I am picking JP to win

I can't pick a winner. Nobody really knows much about this guy other than his family name/ties. It could be Jake's most challenging fight yet, or maybe his easiest if he already knows he's not up to much since he's sparred him already. That's the only thing I don't like about this fight as they both will know the others limits and weaknesses/strengths etc. I don't know why but I'm really hoping Jake remains undefeated as I'd like to see how far he can go and who he will fight next. Same, I have seen Rahman Jr. fight he has weaknesses and awkwardness, if Paul can land a clean punch he can knock this guy out, its a big challenge for Paul and a big step up too, this is the first time that he's fighting a real boxer, he may be not a top-level fighter but he is a legit boxer.
I have a feeling that this is a cherry-picked fight for Jake Paul but that's what he is good at.

He needs to pick his opponents carefully. He can't exactly fight a current respected pro at this stage because he'll just get embarrassed so he's being wise and choosing pro boxers with big names rather than skill. Whilst this Hasim guy doesn't seem to have fought anyone of note and I've never seen him fight he doesn't seem to be an easy fight for Jake. With that being said, they've already sparred together so I'm sure Jake wouldn't take this if he didn't think he can easily win... or not lose. With it being so last-minute he wouldn't have had many other options so at least fighting a 'proper' boxer is better than some washed up UFC fighter or some other nobody. Jake will be taking the lions share as he's the main draw here. Don't forget about Amanda Serrano though as I'm sure she will be taking a big chunk too. As for Rahman I'd say he's probably getting 100k minimum, at max maybe a few multiples of that. There's likely a win bonus as well. He's basically just the step-in/reserve fighter for this fight but looks like he's trying to wrangle some more money out of Jake. Can't blame him as he knows Jake would be in a shit situation without him as it would be too late to find someone else unless Tommy can magically get his Visa sorted, but maybe that whole situation was just an excuse anyway. I saw #FreeNateDiaz trending on twitter the other night.  It does seem like a pretty messed up situation for him.  Dana won't get him a fight and also won't let him get his own fight outside of the UFC.  I understand that Dana is a businessman, but I think it's gotten to the point where instead of growing the UFC company with his business skills, he's allowing other sports like boxing to begin getting back their market share.  Surely the UFC is making enough money to where they could double fighter pay without hurting the bottom line.  In this case, all he needs to do is let Nate walk away from his contract.  Seems like the right thing to do, but I'm sure Dana wants a cut to make it happen.

Yup, Nate Diaz is already 13 months inactive and he even lost his last fight against Leon Edwards through a decision. Dana White is still going to get money out of everyone under him and the money he'll get in this fight will not make him rich either but the said money won't suffice if the image of his protected company will be dragged into the mud because the chances of Nate losing here is pretty much high. I also notice it, Hasim Rahman Jr seems just fighting with a nonpro boxer, and it seems like he has the moves but it's's kind of slow for me, well, this is just my opinion but the way Hasim Rahman Jr box it seems Jake Paul is the one that is professional, all opponent of Hasim Rahman Jr is not a legit boxer, kind of? but they move like amateurs getting into Rahman's range and didn't move like a real boxer, but for me, Jake Paul has the advantage here, he got the speed, and power while Hasim Rahman Jr had the strength he doesn't have the speed to reign punches to Jake Paul,

His latest stunt of pretending to be in the hospital with a broken back from carrying the promotion from this fight seemed a little juvenile.  He's fallen quite a bit from the "got your hat" promo that made him a legend heel.  This latest act is just plain dumb.  I feel like they're running out of ideas and probably so rich now that their effort is falling off.  Maybe he's just a little too close to his WWE brother, but this latest skit seemed like something straight out of the WWF in the 80s.  I hope he's less corny going forward.  His old antics were awesome.

Jake is literally the best person you could have for publicity. The Paul brothers are just absolute gold mines in that department. I haven't seen anyone else do it better. Plus, Jake knows how to push people's buttons. He has basically built his career off being the "problem child" as he calls himself.

I actually don't think he is as much of an idiot, as he's portrayed. I actually think the more I've seen of him, the more calculated his videos, messages, and basically everything is. I imagine at the start of his career, and bad publicity he was just a normal kid bending some rules, but he has simply embraced that sort of reputation, and has literally built a boxing career off of it. Plus, I actually think he's going to win in this next fight, and I was part of the gang that would just like to see him get beat, so he can stop embarrassing the sport. However, I'm not sure if he's an embarrassment any more, he has done more for boxing than a lot of professional boxers.

The odds are fairly close, not massive odds either way.

Just like you, I am part of the gang who wants Jake Paul or Logan Paul to get beaten up by their retired professional opponents, to actually enjoy while watching them winning it, now in the fight with Hasim Rahman Jr., I am rooting for Jake Paul now, I don't know about the sudden change of heart but upon further review on Jake Paul's boxing, he is doing fine with his skill and technique he is a natural born fighter that is for sure, but for me, Jake Paul is and not Logan Paul, if there will be a fight between this two brothers I will be rooting for Jake Paul,

His latest stunt of pretending to be in the hospital with a broken back from carrying the promotion from this fight seemed a little juvenile.  He's fallen quite a bit from the "got your hat" promo that made him a legend heel.  This latest act is just plain dumb.  I feel like they're running out of ideas and probably so rich now that their effort is falling off.  Maybe he's just a little too close to his WWE brother, but this latest skit seemed like something straight out of the WWF in the 80s.  I hope he's less corny going forward.  His old antics were awesome.

If both promotions will settle an agreement then this fight will surely go as it is, but for me, it is still on the horizon and pretty much Nate Diaz will surely need to make the decision for himself, but for me, a Nate Diaz fight will be great because of Nate's lot of supporters but for this fight to progress Nate Diaz will need to be in good shape first, but yeah Dana White is feeding Nate Diaz to Khamzat Chimaev, in hopes for Diaz to retire, so he can make his way to fight Jake Paul but for me, it is still in the Horizon and I think Jake Paul has the advantage on Nate Diaz as well,

It's Kenzie Morrison, not James Morrison.

If Jake Paul will fight against him, then we will expect another KO from Kenzie Morrison lol since Jake Paul isn't a good boxer. I believe he will keep winning when he fight against a weak boxer or unknown boxer, then if he challenge a champion or strong boxer, he might be fine if he lose since he will already made a good sum of money.

In this fight I will bet on Paul since I know Rahman Jr. only foughts against loser.
