I think it was good day for people made bets. No surprises today at all. Maccabi Haifa 4:0 destroyed Apollon. It was completely one sided game. Bodo/Glimt won against Zalgiris 5:0. They didn't dominated that much, Zalgiris had some chances too. But Bodo had bad luck , they had chances for 8-9 goals. Crvena zvezda also completely destroyed Pyunik. Dynamo Kyiv won against Sturm, but just 1:0, 2nd leg will be interesting. Qarabag - Ferencvaros ended 1:1 and from what I saw, result reflects game.

By the way until how far with qualify round of UEFA Champion League, nowadays have been on third qualifying round will after this qualify all team get winning automatically play on Champion League? or still have last and final qualifying before play on Champion League. To be honest, I had expected that Sturm Graz will win the game yesterday and even tho dynamo is a good club, I've seen the way Sturm Graz plays in their league. An unbeatable and formidable side.
 Maybe the second leg will see them bouncing back on their feet.

Same here, I'd say Sturm Graz is just unlucky since Holjund's shot could made a goal so it would be draw.
But they're only have difference one goal only, Sturm Graz is a club who usually make many goals. The second leg will be on Sturm Graz's home, so I think they will beat Dynamo Kiev for 3-0 or 4-1 I guess.

It's interesting to see Sturm Graz is using unpopular strategy 4-1-2-1-2 their Central Midfielder need a lot stamina since they need to be active to cover their both right and left side.

I have checked on UEFA Champion League website and saw there still have latest round call with play off, team success winning on third round qualifying still have one round left before playing on UEFA Champion League. Some team still have second leg third round qualifying and they will play on second leg to know who will lead to last round as play off. I have saw with schedule of first leg on play off round begin at 17th until 18th August 2022 and second leg will held on 24th until 25th August 2022. Nice to know and waiting who will play on Champion League for next season trough play off round.

Interestingly, three of yesterday's five matches ended with a big score and a complete defeat for the visitors... I was also surprised by Azerbaijan club Karabakh Aghdam who managed to draw with Hungary's Farenzvaros... I thought they would also lose badly, but they got lucky...

I'm curious about how the Plzen - Sheriff Tiraspol matchup will end as well. I would like to remind you of Sheriff Tiraspol's very brave play in the Champions League group stage last season. As you can remember there were even too strong teams like Inter and Real Madrid in the group. But they still performed really well and even beat Real Madrid once in Santiago Bernabeu. They continued on their way in the Europa League after.

Now they are 2-1 behind in this matchup and the rematch is an away one for them as well. Bookmakers see their chance as very low also. To be honest, I also think that their journey is ending before reaching the group stage this time.

Or if the favorites have already confidently won in the first match, then they can still play a draw because they no longer need a victory. Or coaches can give young players the opportunity to play to give them the experience of playing in the Champions League when the issue with this opponent is resolved and there no big responsibility.

Those betting on the Dinamo/Ludogorets match should know that Ludogorets will be missing some key players. Pieros Sotiriou, their top striker who scored twice against Shamrock in the previous round, was recently sold in Japan. The player who scored in the first leg against Dinamo is not playing today, while several other key midfielders are out due to injury and cards. Regarding Dinamo, i've heard rumors that their fans are unhappy with the coach and may try to force him out of the team. I'm not sure if there is any truth to those claims, perhaps someone from Croatia can confirm? Nonetheless, Dinamo Zagreb was not particularly convincing against Shkupi, and they were held to a draw over the weekend against a weak team like Varazdin. So yeah, both teams entering this really important match with problems.

That being said, i expect goals today. I saw highlights from the first leg, and it felt like a fairly open match with plenty of opportunities for both teams. Ludogorets' previous two visits to Croatia against Dinamo ended with both teams scoring and over 2.5 goals...

As I understand, all 2nd leg will be played today because Wednesday is reserved for UEFA Super Cup. I tend to make bet on Dinamo Zagreb win today. Everything is already decided in Zalgiris - Bodo/Glimt and Pyunik - Crvena Zvezda pairs, and I think that we can high scoring games again, I go with over 2.5 in both games. Very attractive odds for Maccabi Hifa - 2.00. Maccabi is in very good form recently. Benfica should reach another win today.
After first leg I don't have that much faith in Rangers, I'll skip their game. PSV - Monaco also looks too tricky to bet. And in Sturm - Dynamo Kyiv game I go with under 2.5 @1.75

I also thought that PSV would have an advantage at home and it was true in the first half, they won 1:0, but in the second half Monaco changed everything, scored two goals and are already winning. The intrigue in this match is heating up very much, will PSV really lose at home. And now I see the Rangers score the second goal and already win 2:0, thus they get at the moment to transfer this game to extra time, unless of course if they not score more.

PSV - Monaco game went to extra time where after Luuk de Jong goal PSV earned place in next round. I actually hate that one of these teams had to be eliminated so early.
Sturm - Dynamo Kyiv was equal game, but in extra time Dynamo were much better. Vivcherenko goal, then Sturm red card and Tsygankov answers all questions with goal.
Qarabag made surprise by winning against Ferencvaros away so easy, Fradi rarely lose there. Ferencvaros managed to score once, what didn't changed anything.
Dinamo Zagreb 4:2 Ludogorets. 3 red cards of Ludogorets, wow! And despite it they managed to stay in the fight almost till the end.
Apollon made big surprise by winning 2:0 Maccabi Haifa, but it wasn't enough for them after 4:0 loss in 1st leg.
Rangers did big comeback after loss 2:0 in 1st leg and now they won 3:0.
