I do think that now is a great time to buy alts that are 90% down already and have huge upside potential, like ICP and ENJ. I agree.  I think 2023 we will continue to see a slide and things will begin to bottom out.  2024 an accumulation year and then hopefully a start of another positive run sometime after the bitcoin halving and even into 2025.  Buying alts right now is risky business.
