I have got for a draw between England and Italy but maybe to change it to don't know what,for Germany I think they will win tonight and they will not get another humiliating draw with Hungary.

Haha, thanks, yeah the specials are back to what they used to be... a couple of years ago? I don't seem to see them in notifications any longer, but if you check out the Specials (almost a bookmark for me now) they have a new one every few hours, starting from afternoon GMT.

I did spring it in Clubtalk chat too so if you're there, the regulars do alert us to specials every now and then.

Re Azerbaijan, I mentioned a couple of times before in Nations League that I've been backing Central Asian + Caucasus teams quite a bit when paired up with East European teams -- obviously there must be a lot of betting action with the actual European teams, but Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, they've been performing in Nations League. Don't take them when odds are bad, but away especially, it's not like Slovakia is super reliable either (lost twice to... guess it, Kazakhstan!).

I take same approach in Europa and Conference now UEFA membership is really expanding! This will be super value for several more years.

interesting tactics, did not thought it through, but it does look compeling
central Asian states that are now playing in European competition are a bit undervalued by bookies, and underestimated by general population

when Serbia loses to Azerbeijan, it is looked as catastrophe on that, and when we lose to Slovakia, it is ok, they play football as well
and Azerbeijan took some solid players in their squad, Kazakhstan as well, not sure about Georgia dough

Germany have really been a huge disappointment for me too so far. I have no problem with their conceding a goal actually because my pick was 3-1 Germany win in the pool. However the biggest problem now is that Germany can't even score one goal after leaving one hour behind in the game. 

They have increased their dominance even more in the second half but Hungary are still resisting them very well. Actually Werner made me happy for a short time but it turned out that the goal was disallowed due to offside. Considering the current situation of the standings in the pool, it might be better for this game to end like this for me. Because it doesn't seem like Germany can score three goals in a row in the remaining time period. Italy - England also isn't going on in favour of me as I picked 2-1 England win.

That should be enough for you to go in the winning spots and congrats for such choice,everyone,the bookies were thinking of a narrow England win or a draw,I did got for a 1-1 draw and in the 96 minutes England had a huge chance but they just hit the ball over the bar.For Germany I can bet my house that they will not qualify further than the group stage in the World Cup,I saw the second half very carefully,only few occasions were created to score goals and German team looked a lot like a tired team,I don't know why Muller still continues to play for Germany while in today game he was nonexistent.

Fuck sake! I wish Hungary would seal that top spot by all means, I mean they've freaking deserve it! And to think of what the average England squad value is estimated to be worth, with Kane, Sancho, Sterling and Foden and all the likes of folks they've got in the midfield, they could only score 1 goal from those 5 matches so far, and conceded 7 goals down that stretch, I don't even know what to make of this going into the world cup, I get that would be a different ball game, but then aren't these games what we first get to judge them by ?

That might be way the go, but England are paired against Iran, Wales and USA, the odds for them not to make the knockout stages should be nothing less 10 odds, if not way more than that.
